App is useless if you want to lost your money it and you will see the best option is to go dekra because they give you a choice to repair your car with a week an like is app and you can upload your dekra report on both apps
Background check
Very disappointing experience I completed a background check through Scans AI because the app clearly stated that the results would be ready within 24–48 hours. It has now taken longer than that, and when I contacted support, I was told that the actual turnaround time is 3–5 working days. If the service takes 3–5 working days, that should be clearly stated upfront instead of advertising 24–48 hours. This is misleading and creates unnecessary frustration for customers who are relying on the stated timeframe. I hope Scans AI updates the information in the app and improves communication with customers.
Bug is costing me
I paid for my operating licence but the app is now asking me for an update the Apple Store doesn’t have and I have already paid the amount for the operating licence now I can’t do work cos ur app is holding my money and it needs an update that doesn’t exist

It’s not even working. Not receiving my otp on my cell
App didn’t help at all
Im trying to sign up for e-hailing. Forget about the timer, why im order to scan does the app require Location,(even after I have the app permission and turned on location it would still repeat the same message to enable location)what does that have to do with anything? It does not open up its camera,it remains green,to scan barcode or vin the page is blank,it did not show anything,(wasted money for nothing!!!) if this is the new system to steal money then you won cause wow.

Update
I can’t continue on the app as it keeps saying I should update yet it’s updated. Now I am stuck
Apps keeps asking me to update even though there is no update
I updated the app, made payment to capture my uber scans. When I finished it then told me to update the app even when it redirects me to App Store, my App Store clearly shows there’s no update for my app and want to download my document and send to Uber to finish my registration.
