Lags and Freezes
I really enjoyed playing this game until it froze and my saved data was lost when I couldn’t sign in to my saved Apple account.
Disappointed player
Very upset that I went to play, all data is gone unable to get back to the level I was in very disappointing, having to start over after so much progress. I won’t be playing anymore
The update has ruined the game 😢
I love bingo games and this was my favourite My journal isn’t progressing ever since the update I played this game daily Now I don’t see the point I messaged support and told to email Been waiting a week for a reply now
Update
Can you please update the game? After 2 games the app freezes. The new items have no pictures you have no idea what you get. It’s sad that you’re just letting it die when it’s a decent game.
Too small
Make the bingo cards bigger, please. My eyes hurt so bad while playing this. I love the game so much, but why is it SO tiny??? Also. Ad ons are waaaaaaaay too expensive. Give us a .99 option. Or, $1.99. Let us be able to make purchases w/diamonds. The prices are 🥜’s!
Fun time nice details everything A+++
Fun time download awhile back gives me a lot to do winning not easy but fun have a couple times upgrade place is fun thanks finally got everything open fun 🤩 keep me busy 😀🥳

I’m giving this game a one star it is a very fun game but I am really curious because the game doesn’t let me use a profile picture from my camera roll on my iPhone and it says private access I will give this game a 5 star if it’ll get fixed but as for right now I’m giving a one star
Needs fixed
Ok since you did the new update and all of us had to start over again I have had some problems with the game I can’t use my gmail account and when I win the first bingo of the game I don’t get the points for it to get more special daubs to play with and you can’t buy them at all so if you can please fix it I don’t know if anyone else is having these issues as well but besides that I’m really enjoying this game please help thank you
It started me back at the beginning. NO TOKENS
It said I ran out of tokens and it started me back at the beginning.
Uptown Bingo
I really love this game. It worked really great for a few weeks bunt now it keeps saying check internet connection. There is nothing wrong with my internet because I can connect my other games.
Absolutely the best!!
Still addicted after months of playing!!
Doesn’t connect
I was enjoying the game but every time I open the app it doesn’t connect to WiFi. I’ve tried shutting my phone down, that doesn’t help. It’s a little useless if you can’t connect to WiFi. It might be better if you made this no WiFi needed.
Glitching
Hello I don’t normally do reviews but recently whenever I go into the bingo match, it keeps repeating the same number 3 times and won’t let me select that number and while it’s sending the same number it’s makin the number count go down .. I hope you can help because I like this game.
Freezes
Only just downloaded it, played the first game and it froze. Reloaded the game and it still froze
Update
Since your last update I have not been able to open the game at all. I normally play this daily and would give it 5 stars if this is fixed.
Best Bingo Game!!
Fun balanced payouts and don’t have to spend money to play like the other top rated bingo game on the App Store. Finally a game that’s fun to play great job developers!
Cute game BUT
Such a good concept and super fun! However, the game glitches SO much! I almost get cheated out of my bingos every other round I play. I wrote support and got some generic response to check my WiFi connection. Nothing is wrong with my WiFi connection… the game just glitches. Until this is fixed, don’t waste your time.
Uptown bingo city life
Really like this game! There is a glitch to converting left over cards. Used to work and now it doesn’t. Also when you win first place and receive reward, you have to close the game or wait till all received before you can play again. Other than that, really enjoy the game!
Freezing/locking up
I love this game, but it keeps locking up on me lately. Very frustrating. I think a credit of some bingo energy/credits is in order. I’m adding to this because I still love love love this game but you need to make it easier to get gems. I have bought everything I can buy for the bingo hall. Everything left to buy requires gems. I can’t accumulate gems.
Used to be more fun
I don’t know what changes have been made to the game lately but it has become pretty much impossible to get a first bingo. I used to win quite a bit but now I’m lucky to get one win per week. It would be nice if there were some way to at least make it possible to get the trophy room items in another way. Maybe first five bingos wins the item. I really enjoyed the game when it first came out. I didn’t win all the time but I usually did win at least once a day or every couple of days. It wouldn’t bother me if there were other ways to get those trophy prizes. Also the freezing during gameplay is really annoying.
Game Issues
The game stop loading on my phone and I do really enjoy playing uptown bingo please fix.
Please make better!!
I’ve updated to the newest version to this game… and, well… every single time I’m in the middle of a game, it pops up & tells me there’s no internet connection, press retry! I press retry… and it freezes for at least 1 minute, it goes back to the match & well… by that time… ROUND OVER!!! The game is pretty fun when it is operating properly! Yes, I have checked my home Wi-Fi connection & it is operating properly! Also, a month or so ago I made several in app purchases for things that I never received in the game, I filed a claim requesting to be reimbursed & I was refused reimbursement! You guys would have an awesome game for anyone who likes to play bingo!! I’m not deleting the app, just hoping for better bug fixes so that I can actually enjoy playing! 🤘
Would of given 5 stars if there wasn’t one issue
This game is really fun but I can’t give it a 5 star rating because after I played the game for about 3 minutes it now won’t allow me to play the game and keeps saying I need internet connection when I have internet connection even after it updated I still can play
Like the game
I like the game but since the update have not been able to play because it keeps saying internet connection not working but I have connection and I can play other games just fine so might just uninstall and give up on the game lol but super fun when you can play without a bug
Good but a lot of bugs
Just downloaded today.. played for a little while and was fun until it froze for a minute during one of the bingo rounds and then suddenly the game won’t load. Says it couldn’t connect to the internet when I have no issue with my internet.
More updates
I love playing this game it’s so fun. If possible can there be monthly updates it would make it so much better. Thank you.
Be better
I’m done with this game every update my game refuses to upload I have spent too much money and redownloading was a very fun game but I’m over it now
Jaxnsteph
Great
Love the game but…
The tasks don’t work properly. Most of the time you can’t complete a task, you submit it but you get no reward and it never registers that you’ve won bingo or called a bingo for the other tasks. Plus energy takes a ridiculously long time to regenerate
Fun but needs help
This is a fun game but waiting for energy isn’t . 1 energy every 15 minutes is ridiculous. The to do list don’t work most of the time. You win a bingo it doesn’t register on the to do list so you’re stuck doing the same list all day. I hope you take the time to read all the reviews and work on the issue. I see a lot of people complaining about glitches and energy. The cost to buy energy is crazy ridiculous and the hours it takes to build up energy is even more ridiculous. If you want people to play you might want to rethink the energy, that is what keeps people playing for more than once a day.
Uptown. Bingo
Very nice bingo
Mad
This game is awful I’ve had it for months then the past day and a half I haven’t been able to open the app
Loving the game...
Except 4 t constant freezing all of t time, I’ve lost count how many times I’m halfway through a round of bingo (having paid 15 energy 4 t best 3 pack of cards) 4 t game 2 freeze. I’m constantly sick of having 2 do t vicious cycle of play t game, exit, try getting back in again, it freezes/won’t let me collect rewards/complete tasks properly, exit t game, leave a while/come back 2/ uninstall, come back/redownload, log in and hopefully back on t game again. Only I’ve repeated this many times, I’m starting 2 become frustrated by this as I do love t game and I’m enjoying getting my bingo fix. Personally I’m wondering if spending t money required 4 proper bingo is more rewarding than t agro?
Eh
There’s a delay sometimes between tapping the number and when the daub shows up on the card as well as when the bingo button registers. This delay caused me to miss the first place bingo.
Good game needs fixed
It’s a fun game but it needs work, it’s very hard to get first place bingo let along a bingo at all. What’s the point of playing the game if you can never win period? Why can’t their be incentives in the game? Energy for linking it to Facebook, etc? I think if it was fixed it would be a good game
Game
Love this game ,it’s so much Fun !!
Uptown bingo doesn’t load
Since new update it won’t load. Please keep me playing and fix it.
Fun
I really enjoy this game but wish I could play more than 2-3 times without using my coins
It’s ok
It’s a lot better then most bingo games in the App Store. I like the idea of renovating the bingo hall. However it takes forever to collect collectibles I have a ton of regular supplies but it’s like grinding away for collectibles is kinda my downfall. I never ever win a game even with power ups. It seems like the same profile pic is snagging up all the bingos. I do like the game for some down time but the recharge time for energy is bit ridiculous too. I don’t really enjoy those kind of games and they don’t last long with me. But all in all it’s one of the better type bingo games. I hope that it gets tweaked a long the way. A daily spin or calendar would be nice too. Just sayin. Not quiet sure yet what “my friends” are meant for as I know you do quests with them however I don’t see really a reason to take your friends with u to play bingo other then ranking up for friendship with them? I don’t really see an incentive unless I’m missing something. This would be a five star game if things would change a little. Thanks.
Disappointed
Seems like a great game but unfortunately after the tutorial the game will no longer open. When it try’s to load, it goes to a black screen and never goes farther
Up town bingo
Please help me get back in the game I log on and don’t know my I can’t play it keeps saying retry
Bingo lover
Not a good game you don’t get daily bonus, when you win you don’t get any energy to replace the one used…..if you get an icon you can guarantee that you won’t win that game, if you get 10 times bingo card the reward you will never get that ,this could really be a great game to play it’s boring it’s hard to get the first place bingo in order to get prizes hard to get the money to purchase what do you need to place in your bingo suit….. this game really need some improvement if I could’ve gave it a zero I would have. Deleting this game now lookin for some fun bingos.
Fun game
There needs to be incentives like free bingo energy to link with Facebook or write a review. Or more ways to win free bingo energy
Game
Game doesn’t load
Good game
This would be a great game if the glitches get fixed. Startup issues plus app closing when I am attempting a task. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP
Review
I like this game overall because I don’t have to buy energy for the game and it’s fun playing it with out having to spend money out of my own pocket. This is why I give 5 stars and I actually been playing this game for almost six months now and I’m liking it a lot. I would also like the game to not wifi some games require wifi and that’s my only option for this game to. But it’s been why I like this game.
Don’t bother...won’t load
I was look forward to trying this game, however it won’t even load. The developers should have really tested it before they put it in the App Store.
Great game
Fantastic game but seems to freeze after finishing a game of bingo before an ad starts sometimes. Have to reload the game and you lose your winnings. *game freezing appears fixed after update.
Could be great but....
To long to regenerate energy 30 mins for 1 energy is ridiculous, watching videos doesn’t wrk and can’t buy extra. Sort out the bugs and could be a great spin on a bingo game but having to wait so long just to play one 3 card game is boring and making me not want to play
Needs work
This would be a really good game if it wasn’t for the bugs n glitches...I would do a task and it wouldn’t give me credit for it but would take the item needed and then all tasks would disappear and it would still have a exclamation mark over the task book saying I had tasks to do but it would be empty when I clicked it..Also would like to be able to change the daub color n my portrait picture... Fix the issues and it would be a good game
