โรงพยาบาลอื่น แอพเค้าดูผลแล็บย้อนหลังครบทุกตัว มีแบ่งประเภทการตรวจ เข้าดูง่ายมาก แถมมีเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลย้อนหลัง ที่นี่ อ่านก็ยาก ต้องเข้าไปดูรายงานแต่ละวันเอาเอง ตรวจไป 10 แสดงค่าแค่ 3 ตรวจไป 3 แสดงค่าแค่ 1 พัฒนาแต่ระบบจ่ายเงิน ดีอยู่ตรงเรื่องอัพเดตนัดหมายแพืย์ สะดวกดีอยู่

User friendly, very convenient to check an appointment or booking. I really love it.
Cannot Sign in with Apple account
I cannot Sign in with Apple account. It used to be working with Apple account in the previous version of the app, but not with the current one, please fix it asap.
Works most of the time but cannot manage appointments
Kind of useless when it’s “please call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment “. The app can make appointments but not cancel. I can’t call until a few hours before the appointment due to timeszones and airplane mode so will have to no-show because of this.

นัดหมายพบแพทย์ได้ง่ายขึ้นเยอะมากๆค่ะ มีการจัดการหมวดหมู่ ตารางออกตรวจแพทย์ไว้ดีมาก ไว้ใจและแนะนำให้เพื่อนมาใช้บริการที่นี่หลายคนแล้วค่ะ ขอให้รักษาคุณภาพเช่นนี้ตลอดไป ขอบคุณค่ะ
The doctors are doing what kind of treatments for TD
Zero stars for the international Bum run grad hospital. The lady doctor appointment being postponed for 14 days to give RICKY’S MOM PETS SCAN report and such delayed caused RICKY WASTED 14 days of hotel bills for 2 hotel bed rooms and need to spend 14 days of travelling fees, food, drinks, who is going to take this responsibility. I do appreciate Thailand, because Thailand is a very good country, Thailand people are kind and polite.

Easy to use, more convenience
Easy to use app. Like the function to be able to see previous visits. The app makes booking appointments a much more convenient process.
Pls fix - App Crashed after update on 11 March 2022
I have updated the App yesterday (11 March 2022). After updated, I can get access to the App for a couple of seconds before it crashed. I restarted my phone but it still did not work. Pls fix.

แอพพลิเคชันของบางโรงพยาบาล นอกจากสามารถเตือนการนัดหมายแพทย์แล้ว ยังมีประวัติยา discharge med ของแต่ละ visit, มีผลแลปและผลทางรังสีวิทยาของผู้ป่วยด้วย มีประโยชน์มากเวลาเจ็บป่วยฉุกเฉิน ทำให้บุคลากรทางการแพทย์สามารถทราบประวัติผู้ป่วยได้ทันทีอยากให้ของบำรุงราษฏร์มีเช่นกันค่ะ

Useful app, easy access to my health profile, upcoming appointment, find a doctor. My most like is digital membership card, so no more physical card needed at all. I can manage things in-app when receiving health care service at Bumrungrad.

ทำนัดหมอฟันผ่านแอป 24 ชั่วโมงผ่านไป ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ติดต่อกลับมาเลย สู้โรงพยาบาลอื่นไม่ได้ ไม่ต้องมีแอป โทร.ไปนัด operator รับสาย ได้คิวเลย อีกเดี๋ยว จนท ที่แผนกโทร กลับมายืนยันคิว รู้สึกได้ถึงคุณภาพการบริการที่ต่างกัน

เป็นแอพโรงพยาบาลที่ใช้งานง่ายมากค่ะ ค้นหาหมอสะดวก นัดหมายง่าย

I can not setting anything and it look not update the contents that i can see 404 error..
