Helpful
Used this app a bunch on our trip to Amalfi. Seemed to work just fine đ paid on the app ahead of time for reduced prices. Flashed the ticket(s) and QR Code(s) to the bus driver once we hopped on - no problem.
As an international traveler avoid!
This app is better suited with those that have the means to contact customer support with a mobile number since it has so many bugs. I purchased tickets using the app and it charged my credit card but never entered my account (I waited and checked repeatedly for about a day). Contacting the support email provided sends you on a scavenger hunt to eventually get directed to a phone number you canât call unless you have a cell number.

As with almost nearly every app made in this country. It doesnât work half the time. Great when it does work. It would be much more helpful if it worked all the time. Update: if I could give this app zero stars I would. I just bought a ticket to go from Pozzuoli to Montesanto and the app allowed me to purchase the ticket without issue. But there was in fact an issue. The Montesanto stop is closed for renovations and yet the developers didnât think this app through enough to notify its customers of train closures. Classic Italian ingenuity!

We recently travelled the Amalfi Coast and were told taking the bus would be the most economical and easiest for people not familiar with the roads. A couple things to keep in mind if this is what youâre going to do. 1. the buses are frequently oversold, meaning there are way more tickets sold than there are seats on the bus, which means youâre likely going to be standing and packed like sardines. 2. the bus schedule printed at the Bus Stop and on-line is NOT always accurate. The amendments are ONLY printed and displayed in the Tabbachari (shops tickets are sold) and nowhere else. We stood outside in the rain for over an hour waiting for a bus that was never going to show up. 3. some bus drivers donât accept on-line tickets and will only take the printed ones bought from the Tabbachari.
Shockingly works
Just used in amalfi. Works best if youâre next to/near the station you want to use bc the map is a bit disorienting for those not familiar with the area. Was able to use Ravello > Amalfi bc our initial tickets were one ways! When you activate, it begins counting down and shows â625â. Iâm guessing seconds but it doesnât clarify. So activate when you see the bus stoping and people get off.

The low reviews worried me but I had no issues using the app to buy tickets for the airport bus and the city buses! Itâs a little complicated to know which ticket to buy (many options with different companies) but youâll figure it out.

Eâ peggiorata anche rispetto alla versione precedente che non era un granchĂŠ. Tutto è diventato piĂš complicato e meno logico.
Satisfactory
App overall OK. Two things are annoying though. One, tickets are time limited, and the traffic around Amalfi coast and Napoli is absurd, so the nominal time may not be enough. Two, it does not show you if there is a bus substituting a train on a given line (eg. Salerno-Napoli line did not function from Nocera Inferiore).

The app is working as far as I can tell (sitting stateside). I was able to create an account, login and find a bus from Positano to Salerno that I could have purchased a ticket for. Iâll add a fifth star if things work as they should when Iâm there in November.

L'applicazione apparentemente sembra funzionare, e ora che ha integrato mooneygo permette di vedere le soluzioni possibili per raggiungere un luogo. Ma mostra solo le linee Anm, Eav e Air Campania, escludendo le miriadi di linee comunali in provincia o anche le linee di Trenitalia (linea 2 della metro o il treno Villa Literno-Campi Flegrei per esempio), spesso offrendo soluzioni assurde o ad orari completamente diversi da quelli di arrivo/ partenza desiderati. Nonostante le pubblicitĂ , Moovit almeno per navigare il complicatissimo tpl a Napoli e provincia resta ancora la migliore

Scaricato, effettuato registrazione, cercato soluzioni di viaggio e trovato rapidamente, acquistato titoli di viaggio, ricevuto conferma in 3 minuti. Quindi nessun problema. Ottima app...per chi dice il contrario non ha dimistichezza con le app o ha problemi con il cellulare.

SMS never sent
Like other reviewers I never received the SMS code it supposedly sent to my phone. I hope we can use a credit card to tap on. This is ridiculous.
Works well
The app works well! I was pleasantly surprised to find that a lot of the issues faced by previous reviewers have thankfully been fixed. Translations are still a bit patchy and thereâs the occasional bug (e.g. displaying raw HTML as text in places) but overall I had no major issues with it. The main thing that could be improved is that itâs not easy to find the tickets you want to buy. This could be improved by adding a search functionality. Itâs also an issue because when you got to âbuyâ > âpublic transportâ the list shown is truncated and you need to click âSee otherâ which wasnât immediately obvious. Another thing is that the AirLink ticket is called âBUSITALIA -BAGAGLIO - Salerno Aeroporto âŚâ and doesnât mention anything about âAirLinkâ. Iâm still not 100% confident I bought the right ticket but the bus driver accepted itâŚ

Good news is that I was able to get sms and registrer in the app. But what are you protecting? Why I canât do screenshots? If you failed to provide translation in your app - let me screenshot and translate. I just donât get how this idea even can come to you. Information in your app supposed to be public available
Works well
Any issues mentioned by other reviews I didnât notice during my use, Iâm from Canada and used a +1 Canadian number, no issues. Bought the tickets and boarded on time. Loading times can be a tiny bit long but overall not a problem.

Unusable
This app along with Go EAV share a login system and are unable to send me verification SMS, nor is there any other solution for registration. The result is that itâs impossible to purchase any fare. After contacting them by email, they activated my account for use without the SMS verification. I am able to purchase tickets.

Never did get it
I read the reviews and thought ok, I can get the PIN by email. I tried for over week to reach them, several emails, and never did hear back so hereâs another one star.
Good for planning, not for purchase tickets
The app is good for planning trips, has a lot of timetables and calculate with high accuracy the trip with public transports, but the integrated payment system (operated by Nexi) doesnât work, I tried 6 different credit/debit/virtual cards, always fails the transactions.
Be patient - it will work.
Coming from the US, I had the same activation problem. I sent an email to support requesting assistance and they activated my account. It was really nice to not wait in line at the bus depot in Amalfi to buy tickets from the âman with the yellow vestâ in cash. You can use a credit card and activate on your phone. Super convenient! My recommendation, plan ahead, be polite and patient, take some time to figure out the app. It pays off!
Never received activation code
Same as everyone else has said. You have to create an account that requires SMS activation but they never send the SMS. Donât waste your time and do not rely on this app to get around Italy. Purchase tickets in person
