For whatever reason the Automatic replenishment stopped after years leading to negative balance! I ended up incurring a $50 administrative fee!

Taking a Canadian visa debit card would be most helpful

The system should offer the option of USA or Canadian upon opening or just accept the account number without the postal code because your system does not recognize it as a canadian postal code
No password retrieval option for Canada
Found the app an easy way to keep track of things. For some reason my password got deleted and I couldn’t remember it. The password recovery option does not work without a zip code. Tried customer service and they had a couple suggestions but they didn’t work either. App is now useless to me.

I drove through New York 8/15/2025 how am i just now getting another toll bill. The current date is 9/3/26 i am curious how many more toll bills are coming in the mail. 🤬 just bring back the toll road workers this mailing me letter after letter is just pathetic

I have never once removed my EZPASS from My car but I have till by mail. I always recharge if it goes negative but EZPASS tends to overcharge no matter what.

It need to show you any unpaid transactions that did not go through ez pass so that if u can make a payment you have that option this is a big scam not able to pay those bill and it become a high fee
