Mahjong trails
I used to play mahjong trails on my computer many years ago. After several years with no computer I got an iPad & installed mahjong trails on it. I have been playing it daily since I got iPad. Several days ago it quit completely opening, it would load to 50% and then freezes. I have tried everything recommended, but it still doesn’t work. What can I do to fix this? This is my favorite game to play. Please help!
Loading…
I’ve been playing this game for years and I love it but after the update it stops at 50% when loading. It goes no further. It’s very frustrating.
Mise à jour
Je suis incapable de jouer, il y a un message qui me demande de faire une mise à jour mais mon appli est à jour, pouvez-vous réparer ce bug?
No free time
A real pain
I an always getting kicked off and have to sign in several times to play.
Newest update has locked me out!
Newest update keeps going to a page where it wants me to send an email to somebody. It’s frozen in that spot. I was over level 150. Very, very dissatisfied!

Tricky Programming
This game was always 5 Stars for me - until the various and mysterious resets. Now I’ve noticed the “magic” timing of game piece overlays that occur mainly during the mid-level (and above) games. A march for a piece is usually digitally revealed at a slow pace to runout the timer. I used to buy the coin packages and pay for their seasonal promotions as a way to showing good sportsmanship; but I’ve become disappointed at their frequent and seemingly built-in lapses of that characteristic - so I don’t anymore.
Won’t load since last update
Game was going great until this most recent update now it goes as far as 50 % and stalls.
Update
Great update, interesting way of achieving miles ,coins, quests…
Update
It tells me on 11/12/24 that I need to update my game. Ok then. I hit the update button and it takes me to the App Store. I hit update. Nothing. It doesn’t update and I go back to the game and do it again. 4 times. Nothing. It demands I update and then nothing happens.
Don’t know what title means
I lost my game. Was up to over 300games now I am starting all over. Makes me very angry this my favorite game!
Update killed my game
Did the mandatory update today, playing on an older IPAD, now I can’t open the game at all, completely locked out. Thanks tech dept.
Don’t buy coins
This game is fun, but there are definitely some things that need improvement. The first and BIGGEST issue is that there’s no confirmation button for spending coins accidentally. That means that the instant the time runs out, or there aren’t anymore moves, the “buy more time” or “buy a shuffle” buttons pop up. I have wasted SO many coins on games that I had no hope of winning. Due to that fact, I’m not about to use real money for the coins. The other thing that is annoying, is that this game randomly darkens the screen a bit. It’s NOT my iPad or my iPad settings (I’ve checked many times) and it doesn’t happen with any other app on my iPad. Having the screen randomly darken a bit, throws me off when I’m intensely searching for the next pair of available cards.
Mahjong Trails
Depuis quelques jours, impossible d’y accéder, il télécharge à 33% et plus rien, décevant, j’aime bien ce jeu, j’espère qu’un correctif sera fait…..
Not getting coins
Twice I was supposed to get 10 coins and never received them. What is going on?
Mahjong
You updated the app just to make it so can’t get the daily calendar gifts Please fix
Love it, but…….
The game always freezes when you want to play on. Very frustrating as I have played for years. Please send a fix!
Mahjong Trails
Every time you do an update, the game goes wonky and will not load right. Very frustrating!
Mahjong Trails
I love playing this game and have been playing for quite awhile now. But when I logged on today, it took me back to the beginning and not the level I was on. So now I have to go from level 1 to where I was at. Overall it’s a great game
Fed up
I have been playing this game for a long time . The last week it wants me to start at the beginning. I have already played that I don’t want to do that. I’m done fun game but the bugs are not getting fixed I’ve defeated the app
Challenging
Game is a great challenge both for your brain and to see if it will even work. Been playing this game for over 5 years never an issue until they did some updates then all of a sudden it barely works and to top it all of it always happens on the last day of your weekly gifts where you get 5 coins. Well missed out on 3 weeks of the getting coins and I am a player that does not pay for coins so only gets 4 stars not 5.
Stop working again
Love this addictive game but the Ipad version is a nightmare . It keeps on bugging .
New Version
Stuck at 33% loaded, please get this fixed. I have played this for many years and this is most annoying.
Not able to play
Loads and asks if want to login with Facebook but doesn’t work. Play as guest takes you back to level 1. Been like this for two days at least. Need to find a new game of Mahjong.
Updates and login
Game says I need new update, went to update and all it shows is to open game. Where is the update? Before this, since last update I have to continually login multiple times a day…and multiple times trying to play. Frustrating! Won’t be hard to find another mahjong…they are a dime a dozen with no issues
Souvent des problèmes
Lejeu est encore en problème je ne peux pa l ouvrir
Game crashes to much
Please fix the game crashing so much. Always happens at the end of the game and sometimes in the middle of a game.
Sore loser not
After so many years of friendly competition the game now doesn’t seem to either care nor want to work about ready throw in the towels
Great game that doesn’t work
I have loved this game for years and was so happy that it was fianally available for my IPad, but it’s filled with problems. Refuses to load, cannot accept or send gifts when it does load. So disappointed !!!!
Help …
This is my favorite game but it’s not letting me play today! It’s saying I need to update but it’s not giving me any updates… ughh!!
Freezing
Love the game but freezes all the time when trying to sign on. I have tried reloading and turning off I-pad but does not work !! HELP!!!!
Love this game BUT
I just downloaded it yesterday. Played it for a while last night. Now this morning it just loads to 52 percent ready then says there was an error. Can’t get pass it. Please fix!!!

Same problem
It’s frozen on 50% and it’s unfortunate bc I do like the game. I’m also tired of purchasing coins to play. May have to give it up. But I guess you don’t care.
Recent update is awful
After the most recent update EVERYTHING changed. The game, sadly, is no longer enjoyable.
Won’t come up.
Played all the time, everyday on my iPad, tried yesterday and all that comes up is the sign saying log in or use Facebook, and I can’t get it off to open. When I do it is only the beginning, I am on at least step 300? Please fix it.
Not working
game plays are not working properly.
Too much
The higher levels ,There is not a level that can be completed without using trail coins . Multiple amounts, and if you are doing fairly well on time then you have to use multiple reshuffle to get through the levels. Getting too costly for my liking!!! Laurie
Black screen
Black screen again - please fix!!
Please fix game it will not load so I can play!
Help Please!!!
Sigh, Issues Continue
I have been playing this game since 2010. I was introduced to it on FB and have been glued! When I saw it in the App Store for my iPad, you know there wasn’t a hesitation. Only, shortly after uploading there were update problems. From friends not being able to send the booster gifts to the gifts expiring once received. Sometimes, you get stuck in one of the games and no matter how the puzzle was solved, the next time you play, you are right back where you started. Patience? Sure, all computer operations go through updates; but never have I ever been through an update that took more than a year to complete! It’s been ridiculous! As much as I liked playing the game, I’m going to have to delete this. Maybe that’s what they wanted so when you come back it will cost for you to do so. Update: Since the last time I wrote this review, no... I did not delete it from my iPad. The updates came through finally! But I felt cheated because I was only given the boosts as it was doled out by the games’ operation (no better way to explain it). It is supposed to be fun. It has since causes frustration especially since I have more people operating as friends than you know. Why can’t I have the gifts that they send? Wasn’t that the point? Why is there a cap on them. I have NOW deleted the game.
Problem loading
I just downloaded this game because I enjoyed playing it in the past. Unfortunately when I try to open it, it won’t open past 30%. Can you please help with this.
Why can’t I play?
I tried to play last night, and I want to play today! But all that comes up is sign in with Facebook or continue as a guest! What’s going on? I’m having withdrawals 😭😭
Black screen
When I open the game screen is black. Tried to delete and reload but that did not help.
Great game with tons of issues.
Don’t bother contacting the company, they won’t ever reply to you. This is a really fun game, but it has tons of bugs in it and internal issues that cause users to not be able to complete quests. Don’t contact them, because they’ll never reply. I have never spent any money on it, but would consider it if it was a better game to play. I won’t waste my money on a company who won’t reply to their customers with game issues.
Black screen
Game went to black screen this am, can’t play
Love this game BUT the screen is black for two days!,
Really needs a fix! HELP !
Glitch
There seems to be a problem with highlighted matching tiles not being eliminated from the board. Experienced this problem today, 12/9/2020. Absolutely love this game but am very frustrated with not being able to complete matches.
