No me gusta que no reseñen que los paquetes se entregan a pie de calle para darme la opción elegir porque me trajeron un mueble que pesaba muchísimo y el repartidor me dijo que a pie de calle… pues si no llega a estar mi pareja se lo llevan porque yo no podía con semejante peso ; así que podrían reseñarlo y si hay opción de pagar más para que lo suban se paga y si no la hay pero lo informan ya sabemos que no hay que comprar .

Unbelievably bad
There was an advertisement for £10 off one’s first app purchase over £150. After downloading the app, selecting the product & trying to view the delivery options, on clicking the delivery options button the app took me back to the homepage. This happened on several devices, several times. To add insult to injury, on contacting customer support on the website the adviser informed me she couldn’t deal with the query, passed me an email address and left the chat immediately. On emailing customer support, I was told the issue is known and was offered (to be provided with at a later date) an alternative voucher to use online worth half the value (£5) which is only available on a spend more than double the amount (£350). Ridiculous.

Only just recently got the app,easy to navigate and search for items, but no sign of the £5 off for signing up.

App seems ok to navigate but won’t let me open some products if I tap on them. A bad way to sell by not upkeeping the site
