There’s no excuse for a dev to build such a horrible interface. App lacks lots of features like find nearest place. Buy me a double shawarma meal and I’ll rebuilt it for you

صرلي من بداية السنه بدفع للتامين وللان ما بقدر استخدم تاميني بسبب خربطة معلومات من طرق للتامين نفسو ، يعني بدفع ع الفاضي

One of the worst medical insurance apps
I’ve never seen such a bad health insurance to point where customer service support doesn’t care about calls, patients, emergency. thieves stealing your money, time. Please stay away
Useless app
I can’t search for near doctors, it’s almost impossible to find what is needed
Stupid App
This one of the most frustrating applications that I ever used. For instance: after opening the application I received a message to update the application while there is no update or newer version! Another example when you visit the physician the app asks you to give a rating, once you hit the rating the app stops working and freezes and doesn’t let you do anything. I don’t know whey all apps in the middle east are trash and not user friendly.
