Support refuses to help with my old account

Good game could use some updates
This is a great game but it can get pretty boring if you ask me I think there should be more to the map and the sky island one and Entirely new maps you unlock by leveling up and ones you can go to with pacific animals and this game could have a lot more lore And have quest focused on the lore because the quest are level up, breed, hunt, spend points, kind a boring and lame also can there be a way to get those star thingys that you can only get by spending real life money on to a way to get them without spending real life money please? It is a good game I’m just saying it could have a few updates

It can be super glitchy and two of my buttons, including the attack button disappeared and I could not use them! Other wise I like the game 😔

This game is AMAZING! I totally recommend to people who want to play as their fave animal. You can play as a wolf, fox, bear, leopard, or even a DRAGON! And most stuff in the shop has two options for paying, you can spend real money on it or just moonstones that you can earn. I got VIP after a few weeks! You can earn OP rewards In only hours! This game is so cool, yet provides good quests at all levels! The open world is quite large, their even is floating islands for when you get a flying animal such as dragon, or legendary animals. The chat does not allow bullying and you can’t even type mean things which is good. If you get this game, have fun!
Fix this
In the daily check in I had one gold chest and 2 silver when I opened guess what I got! All of them were RARE I’m a longtime player I don’t think rares are good I never get anything good from these chest and you should make them only have epics and mythicals because my check in streak was 80 or 90 something and I never got anything good this is absolutely STUPID.
I LOVE this game!
I’ve been playing the game for nearly 5 years, and I love it. I’ve convinced several friends to play it, and one of them plays every day with me. My only complaint is that you shouldn’t be able to get bears in the wing skin summon, since no bear skins fly. But I play every day and almost have the dragon! EDIT: I have the dragon. I also for some reason can’t get to the new savannah map. I tried several YouTube tutorials but nothing worked. Please fix -IvyVines DARKNESS

Is there a single player?
I now have played the game it was a while ago though I deleted the app though sorry it was really fun just one thing when you play you start out in a server or in this game a room with many other players so I was like alr I like multiplayer but then I got bored and I didn’t really know how to do some stuff so I couldn’t find single player after a while of playing I deleted the game got it back after a while learned how to do stuff and I couldn’t at all find a single player. Limited time savannah map crash issues
Recently, the new limited time Savannah map came to the game and I was really excited to try it out and fight the new sand wyrm but then my game kept crashing every single time I tried to play Savannah, even just to hang out or get some exp from animals and elites. It is really annoying that this also happens while I try and fight the apex because I’ll be in first place (I would get good rewards) and then boom, game crashed, lost apex progress and rewards. Please fix this. It is getting extremely frustrating and exhausting to deal with.

It’s a good game but waaaay too many in game transactions not enough earning things it took me a YEAR just to get the fox and not have to buy it. That’s rude do you just think that people are big living wallets and are just going to hand you a million dollars. It’s so annoying that game dev’s are expecting people to just jump off a cliff to go get something in the game that they “like”, because it’s insulting that they think some people aren’t gonna notice the big fat cash grab. Awesome game! However…
I played this ALL THE TIME. when I was younger, I played this nonstop. But it gets much less fun. It’s super expensive and you need a ton of money to even get materials. The whole entire game is just gambling and spending money. The players can be toxic and inappropriate (easily bypass chat filters using fonts and numbers) and worst of all, I lost my 4 year account! I used to play on a kindle game IPad, and I played nonstop and worked hard. I had tons of spirit animals, all the animals, was level 65, etc. but then, when I got my new iPad, all that progress was LOST and I had to start over. So annoying! Recover my account! Your game is dying, update it! NOW!

Fix one thing
Ok so I like this game and overall it’s a good game, but it’s a ripoff of wild craft and the graphics are pretty bad. On the other hand, I like that you can talk with the people around you and I see the potential. But just like in wild craft, it makes you kill an animal at the start. I’m not complaining by the way, if I had to give device to the moderator, it would be to make the graphics better, and personalize it more.

I love this game, it’s way better than wildcraft! The things are a bit pricy but it is worth it sometimes. Just don’t buy the featured summon with real money. Instead join a top 100 guild to get 500 moonstones a week and then you can get the summon. FOR FREE. My favorite thing to do is casual PVP. I love to hang out with my friends and my sister for half the day. I could play this all the time. Thank you for this game 🙏 Just please add a better guilds update c:
Hackers Getting Innocent Players Banned
Hackers are messing with players’ accounts to get them banned. I don’t know what they did to mine, but they’re running rampant. Heard via social media that they’re inflating people’s levels to get them banned. I don’t know what they did to mine, just that I was banned, that’s all they would tell me. I didn’t participate in chat and I don’t know how to cheat in the game, so I know I was a victim of a hacker.

Gamplay kinda boring with less updates,quality good but ascended skins look too big and diffirent to other rarity skin,nova star too hard to get,pvp unfair with rune updates. Hope you can make other way to get nova easier,pvp ban phoenix spirit and runes,recreate ascended skins it look too lack to other skins. Game dont have any new event and even new maps to play Please make map that have animal lv 100+ hunting in skyland make me tired. Also fix game chat,i dont know why i get chat ban because spell a word that contain the word “cock” ,ban words that have number replace or other letter replace,they still can swearing with those words Fix apex too,void touched apex just keep glitching out of its map and disappear,increasing amount of prizes after defeat apex please especially void touched apex it very hard to defeat it but the reward just the same as easier one. Also make season pass are permanent like quests please. I dont know why but some people can use a glitch in pvp to use lone strength rune in small power limit pvp like begginer,i see it cost 500 power but they somehow can use it. Hope you care more about players,i see very much people leave because of rune update make the game more unfair to play. Few edits:also make tutorial more informational it just too simple that some new people struggling with game. Hope you really spend times to care about players,focus on fixing bugs and make news updates,1-3 months for a new updates just truly long and bored

I love this game! I have some suggestions tho. Maybe you could make the apexes a little easier so everyone feels included. And also, maybe you don’t need to have VIP to make a guild. If you could get something like moonstones, meat, or a free rare wolf after completing two chapters in a week, or something like that, it would be great. Anyways, love wolves, you should get this game. Edit: In PvP some people are a little unfair. Sometimes I get curious to see what happens when you fake going afk (Now I see it was wrong 😑) and some people don’t attack you, and other people just take advantage of it! Also, in PvP some people have the buddies (animals that follow you) and they ATTACK!!! Plus in the PvP Odd pup game someone on my team kept bringing the cub to the front of our safe zone and no one could find it!😤 Sometimes on PvP I had abilities equipped, they were gone! And so I tried to exit PvP, but when you exit, it just kills you and you’re back in the PvP! So it just wastes five minutes of my time. Sometimes people spam emotes and somehow the sticker gets really big, even if you hide stickers. Also for people who play already that don’t know, if you go to the play tab and go to quests, it has a little story for each chapter. I’m a sucker for lore, aren’t you? Okay love this bye ✌️ (My bad this was a LOT 😂 Egg on my face)

Why. My child was in love with this game, they are 9, and i think there is no use for changing it to 12+. The developers have definitely upset multiple young players. Please do NOT get this game bro it is WAY too ptw, like after they added runes to the game is was completely ruined. And it was already way too ptw before they added runes. PvP is so rng because you have to pay like atleast 20$ just to get one rune which is most likely going to end up being trash. While all the other players that r cracked at the game that have spent probably like 300-400$ have really good runes and you don’t even stand a chance. Unless you wanna be broke or waste your time trying to play free to play which is like nearly impossible since you need to do pvp in order to progress, please don’t get this game.

The game is great it’s really good but now pvp I can’t even kill one player cause of the phoenix thing like it’s not fair like my whole team dies cause a player have the phi is and he or she just kill all of us so pls don’t allow the phoenix in pvp cause the game thing when you can get the phoenix well only money spenders got it and others they could not so pls make it were the phoenix can be a summon or just not allow it in pvp and pls change the rewards PvP cause there are only hackers there and they just one shot everyone so it be better if you can make the dragon thing be at list at 150 rank cause no one will get the new dragons only the hackers are getting it cause they just take over the top one and top 100 and not let anyone get a new dragons but game it’s self it’s great really good but graphics to glitch out a bit for game it’s self it’s best game ever but with the PvP thing yeah it is a three and not a five

Now You know everyone has a dragon and its hard to get for some people, so id like You to maybe lower the dragon Story to 50 percent off. Just so other people can have a chance of getting a dragon. Its a good game! I love it! I ask if you could add account because i got a spirit bird on my old account but then i had to get a new phone soo. Also i was doing an event in the cave with the green rabbits and deers and stuff when the game glitched and there was nothing to fight. All of the players were just standing there. I thought it was just me but it wasn’t. We had to leave the event because it said “hey you get back into the fight” but there was nothing to fight. Its a good game tho and i would request it to a few of my friends :). I also kept getting disconnected :’( . Bye, also its a stupid game because i was finishing an event and i had full bars on internet and as soon as the rewards where about to come up i got diconnected and didnt get my rewards!!!!
