Users are unable to login after downloading the app, there should have been a signup button which enables users to create new user accounts. We only get access to login or sign in interface .

I downloaded WCEA to do courses in order to renew my Nigerian nursing license, after completing the 30hours CPD points, I uploaded the certificate on my NMC portal for license renewal, it was rejected and I was asked to link my WCEA certificate to my license renewal application, now I am at a cross end because I don’t know what that means. I have tried calling the WCEA helpline, both the UK and Nigerian number and it isn’t going through. What kind of an app is this? How will I link these two accounts? I do not have another £50 to pay because I believe that will be extortion as I wasn’t given the right path to follow via the App. Also I think the App is limiting, no customer support system. I have emailed and still awaiting response. Please I need one of you to respond to me. I managed to give a 3 star review because I haven’t had any issue in doing courses just this problem I am facing.
Please help me I have not be able to know where I will see question and ans for my MCPDP program.
My license will expire on December. I need to do NCPDP on line

I can’t view my certificate after completing the courses please fix this
My certificate is missing
Please l did courses last year and wrote exams on them and had certificates of them but l can’t access my certificates and this year. Please how can l rectify my certificates because l took that course and wrote exams on it so that l can use it to renew my PIN. Check it today when l wanted to download them and use it to renew my PIN only to find out that it has all disappeared. Please is the a way to retrieve them back?
Always saying not in correct format
First of all there’s this red notification pop-up that says error, not in correct format. Secondly, the certificate does not come up on the education tracker on time such that one might think of taking the exam again which shouldn’t be. Ideally, it ought not to give one the chance to re-do the exam provided they have passed the course. I don’t seem to have gotten a hang of the app but It isn’t technical so, I don’t understand what the problem might be. It’s frustrating sometimes.

The WCEA app seems non-functional. It’s either the download of courses fails or your CPD points fail to generate after a successful training session. It’s frustrating. Please fix this.
