Tôi sử dụng acc đã chơi lâu năm của mình, nhưng khi đăng nhập vào thì lại bị đen màn hình. Còn sử dụng acc mới thì lại bình thường, tôi nghĩ chỉ lỗi nên đã xoá và tải lại nhưng acc cũ của tôi khi đăng nhập vẫn bị đen màn không rõ lí do? Please for the love of everything holy, UPDATE YOUR GAME. Why tf is there only an Asian server available? You guys completely fell off and it’s genuinely sad. This game was booming when it first came out, and now there’s barely any active game servers. Idk what’s going on, whether it’s lack of money or motivation. But there needs to be a reason as to why this game is so buns now. Not to mention, I got scammed of like 3-4 dollars when I purchased red souls, fix your purchasing system. This game used to be so fun and now it’s dead asf. Put the servers back up, get rid of chat spammers, add new skins. Please update your game.
Dead game, needs update, rude players
The game is great, I’ve been playing this for years. Problems: the game needs to be updated! Ive been waiting so long for that little place in the graveyard to open up. I think more outfits for the characters would be great too, and accessories ofc. Most players in this game are alright, but MANY are very rude. I go to the square to fight other players in the arena and sometimes I’ll see people saying very VERY disrespectful and disgusting things in the chat. I see people saying stuff like “___ wants to do something inappropriate to ___” or posting insults in each others guest books. This behavior is far too much over losing in this game. The game is fine, but the players seriously need to get it together. Doing all of that over losing a game is not acceptable at ALL, and is one of the reasons I’ve started playing less.

Went from android to an iPhone. Can you add an option for apple users to sign into our google account or a way for us to link other login to our current account for login options with our current progress without having to start new & all over again. I just don’t want to have to restart the game all over again because I have things on the account with my levels.

Okay, I literally am obsessed with this game but… you should make more games! Maybe like an Annabelle version or like a skin walker version! Make like a diff version of this! Or even like your own scary “pursuer.” It would be pretty cool if you did another version with a different pursuer instead of Granny. But yeah, I would love that! Overall, I love this game and totally recommend it! It's not too scary, but definitely thrilling! Soon I would like to play it late in the dark! It would be perfect for that because it’s not too scary. Another thing I like is you can play with friends easily. You can just hit “quick play” at the same time with your friend. Then you can easily be in the same game. There are also a lot of really cool customizations. And you can even start as boy or girl, so you are free on that one. It’s a really fun game, and I recommend it for someone looking for a not-so-scary horror game. Oh yeah, and I was wondering if you could pick your role instead of it being random. I don’t like being pursuer, so I would like to be able to pick. And I wish you could pick what “house” you try to survive in. And you can't leave the game once you get in, which I don’t like. Also, there is a strange problem I can't fix. When I go to buy red souls, where it says how much money each is, the cheapest one says: /1,100. The second cheapest says: /5,500. The third cheapest says: /11,000. I shut down my device, but it didn’t work. And I didn’t want to buy it because it wouldn’t ACTUALLY tell me how much it was. Overall, great game! This game has potential but seriously needs updates
Honestly, this game is not bad at all and it actually has a really fun concept, especially with the multiplayer modes and escaping gameplay. I like how there are different game modes like escape, infection, and team modes, and playing with other people makes it more exciting. However, the game is starting to feel repetitive and outdated because there are not enough new updates being added.There really needs to be more content like new maps, new characters, new skins, and especially new animations because everything feels the same after a while. The developers should also add more customization options so players can make their characters feel unique instead of everyone looking similar Another problem is that some game modes feel empty or inactive, like barely anyone plays them, which makes the game feel kind of dead sometimes instead of active and fun. The multiplayer could also be improved because it can be hard to find good teammates, and sometimes people leave the game or don’t communicate, which ruins the experience u guys need to be more consent. I also think the game needs better events, rewards, and regular updates to keep players interested. Right now it feels like the game has a lot of potential, but it’s not being fully used. If the developers actually listened to players and added more content, fixed bugs, and made the game feel fresh again, it could easily be way more popular.

Hi I’ve been playing granny’s house for a while now and there’s no glitches. But when I open the app now there’s a sign that says “Select Channel “ With a blank box underneath it,And when it pops up my screen freezes. Once again please fix this issue.

it happens often in the parkour game, when you have already done the half of the map the another half just doesn’t show, and apparently it’s only with certain players because others cam continue playing it. i have photo evidence but the review doesn’t let me link it. please tell me your email adress so i can send it to you.

게임할때 밸런스가 너무 안맞아요 차라리 레벨순으로 했다면 뭐랄까 제가 이런 리뷰는 처음쓰는데 점프점프 할때도 난이도도 너무 높고 고수도 많아서 처음하는사람들은 그냥 못깰수준애다가 일등도 못하겠네요.밸런스 조정좀 해주세요 그리고 조작감이 너무 인좋아요.(개인적으로는 비추입니다.)

Old versions were better
This game used to be so much like SOO MUCH better in older versions. The souls were rare. Characters were hard to get. You had to craft like boxes with items obtained from story mode to get some characters like maid Mari. The animations, sound effects were good. But now, there are a lot of bugs like sound effect not playing, animations not playing and the dev doesn’t even care enough to fix. They aren’t really affecting the gameplay but I think it would be more dynamic and alive if they’re fixed. The game also used to be packed with players but now it’s deserted, I don’t wonder why. I’d really be happy if the old version was reintroduced.

Had this game in 2020, reinstalled 2024 and my account that was linked is deleted for some reason. Pretty sad about that. Game is pretty dead but i still like the style. although the gameplay isnt always reliable with a strange hit box it still has its moments of fun. it will get repetitive but its good for some time now and then. It's an ok game, a bit nostalgic despite only being around 4 or so years since i played it

I love this game, i do miss the old version though. To be honest the old version was way better, there wasn’t any chat and there was a lot of better games.
