Poor Graphics
The graphics are so unbelievably bad. I used to play this game and it was not like this. Even on max settings, it still looks awful and grainy. I might as well be playing on an iPhone 4. It’s as if it became a retro pixel arcade game. Seriously… a DS has better quality. What happened?

It crashes like crazy, I’m about to download it again because this is a great game but you can’t even begin for real because it’s always crashing like crazy
Ranking versus mode
The ranking versus mode seems to have unbalances in arranging opponents, the gap is way too big, if only all indexes are adjusted to fit a 2-2 combat otherwise I don't see any pleasure playing that mode.

Better clan rewards needed
Love the game but we need better clan rewards for lower level players. The top 3 clans should be receiving at LEAST legendary spirit protections, ancient guardians, gems and Radiant ancient frag chests. I get it, it’s a p2w game and we DO PAY. But not everyone is fortunate enough to shell out hundreds of dollars monthly just to feel SLIGHTLY useful in the game. We have players that want to participate but don’t because they are too week and financially unable to keep up. You can afford to level the field a bit so please do it! And also since we have myth gear, it wouldn’t hurt to slightly raise the success rates for Ancient radiant gear. It’s far to easy for the financially capable to widen the power gap and dominate other lower level players.
Unsecured game, game infiltrated by hackers
The game is unsecured with hackers able to access the game with cheats. The hackers are able to create a dummy account which helps the main account holder acquire items that are difficult for a new player to acquire. Many reports have been sent to the developer, many updates have been made but no action has been taken to ensure fair gameplay. The developers dont seem to care as long as they receive profit from in-app purchases, which monthly they continue to update and focus on, instead of taking steps to block/secure the app from external programs that are being used by hackers
game keeps crashing
after the initial character set up, I have not been able to play because the game keeps crashing after the login screen.
Faces and lyn ears options
There’s not a lot of different faces for all character races to choose from For lyn there’s more ears in the pc version Lion bat raccoon and others

I can’t get passed character creation it just disconnects.

Love the game but…
Love the game. The storyline is intriguing and the battles are fun. One problem that I run into is getting kicked out of the game repeatedly. Usually when this happens with a game I delete it but I really love playing so if this issue could be resolved I would be very thankful.

This thing keep crashing. Aside from that, there is literally nothing that makes it unique from other mobile MMO, which is a shame because the original Blade and Soul is such a great game. I for one will not put any real money in, simply because no matter how much cash you sink in, you will automatically lose when the game crashes.

My very first placement match was up against someone that was already gold in arena and was definitely someone that was higher stats than me. Should really consider balancing the matchmaking system.
