Broken Servers, disconnected all times
I lost count of how many coins that I supposed to claimed due to the broken links for that I supposed to watch hundreds of apps in order to complete the mission. If I can give it zero star, I will. As an example, the offers stated to enter zip codes & select the topics that are related to experiences for rewards & also entered information as requested for what needs to be completed or even download what were needed to redeem the rewards. Zero coins been claimed. It’s been repetitively happening with other similar rewards offer but really not sure why even follow the instructions carefully in order to redeem them but they all didn’t go through even over 24 hours. Those aren’t the coins with purchase offers either. Sorry but Tapjoy always giving the customers an extremely poor user experiences. The others who are using the same app are also experiencing the same thing. All the users are really trying to achieve the campaign/event goals to make things happen altogether. Really do hope Tapjoy & TheKking app itself can take this seriously. Thank you.

Not working
I can’t even get into the app. It stays on the first screen upon opening then crashes.
Used to be good
The app used to be good, one of the few voting apps that actually worked, but then there was an update and NOTHING works. Super slow sand I can’t do anything to actually get points to vote, ya know, the main function of the app? I try to watch ads and it just. Simply doesn’t. I try to open the “free box” and it just. Won’t. I deleted and redownloaded the app and it didn’t help at all

Make an immediate action, we have two days left and I don’t wanna see my money, time and efforts go to nothing if i can’t vote for my favorite artist. Immediate action please.

So far so good!
I have been using this app today and it’s amazing! I can make a suggestion, can you allow us to get hearts by liking comments?
scam
to think i spent money on this app to be able to get my idols a well deserved my billboard only for it to play for 20 seconds when with the amount of money made from fans by either spending actual money or watching ads could have had the ad stay up for way longer than even just a day (which is apparently the amount of promotion time that was initially promised) i am just severely disappointed and mostly wish that i could have my money back 😑 will definitely be uninstalling this app as soon as september ends- my condolences as a stay to the other fandoms that have also spent their money on this wanky, stanky, junky, wacked on crack app
My Thekking has something wrong.
Yesterday I have downloaded the app, and follow all process. I watched lots of ads and converted pink stars to hearts. That’s no problem. Unfortunately today I can’t log in my Thekking. It shown that “An unknown error has occurred”. I fried to log in so many times but nothing happen. Please help. Thank you

i cant log in back with my facebook account i have lots of pinks that i need to vote pls fix this tommorrow is the last day
scam
first of all, the ad you’re given isn’t anywhere near the amount of money the app gains from all the ads you have to watch in order to vote for your idol. Secondly, the fact that there was no time given for when the ad would go up for stays is already unprofessional and the fact that it just never was put up is awful. I’m a carat, and we spent money trying to win just as much as stay did since it was neck and neck the whole time. this whole app is a scam. No one is even out in Times Square during corona virus anyway and the amount of time and money we put into this isn’t worth a one day ad
Error
While I was watching ads, it popped up with “the authentication key has expired”, and when I went to convert pinks, it said the same thing. So I exited the app, and when I went to enter it, it said an unknown error had occurred. I’m hoping this will be fixed soon because I’m trying to collect hearts and vote for one of my ults, but because of this error, I won’t be able to help contribute to the votes. Please fix this

Take the app down
They made a whole fandom (stay) lose money, time and effort in their app to make skz win an ad in Times Square NY, which we won and the ad never showed up on Time Squares, they robbed us!.

Kept crashing/Couldn’t finish my voting
The app kept crashing when I used it. When I was trying to finish my voting it wouldn’t work. So I’m displeased with the fact that the app wasn’t working at that time. However, other than the fact that the app was being petty and didn’t let my voting go through it was a nice app. So I rate it a 3.
Liars
Lied about how ling the ad was going to be put on. Straykids fans worked hard to get them an ad on Times Square for a whole day like we were promised but it was shown only for 20 seconds which is not nearly enough. Kpop stans dOnT waste you’re time and money on this app
RATING
This app is amazing!! I love to vote for my favorite Kpop group. I love seeing the number go up each day because of how many people vote for them!!💜
disappointed, unprofessional.
i am one of the many who voted for stray kids and spent time to collect the votes. however the advertisement was not even shown, and the time was never specified. address this, don’t make excuses. this was highly unprofessional of your company, and we will not be using this app again

Adds not loading :(
I am using this to vote for my favorite kpop group. I understand that you can watch 10 ads per hour. But I watched 10 ads at around 11:30, then it’s 12:00 and the app cannot load ads :( please fix it or tell me what I can do. Also, I try to do missions (like quizzes) but those also are not working
ITS A GREAT APP 💗💗
It’s a great app that helps your favorite Kpop group win a big prize 🙈💗
scammed
stray kids’ fans, stays, as well as other fandoms, such as carats, worked hard and SPENT THEIR OWN MONEY in hopes to get their favs promoted in times square. we were promised the ad would play AT LEAST the whole day, but it was only played for 20 seconds, and NO ONE saw it. first of all, from all the money they received, they could’ve allegedly kept it up for a MONTH. secondly, these people didn’t keep their promise and weren’t true to their word, how does a good 24 hours reduce to 20 seconds? fans were waiting in times square for HOURS in the heat, and got NOTHING. absolutely disgusting, do better.
Wont give me my reward
I took this quiz and scored 100 and it wont give me my reward
help
Everytime I try to sign up, nothing happens?
