Suck customer service. Never ever follow with your call. It’s happened twice. Candlewood Smile.

Access to records is great. The amount of personal info requested seems invasive and of concern for security. No link to affiliated offices/professionals nearby if out of area. The app doesn’t have an obvious feedback nor suggestions link other tha. The review.
Billing issue
I paid my bill through the app, but the balance is still showing as unpaid. Please fix this issue.
Check in questions
It would be better if the app actually recognized someone as a continuing patient. The same questions as if you are a brand new patient is ridiculous.
Great experience
I have very high dental anxiety, and Rachel and Dr. G were absolutely amazing. They were both so kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Their compassion and professionalism truly made a difference. I highly recommend them, especially if you experience dental anxiety!

Great, easy to use. Would add suggestive medical options; providers, specialists, etc
Billing
Does not show my credit balance. Shows zero when there should be a credit. So tried to research and was not able to pull up the paid claim that resulted in a credit. The credit was confirmed by the dentist and insurance company.

So when I decided to get more serious about my dental health, Doctor miller and the team agreed. Doctor miller became more serious about getting my oral health taken care of right away. Also making sure everything is healing up properly. He even suggested the next step would be to get braces!!?!?! The team including Doctor Yant was very caring and considerate. Including the lovely ladies at the front desk. Thank you so much

The app is not user friendly. Curt, impersonal and irrelevant info. I received an email saying another account is sharing? Huh?

Lack of detail
I am looking to review my explanation of benefits, this information should be available. The billing information on this app and the letters, texts and emails I have record from the office are not lining up. I want to be able to see what they are charging my insurance before going in for a visit.
Leaving a message on this app
While I enjoy using this app to make sure I know my appointments are coming up and I can add them to my calendar, I notice while leaving a message on this app there was no reply back to my question. Why would you have something available and not answer your customer’s question? Puzzling

I am so happy with this dentist Dr. Rema is absolutely amazing. I haven’t been happy with any dentist that I’ve seen. I got my new dentures bottom plate done here. I’m looking forward to having my top plate being redone in 2028.

The site does not show my appointments… buttons dont response . It is like is frozen all the time
Lack of Messaging Options
I was looking to send a simple message to Dr. Mule; an option not supported in the message section. I simply wanted to tell Dr. Mule that I had bitten through the new night-guard in the same area as the previous guard.(Right molar) This seems to occur after each monthly deep cleaning. I will continue to use damaged night-guard & wait to hear how Dr. Mule would like to proceed. (30minutes each vinegar & peroxide followed precisely)

My chart experience
I have a MyChart account with all my medical history doctor visits medication’s and messages. I think the platform is great. It’s convenient to have my chart for my dentist visits. Truly awesome.
18+ issues
I use this app to keep track of my family’s appts. My daughter just turned 18, and was automatically removed because she is now considered an “adult”. Yet, I make all the appt’s, pay the copays. I’m not able to add her back on, I called the Ortho office and it’s out of their hands. Do better Smile Generation My Chart.
Customer service
Today I had to go in for emergency because of an onlay that came out from April 2025. Dr. slade was great and Linda as always was so nice! I’ll most likely be coming back to this dental office since my new Dr. Slade is there!

Nilo, she’s my girl. Love her vibe. Michael Jackson is our love language. Thank you for your support, encouragement, gentleness and patience. Love you Nilo! Katie always helps me understand the details. Dr. S is helpful and kind. She’s always smiling. The lovely brunette with the glasses so sorry your name escapes me at the moment but your energy is always lovely. Then entire team is always willing to help in any way they can. I’ve never been a fan of the dentist office however Fallon Dental makes the experience an experience to get me to come back every time. Thank you all for your kindness and patience with me.
