Приложения плохо работает, из-за того что оно глючит, во время нельзя выключить парковку. Из-за этого оплата за парковку больше! Так еще их камеры не фиксируют выезд, когда выезжаешь с парковки в городскую зону (AIZ например) и показывает что все еще стоишь в их зоне.

App is nor very intuitive to handle.
Easy to loose money
It is very easy to set car for parking and forget to stop it. App didn’t warned at all that parking is not stopped for 1 month and then charged >200EUR from my bank account without warning. When i get money back, they charged extra 5%. Be very careful with this company.
Very bad interface for payments
Very bad interface. Not clear when to pay and you can pay for 10sec 30min price. No support in app. Can’t refund money!!! ——— Support via email was polite and did refund.

Leider konnte man kein 24 Stunden Zeitraum einstellen. Wegen der fehlenden Auswahlmöglichkeiten bei den Tarifen gibt es einen Abzug bei den Sternen

This was so easy to use. Much quicker than in the UK and easy for a foreigner to use in Estonia- well done on a great app
Fraudulent vendor
I’ve parked car for 1 hour, added card and for 2 weeks the app showed the parking is not paid, unless it was only 1,5 or 2euro. I’ve tried to pay manually and there was an issue in the app. After 2 weeks EuroPark added 7.5 euro fine. Avoid scammer company
Charging
A bit slow popping up possible chargers in location and also very slow when trying to end charging. Need to press multiple times ans sometimes fails. Otherwise great.
App becomes better but still has lot of issues
Often it’s hard to pay for parking, app just freezes and never initiates payment. Have to restart it multiple times. For some reason app always uses precise location and location services, so drains battery even after parking started and app isn’t used anymore. Have to kill it to avoid such behaviour. App asks for precise location permission always , even after rejection, next app focus will request again.

This is real scam app. I think they collect money illegaly. They rules on the street are not usable and illegal. Mafia, scamers
Geht doch.
Also, ich kann nicht meckern. Bei der Installation war irgendwas komisch, musste sie wiederholen, aber dann lief alles wie am Schnürchen (iPhone, Estland). Viele gute Hinweise und Anzeigen, leicht zu verstehen und zu bedienen. Im Grunde alles selbsterklärend. Keine Abstürze.
Welcome to the future
Why on earth you have to have Estonian phone number in order to register? Why not to have Apple sign in, where one button does all the registration and verification? I was fined 39€ thanks to you stupid regulation procedure. I was in the car trying to get through it when parking authorities issued me a ticket. Good luck with your future. Application deleted. (Second star for availability in my country AppStore).

Я на парковке стоял 30 минут. Потом завершил стоянку и уехал. И теперь мне нужно платить 20€? Ваше приложение не исправно работает.
No notifications about an active parking
Why there are literally zero notifications whatsoever about active parkings like in the competitor’s apps? Telia’s “Pargi.ee” app has settings where you can define how often to be notified about an active parking. “Barking” app also has visual notifications. Please add this functionality, it’s a must-have in such kind of apps.
