Obsessed
Am I biased? Maybe but I think it’s a great fun gamified app
App keeps crashing after each game or small mock
Unsure if this will be updated?
Great, fun way to study, but explanations…
I'm studying for my BCBA exam, and SNABA was recommended by many! So far, I love all the different ways to practice the material! However, the explanations are not always helpful. I am really enjoying the 'fluency' option for going through the task list, and if I miss a question, the explanation is 50/50 on explaining the correct answer.it would be really nice to be able to identify the areas 1 am lacking, and get the clarifications in the same app in the moment, but that doesn't always happen for me in SNABA. I overall highly recommend the app for anyone looking for a fun way to study!
Questions aren’t similar to the BCBA Exam
These questions are good for general knowledge and understating basic concepts, but the questions are nothing like the actual exam. If you want practice questions that are similar to the BCBA exam, I recommend Understanding Behavior’s Mini Mock Exams. I passed the second time when I stopped using SNABA and started using UB.
It’s okay but not worth $20
For $20 I expect the app to have correct and accurate feedback. I’ve run across questions that have two correct answers, but it will mark one answer wrong one round and then the next time you see the question, the another answer is then marked wrong. I will read the explanation and make sure to mark the “correct” answer the next round, and the answer is marked wrong with the same explanation that is stating it should be the correct answer. I emailed about this and they said they would look into and gave me instructions to fix the app in case it’s a “glitch”. However another issues is that some of the fluency questions don’t match to what task list they are suppose to be testing. For example, G-22 is asking questions about supervision and such, but G-22 on the task list is about promoting maintenance. I like the study plan but it’s not worth $20! Luckily I’ll be testing in a couple of weeks and will only have to pay for one month subscription!
💜SNABA
I enjoy everything SNABA! They make everything fun and beautiful!! Thank you!!
I need to cancel this subscription
I have not been able to cancel the subscription, could you make it a little easier?
ABHeyyyy!
This app is awesome! User friendly and informative! I take my test next spring and I feel like I’m really getting prepared for it!
Needs lots of work
For the fluency questions there are so many errors. It’s pretty disappointing and it makes you second guess yourself. I love the idea of the app and it has the potential to be great but SO MANY ERRORS. The live study group are also a big disappointment. I don’t feel like anyone’s answers are ever truly answered. I would not recommend attending.
I WANT to love this app
I was excited to download the app since I greatly respect the ladies of SNABA and will be taking the test in 2 months. I have been going through the fluency quizzes and am at section D now. Within the sections I’ve completed so far, there’s been multiple questions which are worded in a way where it is not clear to me what is being asked. Its not that I don’t know the answer or terms, there seems to be no specific question being asked. Additionally some answers have two correct answers (the answers are AKAs and the explanation states that both terms are correct). I submitted feedback for these questions so hopefully the questions will be updated. Majority of the questions are great, but for $20 a month I have high expectations that haven’t been met.
BCBA prep
The best prep for the BCBA exam and SO helpful
Great app except for grammatical errors!!
I’m finding this app very helpful in my studying journey. I love the fluency quizzes. Though for the high price of the app, it has LOTS of grammar and spelling errors which make understanding questions sometimes difficult. The more quizzes I take the more frustrated I get with the errors. If this could be looked into that would help a lot.
Functions are not working
The calendar/study plan aspect of the app cannot be accessed as well as other areas. The app crashes when I try to access various areas of the app. The quizzes are helpful but overall, the app would shut down or freeze when I tried to do other things besides the quizzes
Glitching
My app keeps glitching on the fluency quizzes. I get to question 10 of the fluency quiz, click the answer, then the app closes, not saving my answers. It is very frustrating.
Is amazing
I love it!
Great. App. But.
Lately it has been freezing none stop. Really messes up my mojo, ya know. Please fix this.
App keeps crashing
I do love this app. However, the app keeps crashing on me in task list C. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have emailed several times. My app is still crashing and no one is responding. I pay a lot of money per month for this app to not work appropriately. I am getting very annoyed.
Amazing APP
Great questions to prep you for TCO 6. Some are tricky but good enough to get a deeper dive of the concept
Amazing app for fluency
PASSED ONE AND DONE! This app helps a lot with fluency absolutely worth it to pay for the monthly subscription
Creating great study habits!
SNABA has really laid a platform for self motivation in my personal study. The discussion boards allow you to communicate with serval others in your same situation and the live study groups allow you access to speak directly with a certified BCBA learning terms and hashtags that are very memorable for exam time!
THANK YOU!!
This app was so helpful for me to learn the material!! I appreciate all the time you guys take for us!
Fluency
The APP is awesome! It is helping me become more fluent with each of the task list by letting me know where I need to focus my studies more to nail this test. Thanks
Simply EXTRAORDINARY!
An hour commute to work each way in Central Texas to a clinic where I work full time can be exhausting. Throw in the fact I am 49 and studying for the exam and you have a midlife crisis. Liat and Casey makes the drive first-class with their sequined style of teaching ABA, and their spellbinding podcasts! SNABA is my favorite way to study for the exam and I can't wait to pass this freakin' exam! Love y'all HUGE! Thank you for being you and doing what you do!!
