Honestly this is my go to game to play I rarely play phone games but when I do I play this it’s addictive.
Every single “art” is made by generative AI
I opened the app, just to see the first few song covers had AI art. I was like “…Okay, well, maybe it’s just the music producers’ faults.” Then I scrolled down. Seemingly every single thumbnail is made by generative AI. The laziness (and even harmfulness) is just really disappointing.

SO MANY BUGS
theres 1 song in particular, bad guy by bliile elish, that the game wont let me play at all, keeps telling me my device is muted when it most certainly is not, I can literally hear the intro. Also theres only 40 songs, I started playing yesterday and i’ve already 3 starred half of them (HOW??!! I miss 30 blocks, should make the ranking waaayy more strict). Im not paying for premium for a game that isn’t even that good. Side note- I know this is entirely my fault but my nails are too long to double swipe the blocks when they’re at the bottom.

Great Game
I am the person who wrote the 1 star review saying that people don’t listen to the reviews. Having played the new version, I am really impressed by the new features and songs that this game has to offer and I like the variety of songs that you can choose from. The frequent updates take into account the reviews, so fourth making the game somewhat better than the original version (which used to be very good). I would recommend maybe re-including expert+ levels as I love a challenge - hence the reason why I enjoyed the Godzilla level the most. Therefore, this game deserves a 4/5 stars. I am harsh lol.
It was ok but barely any song options!
So I was super excited to play this game after reading all the great reviews but once I saw the song options I knew that it wasn’t for me. It was also kinda fun to play but it gets really confusing because it has a lot of rules. This is my opinion and anyone can play this game, it’s just not for me. And it needs like way more songs. This game has like 20 songs to play.
Its a pretty good game
It’s pretty fun but unlike beat saber you don’t have depth perception and it’s a bit easy but it is a pretty good try at making mobile beat saber.

AI Art and Music
This app clearly uses awful AI art and music. The base mechanic has potential but the circular discs you can’t cut in any direction aren’t very responsive. I was trying to find a game as good as Beatstar but I was disappointed with this game. Especially the awful music and blatant use of AI throughout. I would not recommend this game.

Hello. Beat Saber pro here. What i think of this game is, did the developers get those songs in the game legally? Lets start with the bad parts in this game: The mapping isn't great, parity issues everywhere, njs sometimes feels off, and somehow there is not top row like there is in Beat Saber. Now the positive stuff about this game: Lighting is actually pretty good, the environments actually look like Beat Saber environments, such as the rock pack looks like the rock environment in Beat Saber, and the Halloween looks like spooky beat environment. The last good thing is that you can play custom songs basically anywhere, waiting for your airplane flight to board, while on a cruise if it offers internet, or even during your lunch break at your job. I don't reccomend this game because if you have a vr headset and 30 dollars then you don't need this game.
I’m afraid to update
I paid five bux one time to get rid of ads & I haven’t updated this game in a few years. Now that this is a wildly expensive subscription service like every other music game & everything else trying to bleed us dry financially, I’m worried if I update, I will not have my ad-free purchase grandfathered in. It still works, so that’s nice. But eventually it will break I’m sure. Can’t really recommend it as a subscription app. But it used to be fun & reasonably priced.

What happened?
This game used to be so much fun and I played it all the time. I rarely spend money on mobile games and I paid to get rid of the adds for once because I loved it so much. But I just logged back on for the first time in a while and everything is different. The song choice is pretty much non existent and the blocks are so small and in a terrible shape. Like this game seriously used to be fun and idk what happens. Very disappointed.
Great beat saber knock off for mobile
This game is great there are ads though😭😭😭. But I think this game is great you can swipe with 1 of them cause I tried it and it worked. And also it’s easy on expert to and it not supposed to be probably.
It WAS good
Used to love this game as a cheap and more portable version of beat saber, but since the new updates I don’t like the new tiles you swipe, there super hard to see which is frustrating, and the original layout was way harder, now even on expert it’s way too easy, and it doesn’t really matter which way you swipe the blocks it still works. Used to be good now I don’t like it.
Is the update done?
I couldn’t say this any other way I know of, so I customised my “I want the old ver back” review, and all I need to know is is the update done? 🤔 I also need it quick, (sorry… 😅) and wow! This is still all very good for one single person! And I’m not sure if this is easy or hard, but what I need is the exact old version. I’m very sorry if you need to make that all again, but that’s what I want… so I hope it’s not too hard! (If the original is actually just too stressful to recreate, just change it to be more like before the big change. If possible to do any of these requirements, even the easy one, (of the two,) it would be great! If you do the easy one, four stars, hard, (probably,) five stars! Thank you if you read this and replied.

(1)you can’t really play well with chubby fingers the swiping area is very small (2)something it glitches and you don’t hit a button (3)not very many songs to play (4)I hate the part where they keep saying “good job” it sounds terrible and just doesn’t make sense (5)the graphics aren’t super good (6)the aria you actually swipe is super small Overall it’s a good game just make the screen bigger so people can play easily,some more songs and have a setting to remove the part where they say good job!

So before I was obsessed with this game. It was amazing. I stopped playing for a little and then the creators started to make it easier. Take good songs like “Monster” by Eminem. On top of this, the beats now make a noise that don’t even match up with the song. It sounds very off when you play and I miss the older version of this game where it didn’t make a noise and it was harder. It is now just too easy and it feels like a 5 year old can beat it while it’s on expert. I hope to see a better update, bring back old songs and take away the noise the beats make. They do not match with any of the songs.

The game is good ngl but there is a couple problems for this game. Well for starters the video for the game is not like in the game. Second I cannot find the difficulty setting in the game but on top of all that at least they got rock music but pls help me find the difficulty setting.
Great App, Just Needs Variety!
I've been loving this music app - the interface is smooth, and the sound quality is fantastic! However, I do wish there were more songs and a greater variety of genres to choose from. The current selection is good, but expanding the library would make the experience even better. I'm excited to see what updates are in store and can't wait for even more music to enjoy. Keep up the great work - just a little more variety would make this app perfect!
What the hell happened??
Around 2 or 3 years ago this was one of the best rhythm games in the App Store, now it’s utter garbage? The songs available are unbelievably awful unlicensed rubbish! There used to be great songs such as Godzilla by Eminem and a variety of Billie Eilish songs with 4 difficulties to each, now there’s only one difficulty to roughly about 26 songs total not to mention again THEY ARE ALL AWFUL. Not one popular song on there, really disappointing to see the state of the game now; thought they would have done better.

Why the AI?
I hate that this game uses ai generated elements to make art for the game. At least get an artist to make the art… The levels are horrible and have no good gameplay like beatsaber. Please put some effort in making games.

Game quality was amazing! But beat slasher.. BEAT. There was no beat. I picked a song and heard nothing. You can’t hear the music at all! I tried resetting the app, restarting. And I heard nothing.
This is an ok game
The only bad thing is there is not many songs and we need more rap. But over all the game is a good game playing in the car if you don't have a vr with you.
Cool concept, incredibly poorly executed
So, in theory this is really cool but: The tracking is AWFUL, I’ve found myself perfectly slicing a block and the cursor being far off screen and no it’s not my phone. The arrows are such an awkward shape and so are the blocks making it nearly impossible to identify which direction the arrows are pointing. The hit boxes for the blocks are TINY meaning even if you hit it, the majority of the time you still “miss”. The game doesn’t recognise when you slice a block wrong as opposed to missing it entirely. There are a very limited selection of songs All of the blocks come far too early and they green line is too far towards the player It is very laggy even in low graphics and I have a beefy phone. The majority of blocks have no beat whatsoever. Sometimes the game doesn’t track when you don’t let go of the screen. The game doesn’t recognise which thumb is which. There are SO MANY ADS and it’s a blatant and awful Beat Saber rip-off with no credit. Images are also over sexualised

Unplayable
As somebody with 200+ hours in the actual beat saber game, I didn’t enjoy this. It lags way too much, songs were removed, the perfectly fine blocks were changed, and the free levels that don’t cost those coins are super boring and way too easy (even in expert+) please make your game harder, add some sort of low detail mode, and just change the blocks. I’m probably never going to touch this game again, but the reason why this is 2 stars is because it used to be a good and fun game that I could just play for a bit for fun! But the new updates just ruined the game so much for me.
