What people like
- Very relaxing and easy to play
- No pressure to spend real money
- Good for killing time while traveling
What they complain about
- Ads are too long and frequent
- Ads often won't close or exit
- Buying no-ads doesn't actually remove them
- Levels become impossible without watching ads
Great game/weird ads
I very much enjoy this game. It helps me turn my brain off in the face of the troubles and burdens of the world. In the spirit of this, maybe we can find some new ads that don’t involve women and children nearly freezing to death, and kings (even if they’re evil) being murdered by fire breathing dragons. It really harshes my mellow, and really flies in the face of the purpose of these types of games. Not trying to be a wuss about it, but it is a jarring change of pace when I just want some extra room for sorting.
No longer fun
I used to love this game but it’s no longer fun. When I need an assist I have to sit through an ad that can be quick or take upwards of a couple of minutes. After sitting through all of that sometimes it doesn’t even give me the assist. It’s beyond frustrating and makes me want to delete the app.
Extra cup option not working
Enjoy the game when it is working properly. However it seems since your last “fix” the extra cup button is not responding. I see another player states the same issue to you on Apr 2nd, yet nothing has been fixed. Please read your reviews & correct the non-working features in you game. Thank you
Ads/exit button
I know there will be ads but ads after every level is too much. The X never shows up to exit out of the ads. I really like this game but this issue needs to be fixed. I have to close the game completely open again just to do the next level.
Fun but add more rewards!
I love this game but I have already bought everything from the shop. Please add more stuff.
Ummm
I like this game! Super relaxing, and it makes you think. Highly addictive and great way to pass time.
Ball sort don’t like this game at all
This game move from just play so I can receive my earning I don’t like this game iam going stop play all these game cause they want you to keep down load games
Ball Sort Puzzle
Frustrating when there is a bug that keeps you from finishing your game...
Fun but almost impossible
It’s really fun. My biggest complaint: It’s practically unwinnable beyond a certain point unless you watch ads to get an extra vial. Unfortunately there’s no way to unlock extra vials without ads My other complaint is that there’s no hints or suggested moves
Stopped playing videos
Can’t get videos to play for extra columns or more backspace
Wonderful
I am on level 23,280
Ads are too much now
Recent update went from an ad buying one full tube to one as buys one place holder in a single tube, a full ad to buy a second spot in the same tube, and same for third and fourth. So what one ad used to buy, I now need four. I’m deleting the app.
Game buttons aren’t responding on either of my devices
On level 1178 I press the extra cup option and it won’t respond. Other game options (backing up; restart; menu…) work perfectly, if you press the extra cup button, it will show you pressing it but just won’t take you to the ad. Same with the 10x reward button if you get 100% on a level. It’ll show you pressed it but it just won’t take you there. Please help! We love this game!
Can’t get a tube.
Not sure has happened but haven’t been able to get a tube for several days. Please fix.
Ads go on and on!
I purchased the “no ads package” but still when I want to add a tube, I get ads that go on for many minutes! If there is a way to stop these ads sooner, it’s well hidden. I give up, will hide the app.
Careful
Good game but after turning on advanced security Ads are being blocked by xfinity due to security threats. Don’t you test these ads so they pose no threat??? What is getting thru?
Rai’s review
I recommend not getting this app because it has adds every time you complete a level I give it a 1/5 it sucks it is terrible
add more things to the shop
my favorite game i’m on level 685 but i wish you would add more things to the shop because i have 15,000 coins that are just building up with nothing to use them on!! do more stuff with your game
Needs fixed
Fun game but developers need to update it so that the features actually work.
Ball sort
A really fun game. However, you better like being interrupted in the middle of your game, cause you’re gonna get it. Very very frustrating. Otherwise I would give this game a 10
Fun and free!
I love that this game never asks me to spend real money and that I don’t need to in order to advance. You can get different types of balls, beakers and backgrounds with the coins you earn just from winning levels. I appreciate this game bc it’s enjoyable and it’s not just one of those money grabs
Its not working
You can’t click to get your free gifts or get extra bottles. So getting past level 27 is not possible as it is set up purposely to need an extra bottle.
Great Game
Love this game, so uncomplicated. 😀😀
Cancelled
I like this game, but the inappropriate ads were so bad I cancelled and deleted this game.
Buyer beware
It’s a fine game, but... I purchased the “no ad” option and that’s not exactly right. If you get stuck, your only option is to click on the video and watch up 3 mins or more before you can carry on. What a waste of time and money.
Great Game
So this game is great. Some of the levels are a little challenging, and it helps to think through it for a few days or so. And if you don’t want to watch ads, I’ve got a secret for you. Just turn the wifi off and play, and then turn it back on when you need to. That way, you can enjoy a great game without paying or unnecessary ads. Have fun playing and please download!
App frozen
A Vivint ad has frozen the game for two days. Please fix these ads.
Share lvl
I remember when we were able to share our level with friends, what happened to that?
Upset Mom
This is the worst game ever!!! You can’t get out of it even if you delete it. I would never recommend it to anyone.
No ads means nothing!
Unbelievable! I paid for NO ADS years ago. ADS CONTINUE—and are FAR worse: way more FREQUENT & INCREDIBLY LONG! Company never responds to emails. Really disappointing and shows what they think of customers.
Best game ❤️
I’ve just got this game and it is amazing ❤️❤️
Broken :/
I’ve had this game for years and it’s always been a good time waster for me. In the last month or two I have been getting SO MANY broken ads. Like 4/5 ads don’t work. The X to exit them never shows up, or the ad itself never shows up and I can’t close out of them. When I close out of the app it resets my progress in the game and it doesn’t give me whatever I just sat through the ad for. I’m debating on deleting it just because it’s impossible to use now :/
K
This game is ok it has bad and good things the bad is ads the ads are ridiculous and their are sooooo many of them the good thing is EVERYTHING apart from ads
Ads are obnoxious
I like the game itself. But a one minute ad is ridiculous. Especially when the as is false advertising.
Please fix
The game is very fun ... but getting the helps is impossible. The ads won't give a way to stop them for about 25 minutes!! Why do you allow that? Rarely do I try to get help because of that!!! Please fix that!!!!
an interesting parody,
an interesting parody,
Question mark levels
Question mark levels ruin the enjoyment of the game. They come up far too frequently and for the most part is just purely guessing. Not strategic, not fun. Pass.
I’m addicted to this game, but…
It’s a great game and I became addicted to it. However, after a while I felt like every level was the same (or was I just getting better at it?). But now I’m stuck on level 308. It has suddenly got so difficult that I really can’t get past this level! I’ve tried many different ways, but I run into a dead end every time…so now what??
Long Ads
I love this game but its ads are very long, just had one ad that’s started at 84 seconds then was probably longer as you have to wait for the X to come up (5-6 seconds). Did pay for this game many moons ago but cannot redeem. So having to wait for the long for ads to finish makes me think I’ll delete as any relaxation I get from it goes with the reparation frustration of waiting for the same cartoon characters being killed. Stupid marketing me thinks.
Game is awesome ads horrendous
Love the game but the ads are so bad there is no way to close them other than exiting the game and restarting
Try this app it’s sooo good!
When I first downloaded this game, I fell in love with it. It’s like the most relaxing game in the entire world. I can’t believe everyone put a two or three or one star review. This game is so good.
Unskipable ads ruin the game
The game itself is great, but unskipable ads from partners like Kalshi ruin the experience. I cannot progress from level to level as there is no way to exit the ads.
Fun game but excessive amount of ads
The game is fun. But in the free version, there are so many ad breaks it makes it unplayable
Sneaky
Good until I came to the realisation certain levels are made to be literally impossible unless you watch and ad to get a bit of extra tube. Annoying and sneaky, have uninstalled.
Long ads
I’ve enjoyed this game. I’ve played it for some time. I do often stop playing it entirely before it’s finished as the ads get LONG. Every time it’s played.
great game
i have been playing this game every day for months x i love the game and climbing the levels x however there is one major bugbear x every time you use a help button there is an advert x totally get that this is quite usual x my bugbear is that the length of time given to ads ( usually 28 seconds) means i spend more time waiting for the repetitive ads to finish than i do playing the game itself x plus i am not interested in downloading any new games shown in the ads as they are not relevant to me x this totally spoils the enjoyment of the actual game x if ads are a vital part of the set up fir the game i would really appreciate shorter and more varied ads for the future x i will point out i have paid for the no ads version but that does not appear to have been applied x
Ads are off the charts
Makes the game near impossible to play
More challenges
I love the game, but need harder challenges… change it up a bit
Not enough levels
It went back to the start at level 11000!
I love this game but I don’t play it much anymore
This game is amazing and considering I travel a lot, it is a really fun game to kill time. Adds are ruining it though and some people like me don’t want to pay for them to be gone. The game will be better if they are reduced.
