Love using aliases
Great app & website & browser extension.
Doesn’t support FIDO
Not able to log in because developers “don’t support FIDO on mobile yet”. Why add FIDO 2FA if users are locked out of their accounts after adding it?
😟😟😟
Очень грустно🥺 Великолепное приложение, но почему-то разработчик перестал его обновлять😒 ______________________________ Very sad🥺 It's a great app, but for some reason the developer stopped updating it.
Kinda complicated:/
I’m not finding this easy to use!
FIDO?…FIDO?…FIDO?…FIDO?
Please add FIDO/second factor support for iOS application authentication (can’t use the app because of this issue).
Absolutely phenomenal
Absolutely phenomenal solution.
Don’t use this app.
This app gave me a lot of trouble. Had to restart my computer due to this app. Never downloading again.
Feedback: Simplify UI and directions
Feedback: refine the UI so navigation and making changes becomes smoother for the user. Offer an even more compact view for someone that has many aliases. Also, redo some of the directions online, they are not easiest to understand for non-technical users. On the online portal, please but the trash can some thats easier to find. It’s currently buried in the settings. New to the service, but so far it’s been working well. But can be overwhelming with all the options they have. Please

Sehr gefährliche Erweiterung
Funcionalidade
Poderia ter as opções de poder usar os domínio do Proton Pass para ter tem a conta vinculada. Para usar com algumas funções só tem aqui e não lá, ou levar esses funções do SimpleLogin para o Proton Pass.
Absolute must have if data compartmentalization is something individuals care about.
SimpleLogin not only makes your experience straight forward and simple, you can login with your proton account of your choice.
Websites don’t accept the aliases
I’m deleting this app after a year because it’s not accepted by the websites I’ve tried to create accounts with. They can tell it’s not a real email address. I also can’t figure out how to use these standalone aliases very well in my everyday email. It’s way too disconnected and complicated.
Awesome but…
This app is awesome, but only 4* because the keyboard doesn’t show a description of the email. So I don’t know if I’m selecting the right email or not. I have mine categorized. So this forces me to still open the app to make sure I’m grabbing the right one. If it showed a description it would be perfect.
Needs improvement
Love the service but I hate that it’s so hard to find a contact for my aliases. If I try to add it in and it’s already there, it doesn’t let me add again and it doesn’t let me search. Somehow new contacts are created with every email sometimes so sometimes there will be a list of 100+ contacts for one alias so how am I supposed to find the contact’s alias ID without a search function? This stops me from being able to send out important emails until I can find the alias ID
Better Integration w/Proton Mail needed
Great app for creating alias but cannot open Proton Mail from within the app. When I need to send email using an alias it keeps prompting me to restore the “Mail” app, which I deleted years ago.
Leaked Personal Email
When replying to oneself in Proton Mail to double-email someone, regardless of whether it's good manners to double-email, there should be some mechanism in place where the original email address in the first embedded message is replaced by the alias. I didn't notice until after I double-emailed.
WAY too complicated!!!
I love proton mail which but this simplelogin is any but simple. Why not make it EASIER to use like InstAddr app?
It’s good
Its ok
Why?
Why there is no cache if one is currently offline to edit and save entries?
Would rather use it as a Safari extension
I understand the keyboard approach. But it can be pretty annoying to use that way. I would appreciate at least having the option of using this as a Safari extension.
Exactly what I needed
The merger with proton has really expanded its utility
Worst customer support
I paid for simple login via Apple Pay and I’ve been debited by simple login and their system is not reflecting the fact that I’ve subscribed it’s still asking me to upgrade when I want to upgrade it tells me I’m already subscribed (which I am) I’ve been reaching out to customer support for 3 days now they take 48 hours to respond and this is crazy since this is so important for my businsss Honestly if I could rate 0 I would this is the worst customer support I’ve experienced in my life
Please add an iOS 18 native dark mode icon
Please add an iOS 18 native dark mode icon
Keyboard doesn’t appear half the time.
Text fields in certain apps and webpages don’t show SimpleLogin as an avail keyboard. I can always see my two langs and emoji in any field.
Great app for managing email aliases!!
Excellent app to manage your various usernames, backup email addresses, and a great anonymity tool as well. A big thank you to the developers 👍🏼🫶🏼💯
No dark mode icon
Only app on my phone that is slacking on updates and still hasn’t implemented dark mode icon. This feature was released in iOS last YEAR. Quit slacking and update the app.
Very good and full of potential
It just needs to bring functionality on par with the website. Even the mobile version of the website provides a richer experience. Other than that, it is fantastic and it would get the 5 stars easy!
Good service, but app does not work
The service works great for me, but I can’t seem to log in with my account. It says that my email address is invalid
Replying to Emails is Difficult
This app is super helpful, however it is tricky to find contacts. There is no search function, and if a contact is already added, you have to scroll down to be able to copy the reverse alias. Sometimes I can’t even find the contact I’m looking for. Please fix this issue and I’ll give 5 stars!
The Best
You can read the title
Desperately Needs a Safari extension for iOS
When you add an iOS Safari extension this surely be a 5-star app.
Give the keyboard the same look as the browser extentions
Currently the functionality of the service is great. But the keyboard app is horrendous. Please change the UI to make it look like the browser extension. Add the per website naming feature as well as the option to name it whatever you want. These two features are the two highlights of the browser extension. Idk why its not there on the keyboard.
Great keyboard available, quick and easy
I love the layout, everything is well designed It’s very easy to change the settings without the need of the web version The keyboard is very convenient But it’s frustrating that although I don’t have premium subscription, I do have proton pass plan which gives me ability to have unlimited alises within SimpleLogin - but it won’t work on SimpleLogin EVEN IF I log in using proton credentials I’m forced to create via proton pass and it’s not the same experience
Game changer
Absolutely ecstatic to have been recommended this app! Free to use and saved my email from endless spam
Can’t Log In 🙃
When I attempt to log in to the app using my Proton Unlimited account, I get an “unsupported browser” error message. I’ve tried logging in using Safari, Firefox, DuckDuckGo, and Brave, same message each time. I guess it’s not so simple to log into this app…
Good app, but missing a couple of necessary features
If you have SL this app makes life a little easier. The two things I think are needed are the following. First, you can copy the alias, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to share it (e.g. via Airdrop). Second, the sort order of the aliases is unclear to me. On the web app you can sort by recent activity, which I find the most useful. Add those features and it deserves five stars. Thanks.

I don’t like that email provider
My account was locked because I opened 3 accounts from some platform (facebook )
Excellent 👏👏
My new favourite toy. Some time ago my primary personal Email address appeared in data breaches, even from trusted businesses who were simply unfortunate victims of cyberattacks. Once your address is exposed out on the web, there is no undoing that. You get spammed relentlessly by malicious actors and it’ll continue indefinitely. The only way to escape is to go through the hassle of making a new Email address and assigning it to your every online account. SimpleLogin changes the game. It works almost entirely seamlessly, doesn’t feel clunky and the customisation is superb. Great website and applications, too. Like a password manager generating unique passwords for every account, SimpleLogin can do just the same for your Email addresses. So, why four stars? Though I cannot emphasise enough how close SimpleLogin gets, nothing’s perfect. A tags and filtering system for SimpleLogin aliases (including in the keyboard, perhaps) would be fantastic for digging around my plethora of aliases. SimpleLogin, you’re on the right track. Keep it up, I am happy to support you with what little I can offer.
Gute App mit einem massiven Problem
An sich eine super App. Wäre nur nicht das Problem das mein Druck auf das + zum neuen erstellen eines Alias nicht angenommen wird
Kkkkk
Coolly
Update Your App
Lazy devs …
Great service
Overall a great service that integrates very well with Proton which is a plus. Only suggestion would it would be nice to allow up to 20 aliases instead of just 10 for the free plan.
