Не видит KUGOO max speed 2025

(Kugoo s1, мне 14) Крч по порядку: Приложение хорошее, и лично у меня единственное рабочее. Основное есть, также есть функции которых нет на самом самокате. Прям детальных настроек скорости и так далее не нашёл, но того что есть тоже достаточно:> Порадовала быстрая диагностика, надеюсь не придётся пользоваться но функция хорошая. Ну и вообщем-то всё, приложение крутое.
Нет подключения
Приложение не может подключиться к Kugoo U5, не видит устройство.
Самокат отключается
После обновления на последнюю версию самокат отключается при сопряжении к телефону, и так бесконечно, неважно какой телефон. Приконектить просто невозможно

Раньше приложение работало
Здравствуйте разработчики данного приложения. К сожалению, ваше приложение перестало можно так сказать работать. Так как у меня KugooKirin G2 pro и при подключении он через пару секунд выключается, а раньше такого не было, было всё нормально и оно работало. Самокат новый. Не знаю почему так. Интересно, в чём проблема всё-таки?! Hello developers of this application. Unfortunately, your application has stopped working, so to speak. Since I have KugooKirin G2 pro and when connected, it turns off after a couple of seconds, and this did not happen before, everything was fine and it worked. The scooter is new. I don't know why that is. I wonder what the problem is after all?!

Чтобы работало приложение как раньше удалите приложение и установите заново и нужно выйти с акаунта и зайти сново. И все у меня все заработало

Где кнопка зарегистрироваться? Я ввел код и почты, ввел пароль, а кнопки нет

Guys, thanks, nice app, the UX can still be improved, cannot say it’s fully friendly ;). By the way, need more tutos within the app, for example to change the lock password of the scooter :/ Thought for a brand new scooter it would be only 000000. And some statistics would be nice to have (km since the last charge etc).

Доброго времени суток, выключается куго г2 про после того как я включил и подключился к приложению, что это и почему это я не знаю, самокат новый, почитал я отзывы ваще приложения и так не только у меня одного

Works great with Kugoo Kirin G2 Pro
I tried first two other apps that did not work before this one. When I launched this app and turned on my scooter, it was directly found, it was very easy to connect and it now tracks my trips, gives me an accurate km/h and battery% value. I’m very happy ! I tested it in October 2023 with a Kugoo Kirin G2 Pro with colorful display type.
Won’t connect
. I have a new G3. This app never finds the scooter. I have the Kugoo mobility app but that is very basic. I wish this one worked. It even has a picture of the G3 in the app but no dice

Kugoo V1 перестал отображаться в списке устройств. Он подключается, но можно включить только трекинг и оттуда смотреть процент заряда, пробег и тп. А вот зайти в меню велосипеда невозможно. Нельзя включать выключать свет приложением, нельзя вкл/выкл нулевой старт, сбросить пароли и т.д.

Lock function doesn’t work
Dear Kugoo, I enjoy most functions of the app thoroughly. However, the ios version does not support lock function, whenever I tried it will either says wrong password or “error code 0369dg”. Would you please fix this for ios? Kind regards

bonjour, bonsoir, l’application est super bien faite en soit correspond à tout besoin seul inconvénient la seule langue est l’anglais il n’y a pas la langue française et je ne comprend pas grand chose du coup ce serait une meilleure application si quelque langue était ajouté comme le français.
