Worst experince
You can add it to the end of the list of the microfinance companies, highest interest , if you make early settlement you will pay all the full amount (principal+intesrest) , its a big trap, not recommended at all
Calculator
Please fix the calculator the sliding bar is annoying to set the price make a text field under it so it’s easy to write the number
العروض حلوة
لو عندك مشكلة مع تاجر متعاقد معاهم مفيش حلول عندهم

I love it
I love it ❤️❤️

Update: I have been trying to delete my account for more than 4 days now and it only says “under process” and still nothing. The support link from here goes to 404 page. What is this? A vibe-coded unrevised app? Or a failed technical team? One of the worst experiences ever and the fastest app I deleted. I went through the application process and filled everything correctly and I got rejected in less than 15 minutes. Tried calling the customer service to find out that they literally know nothing about how the app reject or accept applications, they literally know nothing. If you’re designing an app to automate such a process, at least tell people what was wrong with their application. That’s not just the worst UX, it’s telling customers you don’t worth even the knowledge of your own information. Extremely frustrating!
ممتاز

Sales Issue
Trying to use the app after finishing the purchase and it keeps saying transaction is not completed and it already shows in the transaction history and deducts the transaction amount from the limit, call center is not helpful at all and now iam stuck for more than 1 hour waiting for them to call me to solve it
لا انصح به
ابلكيشن مو شغال وكل الي جرّبوه قالو نفس الأسباب مسوين إعلانات ع الفاضي وبرنامجهم زفت وكذب
Installment
When it says it’s triple zero this means I won’t be paying any extra money or hidden fees, but with tru you will have to pay service fees to instapay for instance while on other apps (competitors) they provide apple pay option so you only pay your installment without any extras.
