User friendly interface
I just signed up for the 12-week program on Nuli and so far I’m really impressed. The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made getting started feel simple and not overwhelming. 2025/8/7與客服談妥官網退訂，2026/8/7竟又自動扣款2890... nuli是表面一套，實際又另一套？ 2025/8/7與客服聯繫退訂，說是以官網訂閱，所以必須另外處理，並告知會在1~ 2周內退款完成。為什麼2026/8/7又自動扣款？ 是訂了nuli之後，每年都得被扣款，發現了再去要求退款？沒發現則這筆款項就是自己被詐騙而不自知嗎？

當初因為看到教練們在FB的教學示範很受吸引就使用了7天的免費試用。當時是選1年$2890方案，試用期間是6/20-6/27，因為後來覺得不適用所以再第7天當天6/27取消訂閱。結果在7/21 收到電信公司的扣款通知.. 我於7/23申訴（Apple商店）但得到答覆是「已按比例退款」退了$2692。 後來發現若要取消訂閱要在24小時前完成才能生效，但不記得在訂閱的時候有特別通知… 請大家若是有這個需要，務必記得要「提前24小時取消訂閱」以免被扣到費用

原本就很喜歡女力的app，今年參加了線上一對一課程，發現教練給的課表與飲食規劃更完整的整合在app中，喜歡教練針對我的需求打造的運動菜單，感受到自己一天一天越強的感覺太好了💪🏻

希望能有預告下個動作的時間，不然教練一直做下去，有時候根本跟不上！用手機看就不太好做！ 以目前的上課的感受來說，等時間到是不會考慮續約的，因為沒什麼口語解說。還有一個教練自己數次數數到混亂不知道幾下，還自己在那笑說什麼她只能當健身教練，沒辦法當數學老師還什麼的，自己還一直在那笑！感覺就很不專業！ 當初付費訂閱就是想說app有課表安排課程，這樣才不會自己看youtube盲看盲練！但付費目前上幾堂下來是蠻後悔的！ 尤其那個數次數數到混亂的，這種影片也能上？感覺很不專業

我沒有用好評換回饋的禮物，所以可以講真心話。 12週課程的預算對一般人來說蠻沈重的，如果遇到認真合適的教練好好帶或許會有一些成效，otherwise 誠心建議省下來去健身房、找營養師或診所諮詢、還有問ai ，比較踏實。 客服只會告訴妳，請妳把意見給她，讓團隊精進未來的服務這樣打高空的言論，不會想要改進顧客已經放水流的體驗，反正錢都入袋了也沒差了。
課表多元性有待加強
用了一年半，發覺課表多在練臀和核心，背部和胸的課表或動作少之又少。30分鐘以上的課表選擇也非常有限。

it was great until…
this app is great for beginners or those who want to do structural trainings. Nonetheless, i have been using this app for 2.5 months and the same bug happened to me twice. I finished the workout but the app didn’t register and it showed up on my main page that the workout is undone. It’s frustrating cuz I lost all the progress of each exercise as well as that of the program. I have contacted the team but they didn’t seem like they know what happened. A bit disappointed not gonna lie.

It’s a great app for variety classes. Even 10 mins class makes my routine workout easier. Highly recommend.
No 7-day free trial😡
I clicked the 7-day free trial and it said it would only start to charge me $688 for a year after the 7-day free trial, but it didn’t give me the free trial! They charged me $688 instantly.

Best fitness/health training/tracking app
It takes a little while to get familiar with all the functions, but it provides great features and flexibility for different kind of training programs. You can find trainings at home, at gym, outdoors, indoors, with all kinds of length. The community is also helpful. It feels great to work on a better self with many other women.

我在上年2023年下載了試玩一個月（免費），然後他在今年在沒有任何電郵通知，以及App Store以及項目亦沒有見到此app的情況下，自動扣除我一年的款項，完全不合理！

My new favorite workout app! I love how Nuli has a workout plan for all levels. My favorite part of the app is the quick tutorials that are included in each exercise. I’m new to a lot of these strength training exercises and I feel like they are so easy to follow. You can also easily track your process. Customer service is quick to respond and so kind! Good
App and training is good. However, if the app can show the trainer doing the steps together at the same time when workout starts and if we can import our music from Spotify, that will be great! In additional, if there is a planner calendar that can show you what you can eat everyday every meal. That would be fantastic too. Overall, is a good platform and app! Thank you.
Great app for beginners!
I’ve been using the app for my fit was journey. I was very new to weight lifting but I love this app can tailor to your fitness level and goals. The instructional videos are a gem, providing a clear and correct way to perform each exercise, ensuring I get the most of my workout. This app is relatively budget friendly and it’s an alternative to hiring a personal trainer which could be more expensive.

This app is great for working out. The trainers are knowledgeable and the interface is very cute. Took off one star because I wish the next workout would automatically appear, instead of having to scroll to the next one manually. I find that disrupting the flow of my excercise. Thanks!

Would not recommend.
The color of the app is quite cute that I give one star. To support the female bosses I subscribed. But the app is not good- very bad I would say. It is literally no different from doing your workout with a paper and a timer. The only difference could be in paper/timer mode you need to cross the box on paper and in this app you click it. The workout inside was quite basic. I would just follow a YouTube video.. a waste a money and I am very disappointed.
