Upgrades won’t save when i leave the game
I grinded for 2 hours getting all the upgrades and when the game restarts when i play it a day later all important upgrades are GONE even though its activated in the menu. FIX IT

Great game, but disappointed
The game is fun and the scenarios are cool, especially the ones based on actual events. However, when I closed the game (swiping up to close the app) the upgrades were not working. I was really disappointed when the leech upgrades were not working at all in the later scenarios. I thought it was just a glitch at first so I deleted then re-downloaded the game, but got the same issue when I closed the app. I am heavily considering deleting the game despite paying for the global warming pack

Peak, one problem tho
This game is actually so fun. The scenarios are unique, and once you get more of the upgrades it gets a bit more easier. However one problem is that the global warming section is behind a paywall meaning that you can’t do the last scenario quest too. Other than that this game is very good
Needs work
A boring game when the start is so slow. If you don’t know what you’re doing or how the mechanics work you’ll likely get stuck in the beginning continually dying and not being able to upgrade your storm. Fun goes by quick since you can only do so much just like most games of this genre. No fast forward button so you’re stuck watching a ball of wind slowly go across the map and the constraint around the turning mechanics are really painful. They don’t recharge fast enough to properly steer away from land masses to get bigger and to stay away from the walls of the game. Overall the game needs to work on its mechanics and how to teach the players how to play before going after its fan bases money.

What are you doing the global warming thing if you exit out the first quest, there’s a hair pointing to upgrade. If you have zero points, you cannot do anything you cannot touch anything. It’s just straight stupidity fix this
Good, except for one thing.
This game is awesome, however please fix the bug where you can’t use upgrades if you play for when day, then close the app and play again, also I need the hacks that graystillplays have.

Broken Paid Portion
Don’t pay for extra levels/content because if you do you’ll get end up having it bugged. If you leave the game once it will bug the content forever. Unplayable content!

This was going so good, I got all of the upgrades, got sandbox, until when I got global warming, IT RESETED MY WHOLE PROGRESS. and upgrading was so hard to get back. Please. Fix this.

pls fix
i love this game but every time i swipe it out , it glitches and next time i load into a game my hurricane acts as if it is on level 1 with no upgrades and i cant get past whatever level i swipe out on and it's annoying.
Fun, but major issues
To put it simple, the game stops working in the Global Warming Scenario as it triggers the “upgrade finger” and breaks the game. You are absolutely needed to restart the entire game afterwards to even continue playing, which makes the Leech Upgrades stop working entirely.

not fun at all
it’s so unbearable slow, i spent about an hour playing trying to convince myself it wasn’t that bad, but it is that bad. it’s insanely boring and i’d rather play one of the other 100,000 games available on the app store.

Why is there a time limit for freeplay? That's not freeplay. thats "timed match". freeplay would be "do whatever you want however long you want"

Some game scenarios require you to hit an area at category x but it will skip that strength and go to category y thus rendering the level impossible. Good luck destroying everything with Category 10, but you have to hit Mexico City at precisely 6.
just 1 single issue and i feel like it’s a big one
love the game. played it for literally two hours straight getting all the upgrades. after i left the app it made all the upgrades not work and i can’t seem to find a way to get them to work. i bought the full game and expansion pack too so i’m just hoping i can get this resolved

It’s a good game a little repetitive. I grew up in Atlantic canada and every year we dealt with tropical storms/Hurricanes and not being able to do that in this game is quite limiting and not fun especially when Los angeles is an option but the east coast of Canada is not it makes no sense PLEASE UPDATE SO WE CAN DO EASTERN CANADA

You actually need to read your reviews because if you don’t more people gonna leave you’re gay you actually need to to Reid cause why in the heck do you have to do all these categories that are basically the category ones are easy. You could’ve just made FreePlay. I was here for the free play, but you’re giving me all these missions and you need to read your reviews because your game might lose. A new glitch
When I was in ca. 3 section,I cross land And this happened:The hurricane grew stronger WITHOUT the leach I and II Very useful if ur on tropical depression
Decent game but there’s an annoying problem
The game is good, but I have a major issue with only being able to buy one upgrade per round even though I still have hurricane points I can spend and can afford the extra upgrades it only lets me get one upgrade at a time per round.
Minor improvements would make this a great game
I’ve enjoyed it, but a few small changes would make this a 10/10 game: geographic labels or better yet clicking on an objective highlights the area; the ability to pan around the map; the ability to speed up gameplay in the base game (it’s a premium feature, but that isn’t clear unless you go to the store); sound/music control that extends to the game menu UI; a sandbox option separate from the scenarios that allows you to see historic hurricane paths, choose a starting point, etc.; achievements that span across scenarios/sandbox. And the biggest improvement that could be made: I wish the game engine felt a little more nuanced - like Louisiana would be more susceptible to flooding. There should be weighted effects for more populated areas/countries (I.e. hitting Miami will result in more deaths/damage than rural Venezuela - if this is already in the game, it isn’t obvious). And I’m not sure what benefits the upgrades for reducing preparedness give when early objectives actually require prepared populations. I’m sure there’s more, because while the game concept is great, the execution is lacking a little bit. I only make these critiques because I have put time into this game as a lover of casual strategy games. It is one of two solid updates away from a polished game and a 5/5 review.
Needs to be reflected on
I do like this game. I do really. My problem with it however is the fact that there are SO many levels that you have to complete before getting to sandbox, which is my favorite part of the game. I used to be a fanatic for this game so you can imagine my surprise when I redownload it after about 2 years and see you have to cross the ocean to get to the sandbox. Please take away a BUNCH of your levels to make sandbox easier to achieve. It’s almost like once it’s achieved it’s a privilege, not an obligation. That’s my biggest problem with this game.
Please make sure that I don t lose my upgrades
Every time I get on I lose my upgrade and o have to buy one to go back to where I was but get this game it’s fun

I played this for maybe 10 minutes and only got to play the game for 2 because there were ads, 60 to 90 seconds long, every time I got something wrong or cleared a level. Ridiculous. And I’m not paying 9.99 for no ads. That is even more ridiculous.
Fun! But beat it in a day
This game is really fun, and reminds me plague inc. The only problem is that I beat it in a day. There is only so many levels, and although there are more in the global warming expansion pack, they cost money, and I could probably beat those in a day too. All I’m asking is just to add more levels. Maybe a Katrina 2005 one? Otherwise, great game!

I never leave reviews on games but this one was fun for awhile and I completed all but the last 2 quests because an upgrade called leech stopped working and now there’s no way for me to progress.
