Never worked
Operations manager
Service was exceptional and very Quick .. I appreciated a follow up phone call as to where it can get quite confusing. I appreciate talking to an actual person instead of an automated online thing.
Great product
Reliable and accurate
Good once u figure it all out
So the app is decent not too bad but kinda hard to understand at first but little by little once I started getting the hang of it it got a lot easier but there is still so much I don’t know but that’s for the web version the app simplifies everything that u can do with the options one thing I would like is to be able to send command even when the gps is in parked mode or sleep that way u input the command and whenever it turns on again the command will already be there since I only had it for a couple days I will update later
Great device
Awesome device give you an entire history of it with every stop and it’s very accurate. Emailed you when batteries is low. Has a hardwire option. I love it.it’s Great
Works Well
The gps works pretty good. Has some glitches but for the most part it works well. I noticed the battery tends to go faster with each new charge. First few charges battery lasted 5-7 days. Now after 10 or so charges battery lasts 3 maybe 4 days. I notice it loses about 25% within the first hour it’s unplugged.
Good track

Great customer service
The app works very well. I haven’t had any technical issues. It does take some getting used to as far as using the app. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. They communicate through email every step of the way during the set up and even gave me a call when I hadn’t completed set up to make sure everything was OK.

I gave it four stars earlier before I realized the fifth star was taken away because I was making too many mistakes. How could I possibly punish these guys for that? They were great they got gps going and it seems to be working pretty well. I like it. I’m just learning all the functions straight. Very quick to respond every time so you need a problem you’re gonna be handled very quickly.
