Update January 16: Domini issued an update for the update, and it should work properly now. It should have worked properly the first time. For those of you who thought that the bonus adventure was identical to the main game, it was nothing like it. You just kept on replaying the main game due to the fatal error. It’s sad that this game was fraught with so many technical issues. It was quite unresponsive, the bonus chapter couldn’t be accessed without an update and then could not be completed properly, the zoom function was awful, and several of the mini-games were impossible to manipulate. The graphics were gorgeous and the gameplay was, in general, enjoyable. However the poor quality assurance overshadowed the entire game! Domini needs to get their act together before they release any of the EIPIX games. The first game of the year had better not be a presage of games to come! Gamers, kindly contact Domini support when you experience issues. The update was neither timely nor effective. I asked Oleg not to release the next game unless the quality assurance issues have been resolved and the gameplay is flawless. Gamers, you are not doing yourself or Domini any favors by rating a technically flawed game too highly. Do you want to keep paying for games that are problematic? Then don’t rate a game until you have fully completed it, and if there are issues rate it accordingly! Next up for Domini will be Labyrinths 10: Fool’s Gold and that should be released on January 28th. However it’s already been sent to the App Store. I hope that this game runs well and is not being rushed to market! My true rating is 3.5 stars. I improved my rating based on how the game would have been without all of those technical issues. There must be consequences for such poor quality assurance and glitchy gameplay, as well as a fatal error. I added the half star because outside of the horrific technical problems, the game was a gorgeous game and the gameplay was enjoyable. It wasn’t very original though, the same storyline over and over! I won’t be so forgiving next time! Artifex Mundi has a game available for pre-order. It’s by Sunward and it’s set to be released January 30th. This is Secret Order: Return to the Buried Kingdom. It’s a very enjoyable and magnificent series. Paying for free game
After taking the dog in the bike after first chapter will not let me carry on unless I pay.Supposed to be a free game.Only pay for extras.
Disappointing
It seemed to be an excellent game at first, but it didn’t work well. Most of the games were good except some could not be completed because parts would not rotate, or did not respond to touch. Sometimes, the puzzle would solve itself. Some could not be solved because the parts didn’t respond. I am not sure who could have written glowing reviews. I always loved Domini games because of the match three games if the HOPs were difficult to see. With some tweaking, it would be great.
Good Game
Thanks to the developers for fixing some of the glitches. I enjoyed this game. The best part is it is a nice long game like we used to get!!!

Génial mais bugs?
Jeu génial comme tous vos jeux. Dans la version gratuite, objectif « poursuivez Mortimer », les 3 jeux où il faut remettre des pastilles de fresque en place sont a priori infaisables (mauvais mélange aléatoire de départ?) et comme il faut des gems payantes pour passer, on est bloqué. J’ai regardé plusieurs « walkthrough » et aucun n’arrive à les faire, ils passent tous. Ou alors on est beaucoup à être très nuls de ne pas y arriver ;-). Ça arrive aussi dans d’autres de vos jeux sur certains taquins ou d’autres mini-jeux du genre.
Some puzzles don’t work
Really like this series but some puzzles do not work. I’m referring to the ones where you have to select a piece and move it and then place it. It has happened on other Secret City games and happened at the end of the bonus chapter for this game. Every time I select a piece it disappears. It eventually reappears but I am not allowed to rotate the piece. Really frustrating and disappointing.
Still a bug on final puzzle
Great game, as always, but frustrated that I cannot complete the bonus game. After the runes are placed you get the grid with the pieces to match but the rotate feature cannot be activated. Disappointing end to an otherwise great game.

Bonus game is still not right
I really liked the main game a lot but was very disappointed that there was another problem with a Domini bonus game. I took your advice that you gave to others and let the credits run all the way through. You are then able to click on the Bonus Game, but when it starts it’s the same exact Main Story. Bummer.
Seriously!!
This is a disaster - was supposed to be fixed and after waiting for an update, we still have a frustrating, unresponsive game to play, with issues with the bonus chapter still remaining. Have contacted Domini’s support only to get No response. I Totally agree with Lynx - Please fellow players do not rate games prematurely - this does No One any favors. Hope to see some dramatic improvements as this could have been a really good game. Looking forward to a FLAWLESS game. KdBoots
Not bug free despite being collector’s edition and costly!
It is ok but some puzzles are not working as they should and had to be skipped, especially the last game in the bonus chapter where the rotate button did not work and tiles were disappearing.
Amazing
The game holds your interest. Amazing puzzles. More than worth the amount you pay for the. I love all your games.
Threat
I may submit another review later. It depends on whether the game doesn’t continue to lock up. I’m barely started and am as locked out of the game as the protagonist’s handcuffs. This is not the first Domini game that has done this and it’s very annoying. Thankfully, I’m still playing the trial.

Have completed the game and tried to play the bonus chapter but am told I have to complete the main game! Help?
Bonus
The bonus chapter does not work. You click on it and the main game restarts. You need to release an update to fix this issue
Kind of pricey
I enjoyed what little free play was there and definitely would’ve paid. I’ve bought game before. Not $6.99 though. Thanks for the little bit of play that I had!
Glitch for bonus game
Thoroughly enjoyed the game, but had to play the ending a few times before it would unlock the bonus game. When I went to play the bonus game, it’s the full game again. Strange glitch, please fix this so I can enjoy the rest. Thank you for your response. I did watch right through as you said, however the bonus game is the full game still not a bonus chapter. I played the bonus game
Update Jan 22nd. - unfortunately I must revise my review since the update is worse than the original. I tried playing after updating and bonus game would not load. I deleted the game and reinstalled thinking that would solve the problem, but when it reinstalled, it was version 1.0.0. I have contacted Domini and expressed my disappointment in this game. It should not have been released until it was flawless. When we pay for games, we should expect them to work correctly. Like everyone else, initially I couldn’t access the bonus game, but I exited and restarted the game and let the credits roll until it stated “you have successfully completed....” and then had no trouble accessing the bonus. Otherwise, it is a decent game,but not my favorite.

Struggling with this one
It’s not working right for me....delayed response in the game with every scene and hos...had to press skip button multiple times to skip press the dog multiple times to acquire not a game for me at this price or even $2.99 just my opinion
Good game, bonus still doesn’t work
Update: I still couldn’t get the bonus game to work even with the latest patch. So, I deleted the game, reloaded, played through again, let the credits roll and now I can access the bonus. Hallelujah. Looking forward to playing it. The main game is engaging and enjoyable. I would love to play the bonus game but after updating my IOS version, updating the game, closing/restarting the game, resetting the bonus, I am still unable to play it. As others have reported, it restarts the main game. I have nothing left to try. I do want to thank you for responding to the comments of your reviewers. Not all developers take that approach.
Great game but bonus still buggy even after update 14 Jan.
This is a lovely game with challenging puzzles, terrific graphics and music, and an innovative narrative. I loved the thunder and lightning as well as all the authentic London details (one of my favorite cities). But the bonus game is still buggy and was frustrating since I had to begin it again and had more coins and collectibles than required. Still, a small complaint for a wonderful game. Because of a recent move and a sudden retirement, I’ve not been writing reviews as I should have since I do really read and depend on many of you. BTW Lynxminx, if I spelled it correctly, you asked a question some months ago about the dog breed in Wizard of Oz. I did not see it answered but I am fairly sure it is a Cairn Terrier—and in that iconic film he is worth watching, a great little actor. Many thanks to all of you and the developers for carrying on the fight for these games that save sanity on tough days. Final words, buy this game but the bugs in the bonus still need a fix. The update hasn’t yet addressed the issues. Wonderful work on a terrific and thoughtful game. Five stars easily. Moxieruby

Not happy. Downloaded again after you said it was fixed, had to play the main game again & watched the final credits role only to have the exact same issue. No bonus game as it’s a repeat of the main game. What a complete waste of money & time. Liked the game but bonus is the full game. Looking forward to the fix. I tried what you suggested Developers but to no avail. It’s still the main game.

Sind möglich, leider reagiert das Spiel manchmal sehr langsam. Aber Sammel-, Such, und Chamäleonobjekte sind vorhanden. Ebenso kann man zwischen 3-Gewinnt und WBS wählen. Die Karte für den schnellen Schauplatzwechsel ist liebevoll gestaltet sowie auch die Schauplätze. Das Spiel macht Spaß, es sollte mehr davon geben. Ganz wichtig finde ich, dass das Spiel in deutsch ist, leider gilt dies nicht für alle Spiele des Anbieters. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Fixed Bonus doesn’t work
While we can now access the bonus chapter, if you close out it resets to the beginning, except you can see your inventory - you still have to pick it all up again. That my 3rd review down, up, down - come on!

Bonus game
Was good till I can’t access the bonus chapter. Please fix so I can give it a different rating. I did contact DominiGames and I’m waiting for a reply. Update: Now I can access the bonus game but having the same problem, every time I get out I start all over. I’m so done with this game. Now we have to wait 2 more weeks without. Not starting my new year out so good.

Bonus chapter doesn’t work
If you can even access the bonus chapter, it’s just a replay of the main game. It’s a shame there aren’t enough good hidden object games out right now, and the last few I’ve played had serious glitches preventing me from completing the games.
Bonus chapter issues - otherwise an ok game
The game is good - standard. It brings nothing new but is enjoyable. I did put it down quite a few times. The bonus game does not work. It is an exact duplicate of the initial game but is missing pieces so you get stuck in the second scene. Which is no big deal because if you wanted to replay the game you would. The bonus game needs to be fixed. I really dont know if I would replay the initial game to get to it though. I think it is time to mix this series up a little bit. I loved this series when it started but this game felt stale and didnt live up to the others.
