Good
It was taken on time and given on time. Was good
Worst experience
I scheduled a pick up by 2 pm to 7 pm for dry cleaning keeping in mind that i am busy on morning hours on weekday. The executive arrived at 10:30 am and called me multiple times when i was away from my phone and also was on office call. No information about arriving early from app or any person. He landed up on door rang bell multiple time and made a scene when I was on office call, when I clearly gave pickup time as 2 pm not even 1 hr early it was too early. He was suppose to go back and come again if we did not pick call at non scheduled time. Did not expect this behaviour to the loyal customer this made me question my choice and stopped their service. Disturbing experience
Perfectly done dry clean
The team has done adequate check and timely service for the dry cleaning service. They even contacted for observations and done the job nicely.
Review for laundry
When I received my clothes, they looked wrinkled…not ironed properly. Especially the kurtas. I’ve mentioned this multiple times to the employees that deliver and collect the garments
Best in TC palya!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m genuinely impressed with the service at Spin Cycles! I recently got my clothes dry cleaned and the entire experience was excellent. The clothes came back spotlessly clean, fresh, and beautifully pressed, and I especially loved how neatly everything was packed. The quality of the cleaning was really impressive, and the attention to detail was evident. It’s rare to find a laundry service that takes such good care of clothes and delivers them so neatly. I’ll definitely be using them again! ❤️
hidden charges, scam company
They picked up my order and didnt mention price shown on app is inclusive or exclusive of GST. Now when bill came, they added 18% gst which is quite a good amount. When questioned, they mentioned before ordering from app, you should go to website and check there it is mentioned. On app , nothing related to gst is mentioned. Such important things are not mentioned on app and they are expectinh customer to pay. When asked them to waive it off, because it is issue from their end they refused and said they cant do anything. Many hidden charges are here so would suggest to no go with this company
Good Service
Service is good. They are professional.
Excellent laundry service!
I had a very good experience with Spin Cycles. The clothes were collected and delivered on time, and the cleaning quality was excellent. Everything was handled carefully, and the clothes were returned fresh, clean, and neatly packed. The service was professional, convenient, and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend Spin Cycles for reliable laundry and dry-cleaning services. Looking forward to using their service again!
They destroyed my jeans!
The service used to be good but sadly now too many delays and they ended up destroying my jeans! Very disappointed.
So far so good!
Convenient schedule pickup and drop and cleaning service was also good , coupon and offers were valid, communication was clear on stains, packaging was delivery was really good!

Lost 12 Garments
Dangerous Company. I have lost 12 garments with these guys. Never delivered, no resolution.
Good service!
Business like..delivery times as promised
Good service
They are on time and really good how they handle delicate clothes. Good job
Delayed delievery and worst customer support
It’s been almost 2 weeks and my clothes have not been delivered. It was said that it would be delivered in 3-5 days. Followed up with customer care and no luck. Followed up with store no luck. Ended up buying new clothes for the event
Good and speedy services
Great laundry service – reliable, quick, and very professional. Clothes always come back clean, fresh, and neatly folded. Their pickup and delivery is super convenient and the staff is polite and responsive. Highly recommend!

First time and very good service and only dry cleaning company with reward points system. Good choice
Setvice
they are not responding over chat or calls, that is only issue I have faced. at least correct your customer care service
Used service for steam iron
I used it recently in South Bangalore for steam iron service. The guys were prompt on pick up and delivery as well the job done by them was good.
Dry clean and shampoo
I have used their service for dry clean of blankets and suits. Also i have given our sports shoes for cleaning and shampoo. We really loved their service. Everytime they send us pic of the item before the service and also mention us if their is any fault in that item. Their service is really really good specially shoes i would say as its visible and we can clearly judge how clean and good service they are providing. Thanks alot
Avoid their service!
One of the worst dry cleaning services in Bangalore. On two separate occasions, they have ruined the shoes they have taken for dry cleaning. Horrible mishandling.
Review
Good service
Superb Services
this is my only app for booking laundry. I have been using since last 3 years. Superb
Refused delivery
Delviery execylutive called me and refused delivery asked for money first. It is a scam company.
Worth it
I avail their services couple of times. Bag repair and ironing of clothes. Yeah charges is higher side but service is also good
Not recommend!
Totally ruined my clothes! Callous attitude aswell. I had given several clothes for dry cleaning. Not my first time with them. The person to came to collect checked all garments and took it. After a few days I get a mail saying my light colour garments have discoloration !! These are brand new clothes only once and as suggested by the brand needed dry cleaning for first one or two washes. Clearly the colour marks were due to mishandling of garments during storage at spincycle. I checked every garment before handing over. Now I have no other option but getting these new garments dyed ! Totally ruined my expensive new garments. Will never recommend. No response from customer care!
Consistently perfect service
I have been using Spin cycles for a month now and my clothes go out to dry clean twice a week. The pick up giy Ashok always comes on time for pickup and delivery amd the clothes are thoroughly cleaned and packed everytime.
Not good
I gave my speedcat and they spoiled my brand new speed cat suede everything is gone
