No updates!!!
This app is no longer reliable. It lacks updates in both clinical guidelines and drug information. Many medications are outdated, discontinued drugs are still listed, and newer therapies are missing. Even dosing information is not up to date. Overall, the app has lost its core value as a trustworthy medical reference.
Update the prices
The prices in the egyptian edition is not updated. So please update the prices and if you can add an Arabic edition in the next update would be appreciated
A perfect pocket sized companion
Everything is perfect in the app. If I may suggest a couple of slight modifications.. If it would be possible to search for the top drugs in each disease. For example it shows that sertraline is #4 in anti depressants, but there is no way to access that list and see which is #1. Also whenever I click on the picture of the drug to see it in full screen mode, I can't exit the picture and I have to reset the app.
The app is not upgrading my account into premium subscription
Whenever i try to upgrade my subscription and pay the required fees, an error occur and my payment method is refused… I tried to get in contact with the support team and they know that there is a problem in the app and they aren’t fixing it for 3 months now.

Why paying more money??
I paid 50 L.E to get all the info I wanna know about any Medicine..it was available before but when I checked out the app and suddenly I found all the items but the composition is locked and needs me to subscribe (pay more)to get what I want??this is ridiculous
