My returns - need more informations
I love that there is an app, finally! From a visual point of view it’s really pretty, and I love the micro interaction animations. However, from a user perspective I am missing important informations. First of all I think my current net annual %, should be in the first page and not hided in the “my return” page. Then, I need more information regarding my returns. Now I only have the total amount, but in the website I see the difference between the interest, campaign rewards etc. I believe it’s a very valuable information that I hope you will include soon.

Bin nun seit 2014 bei Mintos vertreten und bir rund um zufrieden. Mit der der App hat man eine übersichtliche Darstellung und verliehrt den Überblick nicht. Ich kann Mintos nur empfehlen, die Auswahl für ein diversifiziertes Portfolion ist supe. Zudem halten sich die Gebühren im unteren Bereich der durchschnittlichen Branchengebühren.👍🏼 Empfehlungscode für zusätzliche 50 Euro: DCZHZ9💸
Avoid. High risk platform with opaque communication.
I invested in Mintos based on the promise of diversification and attractive returns through third-party loan originators. However, due to poor loan originator selection and a lack of proper due diligence by the platform, I ended up losing a substantial amount of money. The Kviku case is just one example: loan companies that unilaterally violate agreements, convert debt into illiquid currencies, and disappear with investors’ funds — all under Mintos’ watch. When problems arise — which is often — Mintos communicates in cryptic, overly technical language that feels more like an attempt to deflect responsibility than to provide clarity or support. Transparency and accountability are essential in any investment platform. Unfortunately, Mintos fails on both fronts. Not recommended. If you value safety, clarity, and trust, look elsewhere.
Tolle App
Ich bin seit 2 Jahren in Mintos investiert und habe die App heruntergeladen seit sie im App-Store erhältlich ist. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App und sie wird immer wieder mit neuen Features erweitert. Tolle Arbeit.
Disregard for your time
+24 hours for a instant deposit/withdrawal to get in, 3 days to open a position on a etf until i gave up. Mintos doesnt value your time. They keep your money hostage whenever they feel like it. If i wanted to lock my money i would buy a safe. Instant means instant, not 2 days. Highly urge you to not download

New App versions
The new versions do not take into account devices with older software versions that can not be updates, such as for iPad, versions 15.8.
Where is the support
It could be good if they reply on time and if it works without bugs, hope not loose the money, still still waiting for an answer
