Amazing Update
Thank you for the Background play wooooow
Cannot play with Headsets
I cannot seem to use my headphones on all ios devices. Please attend to the issue. Thank You.
Audio
This application doesn’t work with Bluetooth on iphone.
Word is 10 star, but app is 2 star at best
The app seems cheap . It’s too buggy . I tried to create an account but didn’t receive an OTP, the downloaded file is not playing. The time seek doesn’t really work. For the quality of word on the platform, this is way below standard .
Bluetooth connection
The app doesn’t play audio through the connected Bluetooth device. I’m using iOS 17 on iPhone 15 Pro Max. Its really frustrating because you can’t listen in public or comfortably with your earphones/headphones. Please fix this. People have already mentioned this several times in the reviews
Thanks and translation
Thank you team for all the recents updates they’ve indeed improved user’s experience. However as an international member would you kindly consider providing an English version to most of PEM older teachings which are without interpreters ? I know it’s a hard thing to ask but it’ll greatly benefit some of us. Anyway thanks for the work already done
Background play
This new update doesnt support background play in iOS - and as soon as the phone locks it stops playing. The previous version was working perfectly fine.
Bluetooth
It would be lovely to listen on headsets especially in public spaces
Can’t play downloads
The app can stream sermons but can’t play downloaded sermons on iPhone.
Audio
App doesn’t seem to connect to any Bluetooth listening device like AirPods or headphones
Bluetooth
Loving the App so much but the app doesn’t work with Bluetooth on iPhone. You can’t connect it to your car or speaker
Stops playing as soon as phone screen locks
It’s so disappointing how ineffective this app is. It gets what they call an upgrade, yet it behaves like a downgrade. Once your phone screen locks, the videos and audios stop playing, it’s difficult to listen to baba on an Apple gadget for weeks after an upgrade. It’s so frustrating because sometimes you just want to listen while carrying on with other things.. please may you sort this out when you upgrade to Orel 21....😥
Playback Speed
There is no button to increase listening speed. Which is extreme stupid given it’s audio and video only app. How can the whole developer team not thinking about that?
Bluetooth
Failing to use Bluetooth for the sound
Does not connect to bluetooth speaker
Wonderful app. Good initiative for sharing the word of God. Encountered a challenge that it does bot connect to my bluetooth speaker when I want to listen via speaker. Hopefully it will be rectified.
Outstanding App
Thank you guys for your efforts, but the app is always uploading. It never works.
Not working
We love this app, but you have many issues with sign in and having live broadcast etc... please fix, and when we sign in it rejects every password we have🥺🙁 It’s not working at all with updates. For GOD’s sake, you are number one best church, please fix it. Fix it. Fix it
Great app that feeds my soul with the word
I’m always excited about this app. It’s a timely app which gives me access to the ministry of a great prophet of God. I love the new update it’s super 👍. The only issue I’m facing now is that it won’t play through my external speakers. Please if you could do something about it. Thank you 🙏🏾
Forward and Rewind of Audio Sermons
I Love the App, but it has no provision to forward or rewind Audio Sermons. This is very disturbing in cases or interruptions, i always have to start the sermon again from the start. If i have frequent interruptions i end up listening to half a sermon the entire day.
App needs update
I love the app, easy access to the special word from our Father, however there seems to be a serious challenge on iPhone on the latest ios 17, the app takes time to load the data and even on super fast wifi network or 5g connection, the downloaded sermons can't be track selected when playing and when you connect airpods or Bluetooth devices, the connection is not recognized and sermons play via the phone speaker and not the desired Bluetooth devices. May you kindly investigate and rectify these challenges as it becomes frustrating. Thank you.
The best app ever for the sober serious Christian
My life has never been the same since getting this app the teaching of God ‘s word is in a dimension not seen anywhere else . Thank you team for this amazing work
App not loading
I’ve been trying to listen to sermons for the past two days and the app is not loading. I’ve been stuck on the intro page for the past 2 days.
Can’t play downloaded Videos
I honestly love this app because I can listen to sermons that are recorded recently or ones that have been posted a while back (especially ones I can’t get from YouTube). However, every time I download a sermon and try play it, it does not play at all. All the download sermons do not play. I must also say that I like the new feature that allows us to delete downloaded videos.
Payment/ Password
I have paid, but it keeps telling me to pay again. I thought maybe my password was incorrect, because it tells me that also. However there is no option to change the password.
Ms Vee
I love the app because it has some really good messages and teachings that l value the most. However, there are few things that can be improved as they are critical for one to experience the best out of the application. There needs to be pause or remove button from downloads option by all means. It is necessary. After listening to a downloaded message, one wants to delete in order to Download another one, so may we kindly have that button option.
Great app
Thank you so much for this application. So excellent is work performed. Can it be possible to add list view to the sermons for easy access to earlier uploads
Paid but i cannot log in
I paid but everytime I try to log I cannot log in.I need a refund.
Audio
Stops playing when you move app to the background or press the home button. Also the can’t see the download percentage while downloading.
iOS app needs refinement
App doesn’t continue playing unless screen remains on. App pauses instead of playing the next track. Only able to listen to last year’s sermons, was listening to the very latest one 2 days ago.
Please help to check
I cant receive a verification code after trying many times by email or cellphone.

Life change app ; Thank you my Father ; Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa Love you papa🙏🏽
Horrible
The App needs to be fixed. It just does not do what it is supposed to. It freezes again & again. Come on developers please fix the issues. It's terrible.
Can’t able to access any subscription content
There are many issues with the subscription, subscription is done and the amount debited but we cannot able to view the subscription content.. No help is being provided by the support team
Best church on the go app
Appreciate this majestic platform, so inspiring. I love it.
Problem with Subscription
I have already paid for my subscription and it wants to charge again... Actually I paid twice but the app is still asking me to pay the 14.00 again... I would even try a third time but the app is stuck on me becoming a subscriber when I have actually subscribed twice. Please fix.... Georgetown, SC; USA 😢
All segments of audio sermons not playing
Hello. Thank you for this amazing app. However, there seems to be an issue when playing audio sermons. The first segment plays well but the rest do not even play at all. I thought it was something related to my phone but a friend of mine confirmed that he’s facing the very same challenge. Please rectify. Thank you.
Subscription
Please fix the bugs for us ...the subscription page is blank....
Needs to be fixed
This app to listen to this great man of God is a very good idea but it needs to checked. It charged myself and my husband twice on the same account but we still can’t have access to the sermons . We love Makandiwa so much and we decided to subscribe to listen to his sermons but unfortunately we can’t get through because the app keeps freezing and ask us to subscribe anytime we click on sermons even though we’ve been charged twice already.
👏🏼👏🏼
supeb from you guys
