Enjoyable and well made. Straight away felt like I was starting to take things in.
Not free
You can only have a few lessons for free then if you want to learn more you need to pay!
Brilliant game. Just one problem
I have been using this app for a while and I absolutely love it and have learnt so much I have recently finished the section on numbers and here is where the problem is you need to pay for the subscription carry on I understand that you need to pay the people who sign and the teachers however you can reach that through extras like flash cards as it would be really useful to be able to learn more through the lessons
App brilliant if you pay
The free part of the app is not as good as it used to be they are trying to get you to buy it and it’s quite expensive when your on a pension.
nice, but
the app is great it isn’t completely free but u still get loads of benefits. The only note that i have is that in the months of the year November isn’t mentioned.
Juju
Brilliant fun
Bad update :(
The old version of this app it was amazing and great but now you have to pay to learn and they totally copied Duolingo on the set up I’m just speechless…
4/5 always room for improvement
I have only shortly been using the app but found it really helpful for learning BSL but I think it would be great if there where more available games without paying so it’s more accessible for children with learning difficulties/ nonverbal children who need to learn BSL as their source of communication
Disappointed with this app
I really enjoyed it and got up to unit 4 in 1 day! The only problem is that you can’t get past that unit without paying for a subscription which I don’t want to do. This has made me overwhelmingly disappointed. I do not suggest brightbsl if you are not willing to pay.
Rating
I’m using this app as a refresher to be able to help my grandson but for first time users I fell recaps would be helpful maybe even testing to see how your getting on as it’s too simple to just keep going forward without trying to use what you have learnt
Easy for on the go learning, no heavy commitment
I’ve always wanted to learn sign language and after my course in college got cancelled before it even started I thought I’d never have the time. The App is very straightforward and makes learning on the go easy as I can just do 5 minutes a day whenever I have the time. Just a few minutes keeps it fun which is good as my dyslexic brain doesn’t respond well to pressure 👍🏼
So incredibly awful!!
If i could give it 0 stars i would!! My friend downloaded this app in hopes to learn BSL.. HOWEVER they then TOOK £90 away from her!! completely outrageous she wanted to learn BSL for a little while but then just got money taken away from her? completely wrong and should be looked into as this is completely unacceptable as she now is £90 down and cannot afford daily payments, she got tricked into paying for a yearly subscription without her knowing she’s 17 with a child’s bank account and has been sent into overdraft ? completely NOT OK!! get this sorted ASAP 😡😡😡😡
Great up to a point
Great app, really user friendly- but - having been pushed to learn daily, by 3 months the content is finished. For £90 I expected a years worth of content. Not £1/day use!!!
Just ok
I hate apps that force screen orientation. I choose how to hold it, not you
Really great app
Learning so much from this app
awful app
I downloaded this app in order to learn BSL for my college course, only to find out £90 had been taken out of my account without my knowledge!!! I am a 17 year old student and cannot afford nearly £100 taken from me. This is completely unacceptable and i am in outrage. I can no longer afford my daily necessities such as food as my money has been confiscated by this evil app. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Furious!!!
BSL app
it’s really good but it only really shows you signs and you have to guess what they mean it doesn’t give you anything to actually learn them it’s sorta like a thing you have to remember from previous
Amazing
It is very nice, and I definitely recommend😊.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
My friend has this app and they randomly got charged £90!
Sign language app to learn with your friends for fun
This app is really good for when you’re deaf and when you’re just learning it for fun and for your education with your friends.
One lesson millions of opportunities
So I’m only 11 but my best friend is deaf and she has hearing aids but I used this app and I signed hello how is your day and she broke down crying in love because she had never met someone who could sign to her so that’s my story I hope this app can encourage other people to share their story’s and experiences through this app Thank you Sincerely ffion clark
This app is amazing but read this first
Ok so I have 2 deaf people at my school and this has helped a lot but then when I got up to quantities I had to get the subscription? And I didn’t want to so I had to get a new app to learn some more but I will still be going on bright BSL at some points. I wanted to learn some more but couldn’t so I have to get a new app and I don’t want to search it up I want to learn I want to do the matching thing on the levels so thank you for reading this review and I hope you have a good time while you can be on it.
LOVE THE APP SO FAR
I’m learning so much in such s little time and I find myself remembering the signs as well as understanding them.
Really good app!
Full of useful and accurate vocab, with structured lessons aswell as independent learning! Mostly free which I appreciate!
So good
Soooooooo gooooooooood love it
Bsl
This is such a great way to enjoy time indoors. I have learnt a lot of Bsl. However, you can’t really tilt the screen on laptop as well as iPad.
Amazing!!
