New update
Soon, is getting really old with G5. We used to get the monthly updates on the 1st of every month. You are losing long time players because we are tired of this nonsense. I know I will get just your regular response and to me that means you don’t really have your players best interest at heart. You only want our money.
Darstellung der Spielsteine wird auch hier schlechter
Mit dem letzten Update sind nun leider auch hier schlechtere Spielsteine von der Grafik her eingespielt worden. Lest ihr die Kritiken nicht, die Z. B. Bei Jewels of Rome abgegeben werden? Und wenn ja, warum kommen dann hier genauso die gleichen mistigen Darstellungen? Ich muss mich leider in beiden Bereichen nach Alternativen umsehen. Die neuen Darstellungen in den Spielen schmerzen in meinen Augen.

Monthly updates
I’m having trouble getting monthly updates, it’s 3 or more days before they show up. What can I do. I’ve tried everything I know to do.
Fixed
They go through stages where the puzzles are unsolvable. Don’t if it’s based on how many credit you have or time you have playing.
Great but small annoyance
Have been loving this game and all the different challenges, however since the last update to install the Ghastly Mansion I haven’t been able to get the boxes as the game closes each time I click on them. Edit to update - latest update has solved the problem, thank you!!
Horrid recent update
I really don’t like the most recent update to the game. The quests on the left side of the screen have gone, the icon that indicates the daily small baskets has gone, I cannot seem to find what I want any more. I do like the daily lava challenge but that is it. I am not playing as much as I did and am thinking of stopping completely as I find the new layout too confusing and not user friendly
Issues in the game
I love playing this game. However, updates come really slowly to the App Store. A bigger problem is that cheaters are not totally banned from the game but just taken off the leaderboards and not having their level counted into their Union score. However, their contributions to team challenges are still counted even though they continue to cheat during puzzle solving, which puts them ahead of other Unions and players. Apart from these 2 problems, the game is entertaining enough for me to stick with for the time being…but who knows when I will finally run out of patience having to compete with cheaters?

Gets very difficult
Lost my enjoyment playing this game. I have reached level 65 which may not be that high but have spent 20 mins trying to clear the same set of tiles, losing any fun I have playing the game. Most likely to uninstall the game
Average
Playing this game is relaxing and a nice timeout from the monotony of the day. The only problem is the win to loss ratio. Losses outweigh wins by a landslide, making me feel like the only way to win is buying stuff which is frustrating. I will never buy anything as I’m on a tight budget. The game will continue to “cheat” and deal loss after loss, making me not want to play anymore. (And I’ve been playing this mindless game for years) I’m about ready to delete it and find a new game that feeds into a better mental state instead of this frustration.

I saw the devs respond to my other review on the new cow event being unable to get the roses in it, claiming they fixed it. I followed what they did and deleted and restarted my game, but I STILL cannot get the stupid roses from it. Devs should seriously play test and beta their game first before releasing updates for it. Makes me wonder if there are different teams or devs between Sheriff and Emperor since there’s been no issue with Sheriff so far.

I love all of your games and I play seven of them every single day, however, lately you take our screens hostage several times in one setting ugh with all of these offers and that’s not fair to us so please stop taking them hostage while we wait for the offers to finally display!!!!! You provide wonderful games and we have a right, especially those of us who have played for years and every day to continue to enjoy the entertainment and relaxation that your games give us. All I’m doing is waiting for the X to come up so I can close it but meanwhile, I can’t go anywhere. I’m stuck and I really don’t care for the offers. I know where the bank is, and I know where the special offers are located on the screen. None of us are stupid. It only makes you guys look desperate and it’s overkill so stop already!!! Thank you for caring and listening, and please change this.

This could be such a great game, but it gets very frustrating as it is extremely hard to get anywhere without making purchases within the game. In the monster caves they say the treasures are distributed randomly. I beg to differ…..every time I choose a chest the good rewards are in the other 2 chests that were not chosen. This has happened probably 100 times🙄……pretty sure that’s not random.

I enjoy the game. I would enjoy it more if I felt I could ever get past the forth level of any building. It takes too many times to the same building to get the artifacts you need. Frustrating for those of us that cannot play as much as we would like to.🤷🏼♀️
