My go to!
I’ve been using this for years and find it so easy. I love that I can easily upload screen recordings just for the audio
Charged me despite Cancel!
Doesn’t show up in apple subscription- their app has no way to cancel or contact. I sent an email ahead of the charge. They charged me anyway! No way to contact them. SCAM
Need better function.
Need more function and effect like putting the picture on the video.
Customer service for issues
Hi To whom this may concern I have been using this app for About 3 to 5 years And it has been great. However I’m experiencing an issue with saving and send the videos I made I have reached out to the developer with no response at all . To help resolve the technical issues. I have a major project that I need to create a video from start to finish to get more funding. I need this fix asap. I’m not happy with this situation. ☹️
Vixer
I'm still working with this app. The jury is still out on its performance and capabilities, but I have found it initially more intuitive than its competitors. I am going to keep working with it! - victoria mcdougal💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
Amazing app
Such a easy app to use very intuitive love making slideshows instead of photo dumps
They won’t respond
I have been trying to cancel this subscription for a month—I’m not using it anymore. For a month it has said that it’s cancelled yet it is still trying to charge my card. So I had to leave that card with no money on it so it would t be able to charge it. But today it just happened to catch some money on that card and it charged it. Meantime I have been trying to contact the company to tell them to cancel it and have gotten ZERO response. Now they have my money and I’m stuck with an app that I can’t cancel and I no longer use. OR…Vixer could do the right thing and refund my money and actually cancel my subscription correctly.
Valuable
Easy of use is pretty good. I struggle to be able to edit as I’d prefer however hopeful it’ll come.🙏
Review update
Ever since reviews were asked for, my app crashes on my ipad and iphone. I can edit the video, but adding text shuts down the app entirely and doesn’t save my progress. It takes me multiple attempts to get things to save with text, even then its not guaranteed- text will just vanish and I have to start the process again. I hope theres a fix soon before I cancel and move to another app.
It’s Great
I enjoy it there is some things that i dont like the ai is strictly only for images not videos which is what i thought i could do but does have great stock ai videos and imagines
Great choice for a capable, lean video editor
I enjoy using the app mainly because of the intuitiveness of the software. I have projects I’ve finished in a sitting in some cases.
Scam
Charged for annual premium subscription when I don't have the subscription any longer. Even worse, I can't access the premium features even after they fraudulently charged me. I've submitted two emails with no response in over a week.
Pretty cool app
I have made a few videos using this app. It’s pretty simple and very user friendly as far as creating the aesthetic you are looking for…as long as you are a creative person. I use adobe programs professionally, but this app holds some of the same attributes, just on more limited scale. I’ve had situations where other apps couldn’t do what Vixer did. Highly recommend.
This was rude
I used this and it worked for a while but then all the sudden when I tried to look at my projects it was trying to make me pay for premium, or start a free three day trial, but I still don’t wanna do a trial, and even after that they probably won’t let me view my projects again until I pay for the premium feature, I only added an extra star because Atleast it worked for a little bit, and also, all of those videos I made are now all gone and I can probably never view them again, I’m looking for a better editing app
Video Editing
I am enjoying this app & it is very affordable. However, since one of the recent updates, I am unable to upload my videos, I keep getting an unknown error message. This is so frustrating, I guess this app was too good to be true. Their support is a joke.
Been using it forever.
I write songs and love to put the lyrics over them. This is the perfect app for it. Plus plenty of other features to improve any video you need
Scam
The app is not that great and on top of that, it is impossible to cancel the subscription. I won't be surprised if they catch a lawsuit soon!
2025 recaps
give more free options not everyone wants to pay and bigger variety and search bar
Great results but memory hog
I try to use the min 4 clips since I just want short movies. Inexplicably the file resulting sizes are so huge that I frequently need to manage my storage. Since the app picks snippets I can’t reconcile why they are so big.
Vixer
Would be good to be able to change any of the photos after selecting them . I found it hard that I couldn’t go back to change or edit my photos , I could only add more . I actually had to start from the beginning . ( maybe a user issue ?) need better music choice , modern
Quick, Easy, Effective and Reasonable $$
I use primarily to cut practice and game footage of my kids basketball journeys. Works perfectly!
Scammers
Charged my card without my authorization and are now making it impossible for me to get ahold of anyone to get a refund.
The only app I use
When people ask me what app I use to create videos because I make great content - I tell them I use Vixer. I love the simplicity and ease of this app.
I’m A Monthly Paying Member BUT……..
This is my 2nd review. My first one gave 4 stars I dropped one star because it was impossible to report a problem to the app owner! I have been a recurring monthly customer for ages. YOU take MY money every month, I use the app a lot BUT yet again today you don’t recognise me as a paying customer. I took screenshots to PROVE £2.99 goes out of my bank via Apple for VIMAGE monthly yet AGAIN today you won’t let me use the app without paying again even though I’m all paid up to date. This is THEFT! You take my money yet won’t allow me access. Even more frustrating is you don’t have a single way for me to let you know there’s a problem. Absolutely to access to report at all SO my only avenue is to come & leave another review which I did not want to do because it only harms YOU & I don’t like doing this as on the whole it’s a great app IF ONLY you would fix this frustrating ongoing problem! PLEASE ANSWER & instruct me how to make this problem stop. Allow access so problems can be solved via email & everyone will be happy & you will not have negative reviews.
Versão gratuita inútil
24,90 SEMANAL , um absurdo , muito caro e não tem nada diferente dos outros apps , a versão gratuita faz quase tudo menos exportar, o principal , NÃO RECOMENDO ( a versão gratuita ) .
Helps me edit most reels!
I always come back to this app time and time again.
Fraudulent App
Don’t download this app. They’ll steal your information and charge you a yearly subscription with no way to remove it. This “subscription” doesn’t even show up in my Apple subscriptions
my go to
I’ve been using this app for 2 to 3 years now. I love it because it’s simple to edit videos. It takes away the clutter and stress of other editing apps.
It always freezes
It always freezes
Está fallando
La aplicación se cierra cuando trato de guardar un video. No renovaré este año :(
Best Video Editer
This is one of the best video editors on the market, and it’s incredibly easy to work with. And it’s powerful enough to make the full movie if you have a vision for it.
Issues getting in contact with customer service
I initially signed up with a wrong email online when they did a sale and so it not connected to my apple account and they keep charging me. I am unable to use app bc im not a member but i have made a purchase under a different email yet they dont cancel that account for me. I enjoy the app and what it offers but i email once a day and they do not help at all. I just got charged the yearly amount and have no access to that account.
Pretty good
Although it is really good and amazing app to edit, you need to pay to upload it to your Photos?! and I don’t know why it’d be five stars if you could just change it that you didn’t have to pay to upload it but you did for premium and everything else I understand that but not uploading it should be free other than that five stars handsdown!!😁😁🫶🏼🫶🏼
Buggy
I have used Vixer premium for quite a while now and I must say I am constantly running into issues. Cropping videos to fit a frame usually doesn’t work like it is supposed to. Also, when I export a video it sometimes doesn’t look like it does when I am editing. It’s extremely annoying because the app is expensive and it takes a long time to edit a video just for it to not turn out as expected.
Video music
You unfortunately have to buy songs for your videos other wise you can use the free melodies which are not the greatest .
10/10
Love it. I create all of my content with this app alone.
Charged £69 and I do not need this app!!!
I tried the VIXER trial and although it is a reasonable app I did not need it anymore. Life is busy and I did not cancel my free trial in time. This is a HUGE amount of money to charge someone for an app they will not use or need. Canva and other companies have at least the decency to be lenient and refund people who cancel straight away. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
One of the best video apps
I was on the hunt for an easy to use video app. Tried a few out there and this one is one of the best so was happy to pay to use.
invest into another app
it works well and edits well but u can’t save any of your work unless you pay a subscription and it doesn’t tell you before. also when you try so screen record it, it adds a massive fixer logo all over it.
При экспорте зеленая полоса справа
В целом приложение очень даже хорошее! Сняла 2 звезды, тк при экспорте видео справа образуется зеленая полоса! Исправьте, пожалуйста.
Super easy to use!
What I love most about this app is that it’s easy to use. Not too complicated but still provides great quality.
Won’t let me save
I paid for it previously but now I’m happy to just make a free video, I made sure I havnt used any paid features and everytime I go to download the video I made that is super short, it pops up for me to pay, but I should be able to download my free video!!!
What’s going on??
This used to be a great video editing app, really quick and easy to use. Very user-friendly. Although sadly recently, it is glitching a lot? Not saving the videos, jerky movements, the play button not where it should be when playing back so I don’t know what slide to edit. It’s really frustrating. Is there a bug fix for this on the way? 🙏🏼 Also please can you add a way to select multiple frames to edit at once - for example I added 10 photos to one project that I wanted to be on screen for just 0.3 seconds each and I had to select and adjust each one individually, which was really time-consuming. Also, being able to add things on screen (I wanted a timer for tutorial video) would be an amazing addition! X
Can’t save
Easy to use, but when trying to save just says one of my files might be damaged? No idea why this is happening. No idea what to do now.
Very Good App
This app is very user friendly and very helpful. Everything I need to do with my videos all in one place!
Chopped off
I find a lot of videos and photos get 1/2 chopped off That’s the only thing I hate about it
Great for simplicity nothing more..
I’ve loved using this app for basic needs like family travel vlogs for memory keeping. But now I’ve started to make more videos requiring more features. I have subscribed to this app for a year and do think it’s worth it. You get a good selection of music without copyright issues when uploading to socials. The text selection and transition options are decent. BUT a few things that are lacking which unfortunately is leading me find another video editing app (But I love the ease of this one) 1. When you’re recording voice overs, you can snip then trim. To have to re-record the whole thing if you’ve messed up a word, have too long of a gap between sentences. So then I have to record again and talk fast purely because I can’t cut in between. Only trim the start and end of the recording. 2. The Captions using the AI function is great and fast BUT it does not allow you to add extra words which is unfortunately because sometimes it doesn’t pick up every word most likely due to the volume or other surrounding sounds. It will let you amend a word if it is incorrect but not ad any in which I find inconvenient as I can’t use the caption functionality if it’s not correctly picking up all the words. 3. If it crashes or feeezed while you’re editing and you have to close the app, you cannot retrieve what you’ e just edited if you haven’t saved. To save you have to stop what you’re doing and ‘exit + save’ then go back to editing. A lot of steps if you’re in the middle of editing. I also have a couple of projects saved and when I edit them, it tends to freeze a lot and I’m having to restart the app. Which tells me you can’t have too many projects I edit mode. Create them, export them then delete your project to avoid issues with the app. 4. It doesn’t lock text to the video. If I’m adding more videos within the project not adding to the end, it ruins the alignment of the voice over so you’ll have to find the voice over and drag it back to where it needs to be. 5. You’re unable to add images/ clip-art into videos. Text only I really love using this app because it’s easy to use, I just wish it would have some additional features.
Videos all saying errors since renewing
Loved this app and had no issues. Since renewing it all my videos I’m now doing saying there are errors and won’t save any videos. So I’m not happy since paying for another year.
