Lot of errors moving between chapters

Money waste app
Don’t buy the premium membership. Most stories have only around 50 chapters, and there are no updates after that. If anyone pay for it, it’s just a waste of money . I read 5 stories , and for the past months, none of them have received any update. That’s why I cancelled my premium membership. In my experience, it’s one of the most money waste apps.

No search episode bar.
I’m giving only 2stars because I’m unable to access previous episodes easily. Some novels has more than 1600 episodes and it’s very difficult to go back and find the one I want to read. There’s not even a search bar to quickly locate the episodes. I hope this gets fixed soon and episode search feature is added.
Feature Parity Between Android and iOS
I’m an iPad user, and I’ve noticed that the iOS version of the Pratilipi app is missing several features that are available on Android. This creates an inconsistent experience and makes it difficult for iOS users. Please bring all the Android features to the iOS app so that users on both platforms have the same experience. Thank you.
Good
Very nice
Features missing in iOS
Compared to android some features are missing in iOS. Feature like chatroom is not available for iPhone users, after that when user goes to review page there is no back button. I have to click on any user name and then back button gets enabled. Testing is not done properly.

Hard to understand the stories
The story itself is really good but the grammar and word choices make it hard to understand some parts of the story. It feels like to me that a fourth grader wrote this but the plot is amazing.

Very Disappointed,Incomplete stories
Many of the stories on Ridilib are incomplete. When subscribing, you should clearly mention that some stories have only three episodes, so readers can decide whether to read or skip them.” There should be an option or disclaimer before subscribing that informs users about this. We pay the subscription fee on time every month, but when we raise a complaint or ask about incomplete stories, there is often no proper response from your side. Please value your subscribers’ time and money. Inform users in advance if a story is incomplete. Either complete the story or clearly mention that it is unfinished. Otherwise, remove incomplete stories from the platform. We are very disappointed with this platform and how subscriber concerns are being handled.

Messaging option not available in iOS version
Messaging option is not available in iOS , it would be good to add that option in iOS version of pratilipi app.
Getting better, Still lacks major features
At last some iOS love from Pratilipi team. Now feels like iOS users are not stranded. But still there are lots of features are missing, reading text resizing, earning points, in app chats with writers, writers status updates.

Ipad support
Make it compatible for ipad. Its a hardtime for my eye to read on a small screen.
Limited story list
I appreciate the iOS initiative but iOS app still far behind android counter part. As a reference, not all stories are loading in any category. When I scroll down the same category in android, it loads a ton of new stories in each scroll down.. whereas iOS version only loads a limited number of stories no matter how many time I scroll. Hope you are well aware of it and will fix this issue in next update.
Issues
I use this app on android for last few years. Now I am using it on my IPad. This app needs to be updated. It doesn’t work in the full screen. There is no option to change the size of the texts. And another problem is …no dark mode.
