The app now opens to some new terms and conditions in Italian with no option for an English translation. I’m not about to agree to something I can’t understand so the app is effectively useless

Just doesn’t work
Tracking misses out large sections of route, and maps are not accurate, it’s worse than useless as it wastes your time.
Ditch 3D mapbox
Decent fully featured and genuinely useful app - very unusual from ski resorts! The route maker is helpful if you already have a rough idea. But a plea - the 3D maps presented on a point to point route are truly dreadful. If there is a mountain in the way, you cannot see the route. Please get rid of Mapbox and make the maps 2d but readable. Then this would be 5 stars. Good job everyone.
Location tracking
Since this year it requires the location tracking to be always allowed. That’s unacceptable (kills the battery for one), stopped using the app.

L’applicazione è molto utile il problema è che spesso volentieri si blocca e non si riesce ad accedere, questo anche in diversi spot Wi-Fi o anche con la linea dati

Malfunzionamenti badge per concorso
Il tracciamento gps è approssimativo, e quindi non consente di acquisire i badge correttamente ad esempio la pista di coppa del mondo “la volata” non viene rilevata per il badge malgrado la rilevazione gps sia stata fatta due volte in giorni differenti (uguale per fiverse persone). Dopo aver pagato 5euro il bagde reforestation, ancora non mi è stato assegnato dopo due giorni dsl pagamento e dalla ricevuta . Idea della App carina, funzionamento pessimo.
Potrebbe migliorare
Tanti bachi… Alcuni esempi: Se clicco sulla mia icona in alto a destra, vedi dati vecchi dell’anno scorso sotto “globale”. Se faccio un tracking di tante ore, ne perde la metà (se blocco il cellulare subito dopo aver stoppato il tracking e non aspetto l’upload). Per il badge “Reforestation” ho gia donato 2 volte, mai ottenuto il badge :) Insomma… questa gamification è un po’ incasinata :)

Facilità di consultazione delle varie opzioni. Grafica molto di appeal ed intuitiva. Servizi offerti in linea con le aspettative di chi ama la montagna sua estate che inverno.
Mandatory update not working
App says it needs a mandatory update. Upon trying to update, it takes you back to the app store and doesn’t let you update. No app, no map, absolutely ridiculous.

Molti crash e molte complicazioni, anche per comprare i biglietti, richiede una buona pausa di riflessione prima di acquistare. La biglietteria è molto piu veloce. Non all altezza dell offerta impiantistica
Skimap useful, tracking is not
The interactive map showing lift status, opening times and piste status is very useful for planning (especially in the very early or very late season where not everything is open). The tracking component of the app is pretty useless, it constantly forgets to record data, leaving you with large gaps in the day. As an example, where I recorded 130km distance covered with another app (which lines up well with my intuition), the superski app recorded 75km as it forgot to record an entire loop of the Sella Ronda

Worse ever
Was this app only for taking governments money? Map is tragic. I’ve never seen such awful map!!! No working options. No support. What a disaster!!

Deve migliorare l’ausilio alla “navigazione da un punto ad un altro. Domanda semplice: rotta da Corvara alla Gran Risa. Errore in rosso!!! Per questo solo tre stelle.
Very good
The slopes can be complicated - this app shows the slopes as they are not as the maps warp them to be, and show where you are - which is a life saver. Gives weather, route finder, great!
Waste of time
App doesn’t have up to date lift and slope information or helpful updates. First time visitor to the Dolomites - part of the Sella Ronda closed but app shows all lifts and pistes in the area as open. Complete bottleneck at lifts in area where there were closures. No news updates no useful information at all on the app (apparently there are if you visit the website!) Don't waste your time with this app.

This app works well, but there are some minor issues like there not being a switch for km/miles. 4/5
Even basic map features are wrong
Downloaded it for a trip to the sella ronda. Initially the map seemed ok with reasonable loading and scrolling being simple however soon found that it was very poor. There are parts where the map is just incorrect with runs missing or connecting to the wrong place making it look like you could get somewhere when it wasn’t possible and vice versa. Often selected to zoom in a lift when not tapping near it and very difficult to separate lifts. Numbering on runs without having to select each one individually would be helpful. Tracking side was very poor and other apps much better for this. Will say that lift opening times and list of runs is well done and seemed generally accurate

I was unsure about the app after reading the reviews. But for us it has worked perfectly every day to revalidate our green passes. Only takes a few seconds. Cant help but feel pleased when everyone else is queuing up at the ticket office morning
Life is too short
This app is not worth your time. It requires a lot of personal data for registration and then produces mainly login errors. Just avoid it. Its not fun.
Just “another uncooked skiing app”
All the account details and user information is unhelpful unless you’re fluent in Italian. Most of the app is in English but it’s also a little buggy and not really built for a user on the slopes. There are too many issues to mention and frankly I want to get on with my skiing and my life! Try Google Maps instead would be my advice.
Webcams stopped working?
Well I was enjoying this app but since the last update none of the webcams work any more????

A Rubbish App
Simply rubbish - if you track you day’s skiing there is seemingly no way to find the recorded track. If you download a ski map you can’t access it when you don’t have any mobile/wifi. Imrepeated asking for personal info etc etc etc Pants doesn’t even come close to it. :-(
I connected my Google to MyDolomiti and still cannot see my statistics
Why not have the data that I can access on MyDolomiti available on the app? This app is very confusing and I don’t really see what it is useful for. It would be nice to see the path that I skied today on a map on the app.
Not too helpful
Signed up via the app and opened the confirmation email, which then opens the shop page in English. Great! But when you open the Shop page from the app, it opens in Italian. Not very helpful as there’s no obvious way to choose to display in English. In the end I keep opening the shop page from the confirmation email
