App odlična, Pošta Srbije ne..
Postoje izbori paketomata u NS, kao i svuda. Meni stigne poruka da izaberem paketomat, oni mi pakete uvek stavljaju u glavni paketomat u pošti, u centru NS.. KOJA JE ONDA POENTA BIRANJA PAKETOMATA?? Aplikacija odlična, developerima svaka čast.. Ali nažalost, "nije žvaka za seljaka"... Pa tako j ova aplikacija nije za ПТТ СРБИЈА.. :)
Works fine
After reading all the negatives i was prepared for the worst, app works fine. Made an account, went to the packet shop, it even had pictures of the shop so i wouldnt miss it. Phone connected and i took my package, no hastle ,no one hour wait in line.
The worst postal experience i’ve ever had
I’m standing outside of this paketomat for the second day in a row, trying to pickup my package before I leave the country, and the bluetooth “cannot connect to the locker”. This is after trying everything to open up this locker. And, conveniently, the phone number I am trying to call for customer support is not picking up. So now I am leaving the country with no package because I simply cannot get into the locker. First of all, it’s important to ask what genius made this “bluetooth” process in the first place? Why does it exist? It is incredibly quicker, less buggy, and all around easier to type in a pin and have the locker pop open. This was the worst postal experience i have ever had!!! An absolute joke of a process. Fix it by deleting the app dpd thank you
Problem sa preusmeravanjem paketa
Kada radi radi odlicno, varijanta sa povezivanjem preko blututa je bolja od onog zvuka koji je prvobitno otvarao vrata paketomata. Ali pri odabiru paketomata aplikacija je nesto pogresno procesuirala i umesto izabrane lokacije paketomata posiljka je otisla u neki totalno drugi paketomat. Podrska Poste u slucaju ovakvog problema je bila nula. Na kraju sam posiljku morala licno da podignem.
Mixed feelings
posta bezobrazno "peca" da se sto vise koriste paketomati. Proces je komplikovan, aplikacija od 3rd party firme, ne znas da li je iza posta korisnik ili je neki phishing. Za korisnike koji su nestrpljivi ili su slabo Informativno pismeni je pakao. Za mene je ovo dobar potez ali je uveden u celu pricu na los nacin.

This shouldn't be an app
I find it incredibly stupid that you need to download a separate application just to pick up your parcel. To make things even more mundane, you also need to create a user account and submit all kinds of personal information. Why do you need my home address in order to open the locker? And no, there’s no cross-check with the address of the package, they can be completely different. Apart from personal data harvesting, I really see no point. Especially since there are already parcel machines from other courier companies that don’t require any of this stuff. I will do my best to avoid any parcels via the Serbian Post just so I can avoid using this dumb locker system.
čudna logika aplikacije, ali možete to podnijeti
Prilikom registracije provjerite svoj viber, kodovi dolaze tamo zaista brzo umjesto sms-a. Odna bi sve trebalo proći glatko. Ako se vaš ekran zamrznuo na ploči za registraciju i ništa ne pomaže, ponovo instalirajte aplikaciju. Želim svima sreću sa paketima isporuke!
App not working
First of all, this application shouldnt be needed in the first place. The registration process and onboarding adds unnecessary complexity to a simple task. Most importantly, its not working at all. I wasted 40 minutes walking to the package machine, onboarding to the app, realising that i can't pick up my package, and walking back. Now i have to dial the post office and explain that i cant pick up my package. Its all so tiresome...

The worst app ever
Where to begin. The code via sms takes 10minutes to arrive. When creating an account in the email field you cannot enter a dot symbol or an @. In the email field!!!!! Privacy policy link does not work. Bluetooth connection to pickup the package does not work. If I could give it zero stars I would. How does this qualify as production ready app I will never know.

Useless Disaster
The app says that I should be able to accept a package in behalf of a friend, but that was impossible. So either the app is not working, or the user experience is utterly bad. Beside the main feature not working, other features were not working either. I was searching for city of Nis for example, but the search results weren’t saying anything until I typed as “Niš” instead of “Nis”, UI broken, content cut off in the components… I would’ve given zero if I could’ve.

I selected a locker option for delivery thinking it would be simpler. The process requires calling or installing an app (from Direct4.me). Direct4.me are not the vendor that sold me the product, they are not even the shipping company. They just handle the boxes. But they still required me to register with all of my information (name, address, phone number...). Now that I give them all of my personal information, I still can’t access my box. Tried calling the number but they answer calls only during work days (8-17:30). I thought this is an automated delivery. But you have to call- but nobody works weekends, or after hours. Anyway, my idea of having an easier pickup completely failed. I would urge you to not go this route, but if you are already here, it’s probably too late.
