Facing problems in answer keys
Since the app has been updated recently I am facing some problems regarding the test anwer keys. Answers are missing Mostly in even number.
Add file deletion function
It’s great that you’re providing Indian express to students but can provide an option to clear the downloaded pdfs ? I’ve to uninstall the app every time I wanna clear it’s data
A must have app
Great content on Prelims & Mains CA. Little bit issues with the UI but what more do you want in an unpaid version. Please keep it up, you are hope of many.

Now its not opening on iOS latest version, no content available on App.
Provide these Video player Options on urgent basis.
Please provide the following option in video player:- 1. PIP mode in app because we need to refer handout during class also. 2. Video quality option. 3. Speed option in website player although pip mode is there but can’t take screenshot during some of classes of which faculty does not provide any handout like Ethics-B, Envt -V.
Can’t see complete image in news article
Many news articles contain images, the image which are shifted due to indentation are not completely visible, and there is no way to see the complete image.

Unable to use app from past few days , when tried to open something pop up comes saying something went wrong. Rectify the issue asap.
Doesn’t redirect to last seen page of app
After giving MCQs and seeing solutions, the link reference when clicked directs us to new page like pib, newspapers all... but we can’t return to our original solutions page but instead get redirected to homepage always....

Course and support team
I took gs mains plus cast batch from them I am working so I made sure that u am getting recorded session prior payments and i was assured by the team that everything will be available and post that I made the payment in full. However, now the app doesn’t really show me the csat classes which is no inconvenient for me I feel I m not really getting the service I paid for and even after raising multiple concerns there is no response from the team. This is a mess if you are working and looking forward to take help from the recorded sessions please don’t rely on them.
Daily quiz is not working properly.
As we go to take a daily quiz ,the app automatically shut down. Plz rectify this error.
Crashing
Whenever I am trying to attempt tests from February. The moment I select any option, app crashes. Please fix it? Overall experience is good, but this is something which really needs to be fixed!

App Not working properly
The app is not working properly and showing that something went wrong. I’m unable to see the practice questions and current affairs.
Excellent app but has few issues.
Apparently MCQs test is not working properly(not taking options) on iPad.Otherwise,the app is excellent.

Please do look into the matter of improving the app for iPad users. Extremely shocked to see that I’m not being able to view my exclusive account and classes. Half of the screen is absent as if chopped off by knife or something. Was expecting good app developers in such a highly reputed institute sir.
Answer keys of tests are not visible properly
It has many bugs which has to be rectified No support or reply if you face any issue

Many student use ipad instead of laptop , so pleaseeeeeeeeee update it for ipad user as u have collect lakhs and lakhs of rupees from each student , we deserve a better platform.
