Great health app
I really love this app. It’s very user friendly. Easy to learn all of the features of it. The direct connection to your doctor and their office is outstanding. Being able to pay your bill and submit for a refill or a referral all in a couple of clicks is convenient and saves me a lot of time. Thank you!!!
Kinda Terrible
Well, it just so happens that a two factor authentication code it will be sent to the same email address that may have also been hacked. This is because I’m unable to change my my password in the two factor authentication that is different Address that I received my normal MyChart notifications from Trinity. This seems counterintuitive because my regular email address on file is hacked, a two factor authentication code will also be sent to the same email address used for normal communication. As far as I can see, the only way to circumvent this is to use an authenticator app, which can be done since I have a Google authenticator app on my phone…. However, if you’re ill or struggling with health conditions, and you don’t need an added distraction, simpler is better.. My recommendation to epic and whoever is in charge of this questionable software application is to allow an email for two factor authentication that is different than the email address on the patient contact information…. As a result, I will avoid two factor at all cost. )And by the way, I work for a state government organization and work with multiple applications and other software platforms regularly to my job, so I know epic can do a better job making it easier for a person to use their software platform with a two factor authentication. The patients deserve better.
Doctors not always respond to the messages
Great app to track testing and appointments , the downside is communication , messages don’t get responded within the two working days stated .. I know doctors are super busy.. I’m just saying is not two days window at all
Hard to understand for people with comprehension difficulties
You say we can keep all doctors together. I have been trying for weeks to even put a new doctor on. Which has become as frustrating as try to keep up with the ones in here I already have. 🤦🏻♀️🙆🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
No Surgery time or map details
I received a call from my surgeons office about the time of my surgery, but I was not available to write the information down when the call came in. I assumed this detail would have been shown in my chart along with a map for where I need to go for checking in with having surgery. There’s no direction or a link to getting directions.

I would like to talk to someone instead of trying to figure out what is wrong. Very impersonal. Hard to navigate the older I get.
Reminders
I literally just had a mammogram and then was reminded that I need one. I wish a real person was sending these reminders. It is very annoying.
MyChart
Gives test results directly to me without the physician’s take on it, isn’t my favorite! I use a lot of other apps and they are much more user friendly. Not a fan of MyChart at all and wish I would have never installed it on my phone!
Incomplete test results
Before last test “results” I could see the actual results. Not this last time. It’s being withheld. I cannot research for myself. It shouldn’t be a matter of privacy where test results are withheld from patients. Never happened before, something new ??
Literally saved my life
While using the app to see the results of some bloodwork I had done I was annoyed with it telling me to have a mammogram every time I logged on. The app allowed me to schedule my first mammogram in less than a minute, I then found out I had stage three breast cancer. I have been able to see all of my test results, all of my appointments, and have been able to have conversations with doctors and nurses via messaging. This app literally saved my life! Had I not been annoyed with the pop-up and it not have been so easy to schedule. I wouldn’t be here today! Thank you for this app and all it can do!!
Incomplete
I had to literally drive CDs across town because my radiologist is not on Epic. My chart in epic is full of holes and provides an incomplete picture of my health. Epic/mychart needs to be interoperable with other systems- seamlessly and easily, but Epic doesn’t invest in that, they invest in monopolistic behavior that hires patients rather than heals them. I’d give zero stars if that ere an option.

The app doesn’t allow updates to medications. I can’t update the information for my upcoming appointment
My chart is helpful and convenient. I like our Doctor, and it’s easy to message when necessary.

Can’t sign in or change password. Very frustrating!!!!
Helpful, but almost too much!
Too many messages are sent and many (Most!) are sent after the date (by sometimes weeks!) Then, everything gets confusing and I sort of stop logging in, unless I know I’m expecting something. Sometimes, the information is incorrect. I received a text message for an appointment in Ann Arbor, but the message said it was in Brighton. Please send accurate information!!!

Good app, but needs GUI improvements
I realize different hospitals have different requirements, however if I have 3 appointments all “in network” and all within the same hospital organization I have to complete my full history, social illness screening, medications, family history, etc separately for each visit. Why?

TRMyChart has recently gotten easier to use now that Temple Health has been integrated. Penn still needs to get its act together. Not surprised - they’re too busy trying to takeover all the practices in Bucks County!

Not great for effective communications
Can’t reply to message from my doctor because it’s over a few weeks old. Very frustrating because I can’t include the original test results that i need to refer to.

Billing
I could not pay my hospital bill. It would not take my debit card either with or without spaces between each set of 4 numbers. I’m also finding using my new passcodes very difficult. I must press hard or the number won’t show up and then I get warnings that I only have 3 times more to get it right. Not pleased with this app.

I’ve been told I need tests done by Dr Siler. She has referred me to two different places that can’t see me. First one isn’t taking new patients second one can’t see me until the end of the year. I was told this test is urgent. When I questioned the second office I was referred to,Paulo, the girl I spoke with told me this was an appointment to talk about what’s going on with me NOT to do the biopsy! They don’t do that in their office, I would have to be referred out again! I’ve called Dr Silers office several times to get answers and I’m always told someone will get back to me. That still hasn’t happened! I came to this doctor for help for my health. She found problems but no one to provide answers! Not the kind of partner I’m needing!

None of my records have transferred
Just got a reminder for a colonoscopy that I fully had last year. Your system said I haven’t had one ever. Can’t check labs or anything from previous year. No proactive or preventive care is happening. I work in healthcare. Epic and Loyola could have and should have done a wasaaaay better job with this migration. It’s probably clinical issues you don’t even know about. Do better
