Great App
Easy to manage easy to use!!!!!!
Not a fan, but it’s only thing available
Such a difficult online portal.
One problem
It does not display horizontally. You always have to turn your pad in order to see your account.
Constantly freezes
With no rhyme or reason, the app will just freeze up with a spinny wheel going on login. Also happens during transfers between accounts which is kind of a scary time for it to freeze up. Seems like none of the updates really fix anything.
Constant Lockout
Holy cow this thing needs work. Basic things like routing numbers and full account info should be available without having to summon a genie in a bottle. Constant crashes and lockouts. I’ve honestly considered changing banks cause I hate this app so much

Not my favorite app
Always locks me out even with correct credentials. Doesn’t allow enough time to stay logged in. Search options are limited.

It works rather well. It’s fast and easy. The login can be a pain sometimes but overall it’s a good app.

Doesn’t work when using a vpn.
What happened?
I used to love this app…now, not so much. Every time I log in, it doesn’t want to recognize me & insists on new login credentials. Time consuming & frustrating.

Love this bank, hate this app
This app is like five years behind every other banking app. It logs me out of my account constantly, and then makes me change my passport about once a month. They recently updated it and changed the setup of it and it’s actually less user friendly and harder to navigate. I have another bank and their app is about ten times better than this one. It looks outdated, and it is difficult for my older family members to use.
Bank app
There is always changes and I can’t get in when I want or need because it won’t save my face recognition every time. I still have to put in a password a lot of times. To many changes all the time
Have to re-enter creds constantly
I have to constantly re-auth on this app, even with saved creds and FaceID. Would be nice if they could fix that.

The app is great and the Victor/Florence offices are my favorite to work with.

There app lacks features navy fed has not impressed. Maybe they should download the navy fed app and take notes
Unreliable
The data is half reliable AT BEST. What is the point of an app if one still has to “balance a checkbook” plus the direct deposit delays, unreliable debit card chips, hacking account comprising..where do I begin and why have I not changed banks.. The people, that’s why you get 2 stars. Your employees are who maintain customer loyalty.

Good bank, terrible app
Every time my husband or I try to log into this app, it seems like we have to reset our password or there’s some difficulty logging in. I’ve never dealt with such a clunky banking app.
Sometimes works
Sometimes works… most of the time it is very problematical! Constantly locks up and frequently will not let me access
Missing basic info
App doesn’t show you much other than your current balance. Most apps will show you available amount prior to a purchase and then amount after purchase.

Clunky
Terrible app. Never works! Sign your first born away to access accounts. Clunky to get around. Don’t even attempt a mobile deposit it will ruin your day.
Not Intuitive
It is hard to find things other than balance and transactions. For example transfers are not listed anywhere as an option until you press a plus symbol, not other but +.
Easy to use
I think this is a great app. It took me a little bit to figure it out, but it’s been working great for me. I really enjoy the Personal Finance section; it summarizes what I’m spending my money on in different categories, which has been very helpful.

I have recurring problems with this app every week or so it says my login credentials have changed and I have to reset my password it’s just problems after problems
Not an upgrade
App continually returns to startup mode. The fingerprint feature is unavailable from time to time, and acts as though it hasn’t ever been established. Last app was better.

It’s very easy and as an older Lady it’s very easy to understand.
Difficult to log in
I had web log in with Face ID in my phone. Why are you making me sign up all over again and requesting enough info to identify any account I have had in my life. I understand security. I don’t understand why after having it for 6 years you know force me to enter personal info you don’t need to identify me!
