This game is a game of the week for me and my friends who have played it and are enjoying it as much as they can today but it’s still not as good as it can be
Freezes after first Boss
I really enjoyed the 5 mins I got to play it on my watch before it froze after the first boss fight and made it unplayable, until a fix comes would not recommend paying for it.
Need more than one turn.
I enjoy the game, it reminds me of one of my favorites. I also like the watch version. However, and it’s a big one, I would like more turns before “game over”. Most games give you three tries before ending the game. This would make the game more fun.
No control of ship
I can’t seem to control the ship. It’s not responsive to finger control but flies non-stop in whatever direction I try to steer. Hopefully there’s a trick to that I can figure out.
Decent Version Of Tempest
I’ve been looking far n wide for Mac/IOS version of Tempest. This game is very good. I’d give it 5 stars if there were versions for Mac and/or iPad. Big thing missing is iPhone version won’t play in landscape mode, no hapt reaction feature, and just the same circular playing field unlike the old arcade version. Glad this game exists but wish a more fully featured version could be developed, especially for Apple Arcade. Happy New Year!

Need more than one life
Impressed the way it looks and plays. Reminds me of all those times playing Tempest and Galaga in the arcades in the 80’s. BUT, with only a single life it loses its allure rather quickly. We grew up with 3 lives and an extra life when getting to a certain score or level, which game theory suggests it makes us come back for more. Unfortunately with one life I never played again after an hour. So a big star off for that, almost dropped to a 3, but an update with my suggestion would be a solid 5. Graphics look great on the Ultra and game play is solid. Gimme some lives!
Need more lives
This is a great little game for Apple Watch, but it’s 100% hampered by only having one life instead of three. You could also have some 1up ships to capture that give you +1 life (optional) but for heavens sake at least give us more lives to start. It makes a great game into a complete bore after a short time. Please look at your reviews and see how many people have asked for this feature.
The perfect game
I absolutely love this game. I play when I’m in the bathroom or when I need a little break from work sometimes. Love the way the game was set up, very fun.

How to play?
So how do I play the game? After install (which now it say purchased), there’s no indications anywhere on the iPhone nor on the watch...no new icons, etc?!?!
