Misleading Language Option – Useless for English Users
This app claims to let users choose between Arabic and English, but that’s a complete joke. Even after selecting English, most item descriptions are still in Arabic, making it impossible to understand anything. What’s the point of having a language option if it doesn’t actually work? This is either laziness or a deliberate attempt to mislead users. If you can’t provide proper English support, don’t pretend like you do. Absolute waste of time!

Why are there no iPhone 13 cases I have an iPhone 13 and I can’t find any only cases for the 13 pro max &13 pro there is no for 13mini and the normal 13 please add a iPhone 13 case I have been using you a lot of times but there is no cases for iPhone 13 (Please add for iPhone 13 &13mini)

Not recommended !! Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad experience when you find out that this business customer service representatives are lying to you & delaying you for days to buy items!!!!!! Service not good at all. If you make order, you will receive multiple invoice order numbers by mistake. Reported several times but not solved. Caused much confusion. Also customer service never respond to phone, but they respond to whatsapp only and very late. Finally, any order you place will never reach to you on time or given date or even a complete order… regardless of how many times you speak to them. Whatsapp service representative says “driver will contact you now”; two days no one called !!! Definitely not recommended. All items can be found same and cheaper in Alif Stores App and Geem App.
