Best sport app out there
🔥🔥🔥💯💯📲📲
Terrible
Worse customer service every single time
Needs improvement
Platform is hard to navigate compared to other popular sportsbooks. Doesn’t offer enough rewards & incentives. The variety of bets that can be placed is subpar.
App works
Waiting on my first cashout I will update my review then.
More parlays
Could use the ability to parlay more types of bets like the ones on other sportsbooks
Terrible App
I’d rather drive to MA or CT then use this app.
Can’t parlay futures
You can’t parlay different futures. Every other sports book allows you to do it.
Terrible
Your in fame betting leaves a lot to be desired. Go to draft kings or FanDuel. They both have many more options. The payoff option when you hit 2 or 3 legs of a parlay and have 1 left is also very low compared to the other 2. The only thing you have going for you is it’s the only game in town. You can do better because if you don’t when another option gets approved you’ll be left in the dust.
App
The app is easy, quick, updated. Money goes into account within seconds. Get your pay outs 24 hours later maybe 36 hours later. I love Sportsbook RI!
Trash
Your app is trash. You pick and choose which games we can bet. You allow betting for games and then once a game has started it’s not on the app. You won’t let us parlay a lot of things. Let draft kings into the state !!!!!!
Needs work
Odds are heavily juiced and need to bring back cards market in a soccer
Great
🏆
Pathetic
Really a bad app. Bad for players, bad for the state. Good for ballys. Such a joke, highly discourage just go to Mass or Conn and play on real apps.
Horrible
Horrible app slow outdated. Classic Rhode Island can’t even get DraftKings.
Monopoly Sportsbook
Desperately needs competition it’s not very good. Hard to get bets in and last app update has app stuck at splash screen after you login once. Have to put phone in airplane mode or restart it to get app to get to login screen. RI needs to allow other sportsbooks as the only reason anyone uses Sportsbook RI is because it’s the only book available.
Sportsbook RI
Terrible app almost everyday trying to get on we have network problems ! Also the only reason we have to use it because RI has no other options
Awful lines
Massive difference in lines, in both directions. Heavy juice on basic bets.
What we need 😑
Why they don’t let u take same game parlay y’all need to fixe that. Y’all need to put more options in the app
Not good
Don’t offer cashouts. The book sucks.
2nd rate
Not as many options as Draft Kings!! Too limited but have no choice because I live in RI. Horrible!
They will make any excuse not to pay you
World Cup match went full time there has to be a winner got both legs of parley correct but because the winner wasn’t determined in regulation they did not pay out no where placing the bet is that stated same bet on draft kings cashed out sorry excuse for a sports betting app.
Do not waste your time
Sht app. Corrupt Rhode Island legalized gambling first so that IGT could monopolize the sportsbetting here. Do what real Rhode Islanders do, and Drive to CT or Mass and use Fanduel or DraftKings. The apps are lightyears apart, and FD and DK actually give bonuses. Sports book RI DID have good customer service last time the app stopped working during a busy weekend of football games. But other than that, it is a trash app, from a trash-run state. 🫶🏽🫶🏽
Exclusivity Used To Your Benefit Only
Really disappointed in how you leverage your exclusivity to benefit YOU and ONLY YOU. The house rules benefit YOU! The unfavorable odds benefit YOU!! The higher margins benefit YOU!!! The limitations benefit YOU!!!! I personally can’t wait until YOU lose the rights to host sports book in RI. I’m actually at a point where I am contemplating crossing the border to place sports betting with another platform so I don’t have to deal with YOU!!!!!
IOS 26.4
Keeps getting hung up and not opening since the IOS update.. I did the RI Sportsbook update
Everything about this app is TRASH
Had to file a complaint with the RI Lottery to get them to accept their own house rules. They have you opt in for bonuses but won’t make them available when placing bets. Find another way to bet. This app SUCKS !!!
Limited betting options
This app is minimal. Needs more betting options on individual players. Especially our local teams. I should be able to bet on ALL the players…not just the starting 5
Should be called RI monopilizing sports betting
App is trash crashes all the time and they make random maintenance runs at the worse possible times. Forget any detailed parlays. You can’t parlay anything that’s an alternate bet. They take forever to return your money and customer service on second shift is trash. Can’t wait for FanDuel or DraftKings to step in and save the day!
