This app used to work why did you change it?
Seriously this app loads so slowly it sends me to weird menus. I don’t wanna go to like it used to work before you updated it but for the last like four or five months, it’s been an absolute nightmare to use. Please restore the old version.

Whenever I try to type in my password to use the app it selects different characters in the keyboard so I haven’t tried to use it in fear of getting locked out of my account. I’m currently outside of Korea so this has been quite an issue. Please update to fix this important feature. Thank you.

Not working on iPhone
If you can get the app to authenticate your Korean number (works maybe 10% of the time with LG U+), it refuses to take a second photo (back of ARC) and you can’t proceed. I’ve tried multiple times over nearly 4 weeks. I’ve contacted Hana support and they say “try again later”. Fair enough as it could be failing to communicate with their servers but, when that doesn’t work, they tell me just to come into the branch which is the opposite goal of the app.
Very slow
This app is 10x slower since change of interface. Please work on it. Thanks
Transfer money fee
I just came to Hana bank because my account was inactive for awhile and they didn’t let me do any transfers , so the employee fixed and I try to send money to my other bank account from a different bank and it had a fee of 500won . So surprisingly I said out loud “oh there is a fee” and the employee said “eh really? From which app did you do the transfer?” And I said “EZ because it’s in English” and guess what I’m a foreigner and she said they I should do it from the Korean app cause there is NO fee there….
믿을만한 간편송금!
역시 은행 송금앱이 가장 믿을만 하죠! 송금으로 검색해도 검색결과에 나왔으면 더 좋을텐데...

뭐 가입익력 다 하게하고 본인 앱이 거지같이 만들어놓고 얼굴인식 안된다고 가입안된다고 하면....짜증 안나겠냐?!?

Worst App Ever
Locked out of the account for entering the wrong account pin 3 times (never had to on Hana 1Q) in a row and can’t login. Called customer service and was told I had to go to a Hana Bank branch in order to unblock my account on the app. The bank open and closes when I’m working so I don’t have the time or want to waste my time going in person just to unblock my account. So inconvenient and annoying, starting to hate Hana Bank.

I cannot login with this app. It is so frustrating because I keep going through resetting the password to not being able to login anyways. Fix that already. It’s been like this for a long while.
