Love it
Great way for me to securely communicate with my doctor and receive information from them as well. I don’t have to call the office to check my appointments. I can also text them from the app securely and upload a picture by text if needed
Does not work
The app signs in, but does not open. I am not able to use it or use a link to connect to it.
Easy to use
I was a bit afraid with all the bad comments I read but I gave it a try and created my account in 5’ with no issue. Not sure how useful it will be but until now I would say the app is ok
Never works
This app is amazing when it works. It has been very helpful in the beginning of our braces adventure. Since the last update it will open the app let me enter my pin and then it will just close out. Very frustrating when you’re trying to check when your appointments are.
Login stopped working
I loved the app but now it keeps telling me login failed and I even tried resetting my password which it gave me a new temp password but even that one says login failed. Is the app bugged??

Its okay i guess only thing that is annoying is that you need to log in every time you enter the app

Anytime I try to open it, it immediately crashes.

1. Open a appointment. 2. Tap Add to Calendar button. 3. Tap to change the prepopulated calendar to something else. App crashes.
Barely Works :(
FaceID login leads to app looping. Crashes a few minutes later. Trying to go into my profile leads to it crashing and closing. A lot of crashing and closing, actually…
Works Very Well
i’m not sure why all the reviews are bad. the app honestly works fine. i had no problems at all. i made a simple username and password and that was it. very simple and easy.
TERRIBLE User Experience
Very disappointed this is the app I’m forced to use by the orthodontist’s office. The app refuses to log in correctly any time I’ve used it. The PIN never works. I’m constantly going in a circle to “update” the app and then brought to “open” the app (which was obviously already open!), and doesn’t actually let me get into the system. Major system enhancements are needed.
Payment information
Not enough account information. I thought this app was supposed to give me a total of what I owe from month to month, but it doesn't even have any information about my payment account. It does have my upcoming appointment.

Not working anymore
Have deleted app and reinstalled twice. Changed pw twice and still isn’t working. “There was a problem logging in”...I’ve checked my user name and it’s correct.

I downloaded, experience has been great esp in time for COVID-19 Physical distancing, functions like an over-the-counter assistant
Need Help!
I’ve been trying over and over to verify my email in order for me to access my account for the 1st time. For some reason, the verification code that I am receiving is invalid, and when I request a new code I never received it! I am trying to login and access my info and payment for this specific doctor and it’s not letting me and I charged a late fee as well.

Can’t even login, even after changing my password multiple times. What’s the use.
CAN’T LOG IN
Very frustrating. Can’t log into the account. It says trouble finding account even though I’ve entered the information correctly. Please fix the issue or remove app completely.
Buggy
Why is this app having issues with not being able to login? My username and password are correct and I keep getting the message ‘There was a problem logging in’. Idk if it’s the app itself or this company is having server side issues. Either way, please update Dolphin MyOrthodontist. This is problematic and annoying.
Horribly buggy app
Constant struggle. Hit or miss on ability to log in. Often forgets login info. Forgot username search function asks you to select participating orthodontist, but doesn’t allow you to search for your orthodontist. Surprised that Apple even approves of this app, or that ortho offices use it.
The Worst
Worst app ever and that’s saying a lot.
