I can only say that it is a good game, there is always a solution to some failure. On the other hand, it is good to be responsible and play in the best possible way.
They stop giving you opponents if you start actually winning money
I was playing hundreds of matches on here and about a month ago every time I entered a match for money it would sit as pending for a day and then get refunded to me. I’ve been told my support that I’ve been playing too well and they don’t have any players that can match with me. I play with some of the same people on the Skillz platform all the time and it’s pretty evenly matched so I don’t believe there are no other players. I loved egogames but this game is completely useless to try and win money. Will definitely update my review back to 5 stars if support reaches out and helps resolve my issue

Bonjour cela fait 8 mois que j'ai echangé 5 millions d'etoiles contre un Alexa dans la boutique egogames depuis je n'ai pas recu et aucune explications ne m'ai donné par le support malgré mes mails envoyé, on m'avait proposer 20 $ contre 5 millions d'etoile ou bien Alexa par mail et j'ai repondu que je voulais recevoir Alexa et j'ai bien precisé mes coordonnés mais depuis rien n'ai arrivé et aucune reponse apporté du support

Scam
I’ve played many game apps that actually pay real money through PayPal and other ways. This is not one of those apps. This app is a complete scam. I’ve tried to cash out 20$ just to see if it was legit. Waited forever then finally emailed them about my withdrawal asking why it’s taking so long. After about a month of no replies to my how many emails now, I said fk it and just played the 20$ right back into the app. Never will play here again. Complete waste of time.

you'll get banned if you do well
Played and did really well for a few days before withdrawing. Did not get it for weeks, and then when I contacted support they locked my account and said it was under investigation because other players were reporting me. Okay cool, I'll just wait for them to finish that and open my account back up right? Nope, no response from them for weeks now. I've tried following up with them several times and nothing. Now I've heard from lots of other people that this is common. Don't waste your time with eGoGames. They'll freeze your account if you do well and never respond to your messages. Update: reached out to them as per their response to this review. Will update if they actually respond this time... If I don't update this, it means they never did. Update #2: they responded to my initial email asking what I needed help with. I told them, and back to no responses. It's been another 10 days. This company is a fraudulent joke.

This game was great. Until they started changing everything. Now your constantly being matched with hackers who score impossible scores and they refuse to refund you. Plus It’s been 3 months and they still haven’t given me my withdraw. And I know I’m not the only one. Not to mention they refuse to answer any emails related to withdraws or anything important. WHERE IS MY MONEY?!?!
Best cash games out there
Trust me, I’ve tried them all, and while egogames had some small hiccups at first they’ve gone to immense trouble to fix them all: payments are usually completed within one working day, matching with players is much easier, and the leagues are bigger than ever, with tons of extra opportunities to win cash. They really listen to customers and go out of their way to address specific issues, and never send generic responses. Really love and totally recommend this platform!

Matching is awful. High level players constantly wiping out lower players. Does play out when the email says 7 business days max. It’s been a month.

Platform issues
The game itself is smooth and normal. But the platform has enough issues I will never deposit again unless they are fixed. The cards are big enough to easily see. I love that I can play against friends, and for free! So I play the free games. The customer support is mostly nonexistent. If a game crashes they will refund the entry fee, but any other problems and they either never reply at all, or send a pasted rote email that doesn’t address the issue. I was excited when they first added the star reward system (similar to Skillz) but it ended up mostly worthless. The tier system glitched for me. I made a rare deposit and played enough one month to get to the gold level. The rules say it will stay gold the next month also, but mine dropped to silver on the 1st. I contacted support at least three times over the next month, with no reply. The rewards you can use the stars to redeem are ridiculously beyond reach. The lowest prize besides a username change is 3 million stars. A $1 game gives 25 stars. There is also a play option to use stars to play a game. I will not be depositing until they both fix the star tier issue and add some much-lower-priced rewards, preferably an option for a gift certificate. But I do continue to play the free games.

Nous jouons et mettons de l’argent . Lorsque l’on peut retirer notre argent on reçoit un mail en nous disant qu’il faut une photo et d’autres infos. Sauf qu’on ne donne pas de détails sur les éléments demandés et lorsque l’on écrit à plusieurs reprises au service support : Aucun retour. Bref , impossible de retirer son argent . Super 🙄

Souvent des messages d'erreur ou impossible de se connecter, on croit à une erreur de connexion Internet, ou oubli de ses identifiants mais non juste qu'ils sont en maintenance. Ça arrive parfois à la fin d'une partie ou limite aux dernières heures des tournois... Par mail, vous écrivez en français on vous répond... en Anglais !! Moi je comprends mais pas le cas de tout de monde. Quand j'écris un mail, expliquant les erreurs, les bugs, juste un message d'excuses mais jamais de compensation après tout l'argent qu'on leur laisse. Quand vous êtes en maintenance, mettez un message de maintenance et non erreur qui veut rien dire ! Et ne permettez pas qu'on commence une partie quand vous allez faire de là maintenance svp. Dommage car le jeu est sympa. À quand le solitaire Spider Egogames ? Ça changerait du 21 Jack et du Solitaire.
