Great Idea

Should be linked with my wallet app so I can double tap and it’s just done. Suggestions should be automatic of whether to use a stamp or not. Otherwise it’s great
Laborious Free coffee
Got to a store with free coffee and the app didn’t give me the option to redeem(said phone needs to be verified). And the person on the counter said that the free coffee is only after the first purchase. None of which was specified anywhere in the store or the app.

Can’t pick up points anymore
In the last few weeks whenever I visit my local cafe the app isn’t working. I was always able to pick up my loyalty points by tapping my phone onto their squid machine. It hasn’t worked in weeks despite updates. Now they are giving me my stamps on a card. ☹️

So Far so Good. Not won on the little deal of Day thing they all seem to be gone by time I can click them so that’s why 4 stars not 5… yet 🥳
Such a frustrating app
Without a doubt one of the most frustrating apps on my phone. My local coffee shop uses it & it rarely works for me. On 3 recent visits I tapped each time, got an indication that it had worked and no stamps on the card. This is a frequent event with the app.
Experience so far
Inconsistent. With help of manager having bought two coffees we could only get it to register 1. Tried with wifi on and off. Using 4G etc. kept reporting scan was saved and would update later which it failed todo. So far and agreed with only minimal use, stamping a card is quicker, reliable and works.
Wave Points are amazing!!
The new Wave Points feature that gets me even more free coffee from my grocery, clothes and online shopping is just amazing! I don’t know how everyone isn’t using it already!
Impossible to register
I have tried several times to sign up but it gets stuck at phone number so it's usess

Disappearing stamps / Tokens
So I use this at my local coffee shop. I had a free coffee to use + a new vouchor with one or two stamps on it (can’t remember which). I redeemed the coffee but the new vouchor also cleared and showed no stamps. As this was a fairly recent app I was easily able to count up my coffee stamps, I had collected 18 in total, and redeemed 2 coffees (8 stamps for a freebie), so I should have had 2 left, but they had somehow vanished. Both the chat option and support centre option within the app fail to connect. Very poor.
Easy
So easy to use and very handy. Great to have the Wave vouchers also.
A loophole around every promotion
I would not recommend using the wave points. Every week there is a large number of promotions advertised and I have attempted to partake in three of them. But any time I thought I’d receive the advertised points there has been a convoluted reason why I don’t receive them. Great idea, poorly executed
Squid Review
We find using Squid much easier than any other reward application. More cafe’s should use the app.
Requires Full Name + DOB + Location
The app requires your full name, date of birth, and precise location to work fully. With precise location turned off the search doesn’t work. When I collected stamps on paper I never had to provide that much personal information.
Super App with regular updates
Been using this app since 2021 and it’s made some great improvements over time, always love seeing a new cafe with the tag on the counter! New Wave Points feature super easy to use also!
Shocking service and miscommunication
Weeks of back and forth and wrong information from their team after referring and checking with them before signing up contact resulting frustrating exchanges and lack of response.

Taps not working
Squid preventing more than 1 tap for items purchased. 1 coffee is 1 stamp but the tap device prevents a second stamp in app. Waste of time
Great Idea
This app is well-written and serves a great purpose. Is it possible to incorporate the cards from each business into Apple Wallet? That would make the app even easier to use.

Customer Care for this app is a joke. I will not use the shops. This app is linked to.
Not getting stamps
I always order two coffees when we visit but have just realised I only get one stamp rather than two and there seems to be no way of getting second stamp. A bit disappointing really.
Coffee Barista Brothers
I think this app is very good. It’s easy to use. Also I get rewards which is brilliant. I got a complimentary coffee to welcome be back & one for my birthday as well. I really appreciate that and my loyalty would definitely be to Barista Brothers in Mullingar.
Pin
This new pin thing makes this unusable. Nobody takes a receipt for a coffee , especially with these newer electric kiosks. And nobody wants to wait for this pin window to appear. I only noticed it after leaving the shop .

If only the coffee shops you had vouchers for appeared at the top of the list so I knew where I had vouchers for in the future

All rewards cards in one place
So handy. I always have my phone with me but not often my purse with every different reward card. It’s handy having them all in one accessible place.

Easy to use
New to the ap but pretty straightforward to get set up. Initially I had problems with setting up my account but soon after contacting support an update came out and now it’s fixed! Much simpler than carrying around stamp cards 👌🏼
