Good idea but TERRIBLE optimisation
You get the powerbank, fee depending on area everythjng is amazing it has around 5000MaH ( good enough to charge once ur phone ) but the problem is this, its a god damn dice roll, you can either get a full charged powerbank ( being good) or get a powerbank that dies after 30+ minutes ( which means you pay for 1 hour as its charged every 30minutes and you must change it Tip : Give us fully charged powerbanks or warn us about its battery bruh, i will definetly not use this ever.
Defekt enhet
Bra, smidig tjänst men dessvärre en defekt (?) enhet, för den laddar bara ca 1 min åt gången och sedan får man dra ur sladden och sätta in den igen för att få igång laddningen igen.

Scam
What a scam, I was in the airport needing to charge my phone before flight. It’s 3€ for 30 minutes and it’s not even fast charging, in 10 min it charges only 8% of the battery, if you by mistake stay more than 30 min (to only charge it 25% if you lucky) then you have to pay 10€. It’s cheaper to just get some snack and coffee from a cafe and charge it there. Don’t bother to use them.

Said 1470 HUF which is ~3 EUR and okay for charging my phone for about 45 minutes. on the bill it charged me 9 EUR which definitely isn't because of my bank. Pretty damn expensive.

Fick inte någon sympatisk hjälp alls. De hade bara plötsligt dragit en avgift. Jag förklarade vem som hade tagit powerbanken egentligen och att jag endast hjälpte personen betala..de brydde sig inte och gav endast ett svar som om en var dumförklarad. Attackerade och gav ångest. Men hej, extra ångest är ju gratis iaf

Bad system
rented a brick, went back to return and they were all full. Travelled around to return someplace else and they were all taken as well. Meanwhile, the app is charging money for not returning within the timeframe. Should be more slots to return

So easy to use and handy to be able to charge your phone when you’re out and in a pinch! Amazing idea!!
Great idea, poor execution
Saw this in a bar, thought great! But alas when I went to use it the banks wouldn’t unlock one even although it placed the normal block on my card. Shame, was really needing a charge too 😩
So clutch
Bricks are so convenient! No matter where I go there’s a brick near by if my battery is low when I’m out! Definitely a must have if you live in Canada!

Convenience Is Key!
No matter the venue I visit in London, I see one of these machines. The new appless is so key when I’m helping friends get chargers and their battery is low. Definitely will be getting BRICK’D up!
The worst
You want to use the service to charge your phone and it’s probably low on battery. Brick: let us ask you to download an app and take you through a register process so your battery dies. Other services like this have a much more smooth UI, this is the worst - even requires you to download an app.
This App saved my life
The brick is awesome and helped bring my phone back to life when I was with family and really needed a full charge. Super easy and convenient!
Terrible customer service
We rented 3 power banks at a time and returned them all. I received a receipt a couple of days later with a $35 charged that indicated that one was not returned. However, we returned all of them. The customer service provided by Brick has been incredibly terrible, it is so difficult to get in touch with someone. They do not have a contact number and you must use a chat to bring up an issue which takes them over 2 days to reply. After they replied, all of my previous chats and messages were cleared and we have to restart. It’s been so frustrating and annoying to try and get in contact with someone, anyone. I do not recommend using this service.
