No te deja poner reseñas malas
Casualmente no te deja poner reseñas malas, no confíen en las reseñas de los doctores. Llevo 3 días intentando poner una mala reseña de una doctora y no lo permite.
¡¡¡Demasiados Mensajes!!!
Doctoralia, envía demasiados mensajes por cada cita: agenda de la cita mostrando fecha, hora, etc.; solicitando confirmación; instrucciones para prepararse para la cita; solicitando una revisión después de cada cita… Ahora, salvo la solicitud de confirmación, estoy ignorando los mensajes.

I am very disappointed with Doctoralia’s review system. I have submitted honest, detailed reviews about my experiences with two different doctors, both of whom I had very negative experiences with. In both cases, my reviews were never published or made visible. This makes me question the transparency and reliability of this platform. A review website should allow patients to share both positive and negative experiences, provided they are truthful and respectful. When critical reviews consistently fail to appear while positive reviews remain visible, it creates the impression that patients are not being given the full picture. Patients rely on these reviews to make important healthcare decisions. If negative experiences are filtered out or suppressed, the ratings and reviews cannot be considered a fair reflection of patients’ experiences. The fact that this happened with reviews for two different doctors makes it difficult for me to believe that this was an isolated incident. Based on my experience, I no longer trust Doctoralia’s review system and would encourage patients to look for information from multiple sources rather than relying solely on this platform.

Have a look at their reviews and you will see all of their doctors have 5 stars. Maybe they are being paid by the doctors? They are certainly posting any bad reviews.

Requires more logins and security than my investment accounts. Slow to sent confirmations with numbers. Just bloody awkward.

No sirve
Un app muy complicado de usar, me mandaron mensajes repetidos todo el día para confirmar cita y confirmé tres veces y aún así el doctor canceló la cita por no confirmar!
Technical problems
The app is great for finding a doctor. But the technical aspects of the app are poor. Since the last update, it doesn’t sync my iPad and iPhone any more. I’ve had to create new accounts and it’s lost some of my data. Great concept, but poor functionality.

This app claims to work in English, but there is no option to change your language within the app. I have a US phone, but am using the app in Mexico, my phone language is set to English, but the app only shows in Spanish.
Selección de modalidad de cita más notable por favor
Actualmente la selección de la modalidad de la cita no es muy notable. Para los pacientes que usamos la modalidad en línea, es fácil no pensar en seleccionar esa modalidad al agendar las citas pues se puede pensar que estando en mi propio perfil, la modalidad que siempre uso está ya seleccionada. Y como no aparece muy notable esa seleccion en la App, aún siendo la primera indicación que se debe marcar y el “default” de la App es la modalidad presencial, ya van varias veces que no me entero que no indique la modalidad correcta hasta recibir mi confirmación y ver que me indica la dirección con mapa de mi cita. Entonces me vei obligada a tener que cancelar, pues no existe manera de cambiar modalidad al intentar cambiar cita en la App. Si no soy la única persona a quien le sucede esto, pienso que esa opción deberia tener una verificación que no te permite continuar a seleccionar la fecha de cita hasta que confirmes la modalidad. Gracias.

Cero atención al cliente
No he recibido apoyo ni respuesta para un reembolso cuando el Doctor no se presentó. Tengo más de 1 semana esperando y nada. No tienen buen servicio al cliente. He tratado de contactarlos sin éxito. Y en la oficina del Doctor me dijeron que ellos no tramitan el reembolso, sino Doctoralia.

Horrible programming
The app will not sync my account with my account on the Doctoralia website. Same exact login, but the iOS app is treating me like a new account... 10 year olds can program better than this.

Tried to use the app and it doesn’t work with US numbers and I was not able to reply or view appointments schedule online.
Doesn’t have every doctor but love the conciencia
It’s not a fault of the app that not every doctor is on this app. But in Playa del Carmen, a ton of doctors utilize this. It’s so convenient to make appointments or change them. I like that I get reminders of the appointments and that when I make a follow up appointment most doctors will use this too and and I’ll be able to see all my past and future appointments here. Also has helped me narrow down doctors when I need a specialist. Doctors in the major hospitals in Cancun (I’ve found) don’t use this app, so don’t over look those that might not be using this.
