Very dirty place, avoid at all costs, you can’t live here
To keep it short, it’s been 4 months I’ve been here, although I have made lots of complaints to the reception regarding the cleanliness of the flat and to make neighbours keep their dirt out, it’s unbelievably dirty and even people robbed my stuff from the kitchen! Avoid this place

Comfortable and secure accommodation
I stayed here for a year during my masters and never had any issues with the accommodation. The staff are friendly and are ready to help at any time. Any issues or maintenance is attended quickly and gets done. It’s really a good secure accommodation and going to your part time in night or early hours never faced an issue. Will be missing it. All the best for the iQ team. Thanks to all the staff at Hayes Wharf for making my stay a pleasant one.
Does not work
It either loads super slowly or not at all. I can’t view any of the pages to pay my rent, check my laundry or view parcels.
Sign up issue
The app does not give the option of sign up.. i only see the option to login.. where do i create account to login?
Useful
It’s convenient when looking for rent payments and for asking about maintenance that needs doing. It’s easy to use and is straightforward. There are some drawbacks like booking the dining room or vacuum cleaner. It’s not as easy or straightforward as it should be. Overall, the app is essential for your stay at iQ so it would be helpful if I didn’t have to sign in all the time, even though it now has FaceID. I still need to use my email and password.

Literally always crashes and doesn't load anything
UI is good but it’s sooo slow
For an app used by mostly Leeds Arts Uni students of which uni has one of the best graphic design courses you’d expect a good UI and visually you get this but there was not one moment considered for the speed of this app. No matter what 5g gigabit connection you have it’ll be slower than any app on your first touchscreen phone that hasn’t received an update since 2010. It’s honestly painful to use
Amazing student housing
This is one of the best student housing for students which is accessible to near by stores and university within walking distance. All the bills included with the rent and good security.
Wrost app I have ever use！
The application can't be opened. There is no response if you can't log in. Once I opened it, there was no information I needed. It was almost impossible to use it normally. The oven in my room was broken, and I needed open this app to apply for repair, but this trash app could not be used at all.
Needs Work
Have to enter user credentials EVERY time. Even when you have diligently checked the remember device. It’s annoying and gives the app a cheap feel
Great place to live
Staff are super helpful and really friendly. Lots of events on through the year, and lots of freebies. Staff feel like a family here, also very good laundry facilities (no circuit), good gym, study area and communal areas.

Lack of response
I’ve asked questions multiple times with no response beyond “we’ve received your message” and the parcels update never works youre better off just checking with reception. Also stay logged in feature doesn’t work kicks you out anyway

The app is simple to use, and everything is easily accessible including where to pay rent or go for support if you have any issues with anything. Staff are kind and very helpful too. Would recommend!
Difficult to move out
It says on the website, that the tenant needs to create the fast pass to move out. I don’t see the create fast pass button on the website portal nor the iq app. Thank you for making it hard to move out. I give you 1 star for it. Enjoy
Was a really easy to use interface until...
So I was logging back in to my account to check up on my booking feed and then five seconds in the screen goes white and nothing shows up. I’ve left it for some time on it’s own just in case but it still remains just a blank screen. I deleted the app and downloaded it again; turned my phone on and off; switched WiFi; tried it all; screen still goes blank after logging in.
A must have for tenants!
The clean layout of this app results in a very intuitive experience when navigating all of the essential information it provides.

Hate the app I have to close it and log in about 5 times before the log in button actually works

Let’s me log in, but just says resident and doesn’t show my contract or even my name and details
