WHAT?!
Literally, they won’t let me have vpn and it says connection unstable, when my wifi is at all three, I had to spend more then twenty minutes figuring it out and I still can’t, it’s literally so frustrating
Negative review🔴
I used to be a fan of letsvpn for their amazing performance, but from last 2 days (24 august 2026) when i downloaded letsvpn after long time in china, and even i paid platinum for one konth the service is so bad and there is a note on the top “The update you keep swiping away?” I dont know after paying why i am facing this issue, please resplve this matter
Servers useless
I cant believe this, all nation servers are on maintenance, barely usable, when i rarely gets connected to singapore server then it immediately doesnt work again 2 seconds later, i would’ve understand but this has took about 1 ENTIRE YEAR
Honestly mediocre
The VPN is great! If you can get it to connect to a single server when they’re all quote on quite: “down for maintenance” yeah right bud down for maintenance for a month!? At that point just get a new server. Also auto connect almost never works, when it does connect though? I turn the gon off and manually connect? The servers magically “down” for maintence, and I read a dev. Response that they have people administrating their servers 24/7. Anywho if you can get it to connect? Awesome vpn (just know that even if you don’t use ur 1 hour free trial the timer still ticks)
why

Why use LetsVPN, 2026/08/08
Reasons: Not as expensive as other vpns Reasons why you thinks you should: Good reviews from a couple years ago Reasons not to: Unreliable, slow customer service, mediocre ui, weird 2 devices rule that just serves to be annoying(it may entice people to upgrade to premium, it can also entice people to stop using it) Reasons to use other vpns: In China and places with strict internet restrictions just use Astrill, it’s much more reliable In other places express vpn and nord vpn are the best I have used, mostly just better ui This is apparent in other recent reviews, even the 4 or 5 star reviews aren’t saying it’s good right now, hope they can fix the issues.
It's a scam that doesn't refund
The tryout is fake and there is no way to test if this even works Can't refund after I purchased the premium
Good connection
Good connection
was good in 2025, 2026 inconsistent vpn for china
very 50-50 whether the vpn will work in china which is what i paid for. maybe even 30-70 which is frustrating when its very unreliable
Connection issues
Cannot use this vpn on MacBook and even on phone it’s inconsistent with connection
meh
it works sometimes but not reliable
Maintenance problem
Ever single time I used this app it was always under maintenance. Every hour I was on 2 hours off. It is a good app and I have used it for 3 years but this is the only time and I’m disappointed
Worst vpn app ever
I NEVER even got the vpn its cost money and does not ever work when I started it I rated 5 star just for you to see this and its 1 star anyways
Doesn’t work in china
this vpn used to be good for china now it doesn’t work but other than that it is a good a very cheap but you only can use 2 device at a time
Roblox Server Issues
It’s actually a good working vpn, you can watch youtube and search up stuff on google, but if you pay to play roblox with the vpn, dont bother trying, cuz the roblox servers has technical issues with vpns… so u cant play roblox
TikTok
I just paid for the subscription and my TikTok is still not working
problems occur every time you need that vpn
got platinum and every day theres an issue
Free trial
Great vpn for China, wished that the free trial was longer though haha
Doesn’t work reliably in China anymore
This used to be the best and my go to when travelling to China, but sadly it doesn’t work anymore. I wish I didn’t buy a 3 month subscription.
sucks
mid, app works from time to time but always says the region is temporarily closed for maintenance when switching regions. really irritating to encounter this all the time.
Don’t buy
This vpn is pretty slow, and changing regions is a nightmare, it’s always a gamble whenever you do try to. Most of the regions never work at times, and you can’t even turn on the vpn most other times.
OK
App Store
