Endless not working
After most recent update, endless option not working. That’s the best part of the game, so really disappointing.

I love this game but the latest update made it so endless mode doesn’t work and the gifts to do stuff don’t work right either :(
Glitches
Update: The weekly challenge high jacks the screen constantly even though you don’t click on it. It can’t be X out, and after it searches endlessly, there’s never a challenge. I wish they would get rid of it and just let people play the game. This is a fun game, though it lacks variety as you progress. Lately it’s been glitching. You watch videos and no rewards happen after. That’s annoying. Hope they fix the bug soon.

I paid the $9.99 and didn’t receive my gems or anything associated with it. I attempted to contact them, but it keeps saying that I can’t connect to the server to contact them. It’s frustrating.
New Levels
I love this game! I finished Level 1020; then went back and replay certain levels to get 3 stars on each of those levels. I’m ready for a new challenge! Please give us more levels.
Making me crazy
The stupid weekly challenge will not load keeps saying check internet connection there is nothing wrong with my connection it only does it on this app I really like playing the game but I don't think I can stand this crap much longer I just want to play the game not sit and waste time waiting for it to not load the challenge
Fun game but so many adds + Connection issues
Impossible to display the weekly challenges. The app says I don’t have an internet connection even though I’m on WiFi (and adds are loading fine…).

Cheap
Love this game but recent scoring changes are unfair and ridiculous. In level 78 for instance I win with only three tiles and still can’t manage 3 stars this is clearly pay to win, bring back the additional turns affecting the board at the end.
Game great, bugs in double gems, hammer, free spin
Great game. Play every day. However, the bugs are discouraging. Often, after watching commercials for double your daily gems, free spin, and getting the hammer, I get nothing! Please fix this glitch.

Great game, but never updated
I have been playing this game for a good time now and I love it, I play it at night before bed and it helps me relax from a long day. BUT I have also am finished with all the levels for months now and STILLS waiting for the “coming soon” to happen. PLEASE update this game since it has yet to have one. Otherwise I’ll have to find something else to help me relax.

Please help me sign back in
I just upgraded to a new iPhone Max pro and added this game to it because I love the game and I was at a high level. I don’t want to have to start over again. On my new phone, there isn’t anywhere I can actually sign into the game with my ID. I’d love to change my review to 5 stars. But I can’t seem to get in touch to get help with this issue. When I added the game to the new phone it immediately says at the beginning that I’m logged in as so other person but will not allow me to change it hat anywhere. Please help. Thank you, Tami

New levels?
I’ve been waiting on new levels for months. I even went back and made sure I had 3 stars on every level. Is this it?
Frustrated with no App support
I’ve been playing this game for a bit even through the annoying, constant ads. I’ve made it to level 304, and it won’t go past that level. I’ve wasted hundreds of energy to start it, but it won’t start. The most annoying thing is that there is no app support. I’ve looked through your the game, and even went to the app support link. I will be deleting soon.

No Bonuses!
Since this last update I’m watching ads simply for the sake of watching them. A bonus spin, or move, or tool is offered for watching the ad but nothing is being delivered. I enjoy this game but I’m about ready to replace it. Please fix this.
Love the game but...
I have been playing this game for months and I really enjoy it. All of a sudden about a month ago I started having issues. While playing when I get down to 5 turns I am offered the chance to watch a video and then receive 5 extra turns. This does not work. The same screen keeps popping up for me to watch a video to get 5 extra turns. I don’t receive the 5 turns. Also, during play there is a pop up that offers a free hammer if you watch a video. After I watch the video nothing happens, no hammer game just resumes play. And yes I watch the complete video. This used to work correctly. Once fixed I will come and edit my rating.
Level 304
Ridiculous will not move on. Game paused stopped at level 304. You can replay previous levels but nothing past 304.

Not a bad app. Honestly, quite entertaining. It’s literally one of my many forms of entertainment while I’m putting myself to sleep. I don’t really care about the ads, but others find them annoying. They got to make money somehow 🤷🏻♀️ But there’s only 1018 levels. Will there be more in the future?
Addicted
Okay I am on Level 1020 waiting for new levels to come out. It’s taken me a long time to find a game that doesn’t give me anxiety but keeps my interest. I finally found it after playing this game for many months I reached the end. PLEASE release more levels I only have five more to go before I have 3 stars on all the levels. I absolutely love this game and will be sad if I really completed it and nothing more is to come out.
Issue with game
I made it level 314 but it won’t let me play it. It just keeps taking my life’s. Not sure why? Seems like a bug that needs to be fixed.

Maybe try to make are star rewards easier to collect where we don’t have to scroll so long to get to the bottom of the list. Could also use a few less ads.

The energy and ads kill your game!!
This was a descent game it used to be way better before they bombarded with ads, glitches and the energy system makes no sense to me. You will be in the middle of a game then an ad will start and glitch then you lose “energy” for no reason. I had to delete this game it’s so horrible now.

Great game, it makes you think and is enjoyable to play. ❣️. I don’t like the hammer pop up, maybe there should be an option to turn it off? Also, the weekly challenge score isn’t working correctly, but I’m sure that can be corrected. Overall Fun!

Fun but game stopped working for me
This game is fun but will not let me advance to level 228. I’ve passed all the other levels and when I press level 228, it takes energy from me but will not move me forward. It’s a bummer.

I enjoy the game. The problem is the extra moves and free spin. Both come for free if you watch an ad. Regularly, that feature glitches and you can’t get them. But, their regularly scheduled ads show yo often.
